Abstract

Peran strategi penjualan menjadi tolak ukur berkembangnya suatu bisnis. Kondisi pasar yang semakin komplek medorong para pengusaha untuk menerapkan strategi pemasarannya dengan baik. Dengan penerapan strategi pemasaran yang baik dan tepat sasaran, dapat menarik minat beli terhadap produk dari konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi marketing dalam peningkatan penjualan terhadap usaha rumah makan dalam perspektif syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa strategi marketing yang dapat diterapkan dalam peningkatan penjualan adalah dengan menggunakan metode mix marketing. Selain itu, targetihg dan segmenting juga menjadi poin yang harus diperhatikan dalam strategi penjualan. Targeting dan segmenting yang tepat dapat menjangkau calon konsumen yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

Masalah pokok yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peranan koperasi Cipendawa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota? Bagaimana kendala-kendala yang dihadapi koperasi Cipendawa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraaan anggota? serta Bagaimana Strategi yang digunakan Koperasi dalam Menghadapi Kendala dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Anggota? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang peranan koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa 1) Koperasi Cipendawa ini memberikan peranan yang sangat besar dalam mensejahterahkan anggotanya, bentuk kesejahteraannya yaitu: kemudahan pelayanan yang diberikan, membantu membiayai pendidikan anak, jaminan kesehatan bagi pegawai, adanya pelatihan-pelatihan, hadirnya unit usaha koperasi, 2)Kendala-kendalanya yaitu terbatasnya modal dalam pemberian kredit, kurangnya kesadaran peminjaman anggota dan tidak ada jaminan dalam pinjaman, serta 3) Strateginya yaitu meningkatkan usaha-usaha dalam koperasi, mengikutkan pelatihan-pelatihan, adanya penagih pinjaman dan koperasi harus lebih selektif dalam memberikan pinjaman kepada anggota untuk mengatasi risiko kredit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by MSMEs which have a strategic role in the economy. MSMEs are able to generate new jobs, increase the formation of gross domestic product (GDP), and increase the value of national exports. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the impact of business knowledge and innovation on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in a sharia perspective. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative analysis of descriptive data was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were convection entrepreneurs in the Subang Regency area, as many as 107 convection entrepreneurs, where the sampling technique used in this study used saturated sampling. The results of the study were obtained simultaneously and partially, that the business knowledge and innovation of the convection entrepreneurs in Subang Regency had a significant effect on the sustainability variable of the convection business in Subang Regency. To cope with the changes, convection businesses must innovate in their digital media so that sales are not only made through offline sales but also online, so that consumers no longer leave their homes to buy products from convection in Subang district.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the financing provided by baitul mal wa tamwil has not been managed properly or by micro-entrepreneurs. Research related to customer perceptions of the role of baitul mal wa tamwil in Subang City uses quantitative research. The results of the study show that the financing of baitul mal wa tamwil is not significant to members' perceptions of business development and perceptions of increasing members' welfare. However, business development has a significant positive effect on the perception of increased member welfare. For micro business actors, it is hoped that they can make more use of the provision of financing to develop their business so that the role of financing becomes maximized. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of financing is not significant on business development and increasing welfare, so it is necessary to conduct similar research in other places with more subjects and objects.

Abstract

The background of this research is that service quality is one of the company's assets in an effort to fulfill needs and desires and ultimately will create customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of employee service on customer satisfaction at Syifamart As-Syifa Boarding School from a sharia economic perspective. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of this research show that Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the better the service provided, the more satisfied the customer will feel, because service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction, according to a simple definition as a condition where customer needs, desires and expectations can be met. All of this can be proven from the results of the hypothesis and also from the results of filling out the questionnaire from the respondents.

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of online lending practices in fintech lending cash loans that have not been registered with the Financial Services Authority and how Islamic law reviews online lending practices in fintech lending cash loans that have not been registered with the Financial Services Authority. The purpose of this research is to determine the review of Islamic law regarding the practice of online-based loan financing in society. The method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this research indicate that the review of Islamic law regarding online lending practices in fintech lending cash loans that have not been registered with the Financial Services Authority is not in accordance with Islamic law, because it contains usury. First, usury is an addition to the principal debt which includes usury qardh. Second, usury is a fine if you are late in repayment or past the due date, which includes jahiliyah usury. Furthermore, the practice of online lending in fintech lending cash loans is not in accordance with Islamic law because it contains elements of gharar due to uncertainty and lack of clarity in the operational system or agreements that have been made.

Abstract

In the current era, non-bank institutions finance is increasingly in demand because it can provide initial capital intake for people, especially those opening small and medium businesses, for example sharia pawnshops. And it is this psychological life skills factor that influences a person's decision to become a customer. This research aims to find out what factors make someone choose to become a sharia pawnshop customer. This research method adopts a quantitative approach, using statistical methods to analyze and measure the relationship between variables, as well as collecting data from various populations. The results of this research are that from the F test it is known that the calculated F is greater than (12,811 > 3.09). meaning that Knowledge (X1), Psychographic Segmentation (X2) have a simultaneous influence on Interest in becoming a customer (Y). Meanwhile, the Knowledge T Test (X1) shows that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (4,375 > 1.984). there is an influence of Knowledge (X1) on Interest in becoming a customer (Y). Psychographic Segmentation (X2) calculated t value is greater than t table (1.505 < 1.984). This means that there is no influence of Psychographic Segmentation (X1) on Interest in becoming a customer (Y).

Abstract

Service quality is one of the factors of consumer satisfaction, so service quality is very important for the business world and organizations. Customer satisfaction with banking services brings long-term benefits to the bank and provides a competitive advantage for the bank itself compared to other banks. If customers are consistently satisfied with their bank's services, they are less likely to switch to another service provider or bank. This way, customers are more likely to reuse the service and promote it to others. The aim of this research is to determine "The Influence of Digital Banking Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Indonesian Sharia Banks in Subang Regency". This research is a type of quantitative research. The data in this research was collected using a questionnaire from 100 respondents who used digital banking services from sharia banks. This research uses a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling technique. In this research, the data analysis technique used is SPSS version 29 software. The research results show that the quality of digital banking services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the meaning and impact of profit sharing and ujrah in the pineapple leaf fiber textile business based on sharia economic principles for capital owners, managers, and workers. Participants in this research are capital owners, managers and workers of the business who were selected purposively. The instruments of this research are in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This research data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that CV Serat AL FIBERS has succeeded in applying the principles of Islamic Economics in profit distribution and Ujrah. The application of these Principles provides benefits to Pineapple farmers, capital owners and workers. CV Seratt AL FIBERS implements a 50:50 profit sharing system from the selling price between capital owners and workers. This system is based on the mudharabah principle in Islamic economics. In this system, the capital owner provides all the business capital, while the workers provide the labor and expertise. The distribution of profits and ujrah in the pineapple leaf fiber textile business based on sharia economic principles has a deep meaning for participants, namely as a form of prosperity, justice, brotherhood and obedience to Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that to improve the quality of education, one of the efforts that can be taken is by optimizing productive zakat in the form of scholarships. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of productive zakat distribution in the form of scholarships on mustahik. This type of research is qualitative research using primary data. The method used is descriptive qualitative to formulate and interpret data. The research results show that productive zakat in the form of scholarships influences mustahik, which means that the distribution of productive zakat is right on target. Giving zakat to mustahik in the management of productive zakat as capital, namely, to carry out independent economic activities in the form of a business, namely, to develop or increase the economic level and status as well as the productivity potential of mustahik and improve the welfare of mustahik.
