Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada kantor Desa Subarak Kecamatan Gunung Sahilan Kampar. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Subarak yang melakukan pengurusan di kantor Desa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. , berdasarkan uji t nilai tabel diperoleh sebesar 1,985. Dan diperoleh nilai terhitung sebesar 8.347 sedangkan untuk nilai tabel diperoleh sebesar 1,985. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa terhitung (8.347) > tabel (1,985) dengan sig 0,000 < sig 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kualitas Pelayanan pada Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Kantor Desa Subarak Kecamatan Gunung Sahilan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Kondisi ini menunjukkan jika kualitas pelayanan publik ditingkatkan kembali seperti dalam hal kepastian waktu, tanggung jawab dan kedisiplinan pegawai kantor Desa Subarak maka masyarakat akan merasa puas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of applying the 5C principles on decision making for credit without collateral (KTA) at PT. BPR Anugerah Bintang Sejaterah Pekanbaru. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques, namely literature study, field study, interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. A). Character (X1): With tcount 3.796 greater than ttable 2.65 with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Character variable influences credit decision making. B). Capacity (X2): With tcount -0.013 smaller than ttable 2.65 with a significance level of 0.990 greater than 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is rejected, meaning that the Capacity variable has no effect on credit decision making. C). Capital (X3): With tcount 1.502 smaller than ttable 2.65 with a significance level of 0.139 greater than 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is rejected, meaning that the Capital variable has no effect on credit decision making. D). Collateral (X4): With tcount -1.953 smaller than ttable 2.65 with a significance level of 0.056 greater than 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is rejected, meaning that the Collateral variable has no effect on credit decision making. E). Condition (X5): With tcount 2.120 smaller than ttable 2.65 with a significance level of 0.038 smaller than 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Condition variable has no effect on credit decision making.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the factors that influence consumer visits to the Asia Farm tourist attraction in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was all visitors to the Asia Farm tourist attraction in 2023, totaling 60,106 people. Through Slovin formula calculations, a sample size of 100 adult visitors to the Asia Farm tourist attraction was obtained. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of filling out the questionnaire by the respondents of this research who are consumers of the Asia Farm tourist attraction in Pekanbaru City, it was concluded that consumers strongly agree, which means that consumers agree to visit the Asia Farm tourist attraction in Pekanbaru City because there are many types of games and games. tourist attraction in it. Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it is known that the three research variables are promotion factors, satisfaction factors and service factors, where the most dominant variable influencing consumer decisions is service (X2). This is proven by the tcount value being smaller than ttable (5,277 > 1.984) and a significance level of 0.05 > 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the service factor variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer decision variables when visiting the Asia Farm tourist attraction in Pekanbaru City

Abstract

The Economic Empowerment Program through the PINTAR Program (Loans Without Usury) in Petapahan Jaya Village, Kampar Regency, Riau, is an initiative that aims to improve community welfare through access to loans without usury. This research aims to evaluate the socialization and implementation of the program and its impact on the economic empowerment of local communities. The research method used is field study with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that this program has succeeded in increasing community knowledge about sharia-based economics and providing access to loans that help small and medium entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. High community participation, effective assistance, and the active role of local government are key factors for the success of this program. The success of the PINTAR program in Petapahan Jaya Village can be used as a model for sharia-based economic empowerment programs in other areas.

Abstract

Learning the Al-Qur'an and Iqro' for the millennial generation in Simpang Tiga Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding, skills, interest and religious observance of Islamic teachings. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of these learning activities in achieving these goals. The research method used is field study with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that Al-Qur'an and Iqro' learning activities have succeeded in increasing the knowledge, skills, interests and religious observance of the millennial generation in Simpang Tiga Village. Interactive and interesting learning methods and an active mentoring role are key factors in the success of this activity. Thus, Al-Qur'an and Iqro' learning activities for the millennial generation in Simpang Tiga Subdistrict can be used as a model in increasing the understanding and religious observance of the younger generation in the area.

