Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, keunggulan kompetitif merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Salah satu elemen penting dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif adalah memiliki tim kerja yang berkualitas tinggi. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah menganalisis Pengembangan Sistem Rekrutmen dan Seleksi yang Efektif untuk Mencapai Keunggulan Kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan literature review artikel pada hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Sistem Rekrutmen dan Seleksi yang Efektif berpengaruh positif terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif.

Abstract

The influence of diversity and inclusion in the context of organizations has become a major focus in the modern business world. The growing complexity of the global business environment and the demands of diverse markets require organizations to better understand, value, and leverage employee diversity. The aim is to analyze the Analysis of the Effect of Diversity and Inclusion on Organizational Performance. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. Based on the problems, objectives, research results and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn. The management of deversity and inclusion has the view that the differences that exist in individuals are very valuable resources and need to be put to good use. Abstract

The concept of work-life balance has undergone significant evolution in recent decades, reflecting shifting priorities and values in human resource management practices. This literature review explores the dynamic nature of work-life balance and its redefinition within contemporary organizational contexts. Drawing on scholarly works published from 2019 onwards, the review synthesizes key themes and trends surrounding work-life balance, encompassing factors such as technology integration, flexible work arrangements, and organizational culture. The analysis highlights the increasing emphasis placed on employee well-being and satisfaction, as organizations recognize the integral role of work-life balance in enhancing productivity and fostering a positive workplace environment. Moreover, the review examines the challenges and opportunities associated with achieving work-life balance amidst evolving societal norms and economic landscapes. By elucidating current perspectives and empirical findings, this paper contributes to a nuanced understanding of work-life balance dynamics and informs strategic approaches to human resource management in contemporary organizations.