Abstract

The activity of distributing Al-Quran to 9 villages in Karo Regency is part of efforts to increase understanding and appreciation of Islamic teachings in the region. The main aim of this activity is to provide wider access for village communities to obtain and understand the Al-Quran. The methods used in this activity include identifying villages that need distribution of the Al-Quran, contact with local community leaders, establishing Al-Quran study classes, and distributing the Al-Quran directly to village communities. Apart from that, monitoring and evaluation was also carried out on the development of the village community's understanding of the Al-Quran after receiving the Al-Quran. The results of this activity show an increase in village community interest in understanding and practicing the teachings of the Koran. Village communities also appear to be more open to discussing and asking questions about the contents of the Koran, so that interactions between village communities and their understanding of the Koran become better. Thus, it is hoped that the activity of distributing the Al-Quran to 9 villages in Karo Regency will provide great benefits to the village community in deepening their understanding of the Islamic religion, so that it can have a positive impact on their spiritual and social progress.

Abstract

The construction of non-type dayah and recitation halls with the distribution of the Koran in Lhokseumawe City and North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province aims to increase access and quality of Islamic religious education in Aceh. The main objective of this program is to strengthen the Islamic education infrastructure with a focus on developing non-type pesantren and prayer halls as centers of sustainable religious learning. The methods used include location identification, fund collection, infrastructure planning, selection of teaching staff, and coordination with local government and local communities. The expected results of this program are the creation of a conducive religious education environment, increased understanding and practice of Islamic teachings in the local community, as well as becoming a model for the development of Islamic religious education in other areas. With full support from the local government and community, it is hoped that this program can have a significant positive impact on the progress of Islamic religious education in Aceh.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is the implementation of business steps which are a manifestation of achieving business success. This strategy is very important considering that no matter how good the segmentation, target market and market position are, it will not work if the right strategy is not followed. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Based on the results and discussion of research that has been put forward regarding the marketing strategy of MSME Siti Hajar Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that MSME Siti Hajar Pekanbaru uses the 4P Marketing Mix which consists of product strategy with products that are packaged well, price ) with affordable prices, strategic locations, and regular promotions and utilizing technology. UMKM Siti Hajar also analyzes strengths and weaknesses (internal factors) as well as opportunities and threats (external factors) using SWOT. MSME Siti Hajar Pekanbaru maintains cash flow, widens the target market, continues to innovate by developing a variety of food flavors, maximizing social media, and creating a marketplace. MSME Siti Hajar Pekanbaru has culinary products that are quality, healthy, and priced according to product quality, distribution places are affordable to the public, and have carried out promotions through social media.

Abstract

This research explores the motives for fraudulent behaviour using the fraud hexagon model approach in Islamic Bank X, city Y. This research is qualitative research with primary data sources. Data collection was carried out through unstructured interviews and then deepened through observation. The informants for this research consisted of 7 people who had worked and were currently working in several parts of Islamic Bank X, city Y. This research used qualitative data analysis techniques with three stages in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. This research reveals the motives for fraudulent behaviour at Islamic Bank X in City Y from the perceptive fraud hexagon model. Fraudulent behaviour is based on the perpetrator's intention and is driven by motives in the form of pressure, rationalization, opportunity, ability, arrogance and collusion. Companies can use the results of this research to consider strategies and policies for controlling risks against fraud. The results of this research can also be helpful for Islamic Banks regarding the suitability of a person's position. Sharia banks must develop their human resources well so that there is a balance between employee rights and obligations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify innovation trends in sharia business, explore the potential of the sharia market, and examine the application of business ethics according to sharia principles. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study analyzes various sources from scientific journals and relevant articles to provide a comprehensive picture of the development of innovation, market opportunities, and ethical principles in sharia business. The results of the study indicate that digital innovation, especially through sharia fintech, plays an important role in increasing access to sharia financial services and expanding market reach. In addition, the potential for the sharia market is growing rapidly among Muslim and non-Muslim consumers who prioritize halal and ethical products. Sharia business is also considered to have its own appeal because it upholds ethical principles, such as fairness and transparency, which help build consumer trust. Overall, this study concludes that the combination of innovation and ethics is the key to the success and sustainability of sharia business. Businesses that are consistent in implementing these two elements have the potential to develop competitively and sustainably in the global market.
