Abstract

Future uncertainty that can occur in financial services companies is a risk that must be faced and must receive serious attention. business financial services companies are based on the principle of trust, in the financial business the factor of ensuring liquidity is very crucial because it is a benchmark for the sustainability of the company. The writing of this article is to examine the impact of financial risks from insurance service companies, through a literacy approach sourced from journals, laws and regulations, and theories from experts as well as issues related to insurance service companies in Indonesia. The investment decision of the company can have a significant impact on the company's liquidity. The company must be able to place the funds obtained from the insured's premium payment in a potential sector so that the problem of default in the future can be avoided. The problems in an insurance company can be seen from the gap between assets and liabilities (there are more claims than assets), this condition causes the company to become ilikud. Companies are not careful when placing their funds in investing can determine the condition of the company's liquidity in the future. the role of managers in determining financial strategies in investing must be very mature taking into account the possible financial risks. The risk impact of financial decisions must be taken seriously by management so that the risk of future losses can be minimized.Keywords: Risk, Finance, Service Company, Insurance

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine and analyze the influence between product differentiation and price on consumers Waroeng SS branch of Jatinangor.Population in this research is consumer Waroeng SS branch of Jatinangor  with the total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach. The instrument test is done by validity test and reliability test. The analytical technique used is path analysis, used to show relationships that show how much influence a particular variable either direct or indirect influence on some other variables.  The result of this study shows that partially and simultaneously of the product differentiation and price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The partially of purchase decision influenced by product differentiation is 26,7%, and influenced by price is 25,75%. The amount of total influence by product differentiation and price on purchase decision is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination r2=0,518 or 51,80%, and influenced beyond the other variables is 48,20%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja kuangan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Subang dengan melalui pendekatan rentabilitas yang di capai oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu analisis yang mendasarkan pada perhitungan untuk mengetahui tingkat rentabilitas pada Perusahaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Bank perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) yang berada di wilayah Kab Subang dan  terdaftar dalam Otoritas Jasa Keuangan serta  melaporkan laporan keuangannya. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat 4 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik di Kabupaten Subang selama periode penelitian yaitu BPR Tutur Ganda, BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 28, BPR Bangun Arta, dan BPR Subang. ROA BPR Gede Arta Guna masuk dalam keriteria sangat baik tetapi ROEnya masuk dalam kriteria sangat tidak baik. Begitu pula dengan BPR Markoni Sarana Jaya rata-rata ROAnya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik tetapi ROEnya masuk dalam kriteria tidak baik. BPR Karya Utama Jabar dengan ROA baik tetapi ROE tidak baik. BPR Tata Asia dan BPR Nusuma Cisalak keduanya masuk dalam kriteria ROA tidak baik, kemudian ROE sangat tidak baik.

Abstract

The discussion related to Intellectual Capital becomes a very interesting matter for organizations, this is because intellectual capital is an invisible asset that can have an extraordinary impact, can provide added value to the company so as to increase organizational competitiveness. Therefore, business owners (MSMEs) need to be aware of this. The purpose of this research is to examine how strategies to strengthen intellectual capital in increasing the organizational value of MSMEs. The dimensions studied in this study are Human Capital, Capital Structure, Customer Capital, and Social Capital. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. This human capital formation can be done through employee self-development by providing education and training. Learning about culture, infrastructure, and the right incentives to generate and disseminate knowledge are ways to strengthen the Capital Structure. Providing excellent service is an effort to retain customers. Bonding Social Capital, Bridging Social Capital, Linking Social Capital are social capital that can provide a conceptual understanding that social capital that is formed can create different results.Keywords: Intellectual capital, organizational values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns through Stock Transaction Volume. Research data comes from secondary data from both the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and yahoo finance. The population in this study is secondary data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are listed on the LQ45 index with the sample limited to annual data for the period 2019 - 2023, with a total of 225 data. The data analysis method used in this research is the panel data regression method. The results show that the Return on Equity (ROE) variable has a significant effect on stock returns, the Return on Equity (ROE) variable has a significant effect on the volume of stock transactions, the ROE variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, the volume of stock transactions has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, and the Stock Transaction Volume Variable (Z) is able to mediate the effect of the ROE Variable (X) on the Stock Return Variable (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah pelaku UMKM mengetahui dan memahami tentang Green Finance, (2) mengedukasi pentingnya penerapan Green Finance, dan (3) menilai efektivitas skema pembiayaan Green Finance pada UMKM sektor pengolahan makanan di Kelurahan Cipamokolan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM belum mengetahui istilah Green Finance, namun 60% di antaranya telah menerapkan penghematan energi yang sejalan dengan prinsip green. Lembaga keuangan belum menerapkan skema Green Finance, dan pelaku UMKM kesulitan mengakses pembiayaan formal karena syarat agunan dan prosedur yang kompleks. Diperlukan sosialisasi dan dukungan terhadap UMKM terkait Green Finance dan akses keuangan.

Abstract

Rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) menjadi permasalahan yang krusial di tengah tuntutan era digital yang menuntut kesiapan kompetensi teknis dan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Informatika Terpadu Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Sampel sebanyak 156 siswa diambil secara total sampling dari populasi siswa TKJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 44,8%, sementara motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 20,2%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 65%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta peningkatan strategi motivasi untuk mendorong prestasi akademik siswa TKJ. Namun, keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada ruang lingkup variabel yang belum mencakup aspek-aspek lain seperti metode pembelajaran dan peran orang tua yang juga mungkin memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi dalam era digital ini adalah meningkatnya persaingan di platform e-commerce, khususnya dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh live streaming dan affiliate terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian di akun Shopee Damawa.cloth.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di akun Shopee Damawa.cloth, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 23.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming (X₁) dan affiliate (X₂) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara simultan. Secara parsial, baik live streaming maupun affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pemanfaatan strategi live streaming dan program affiliate dalam e-commerce untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal waktu dan ruang yang hanya terbatas pada akun Shopee Damawa.cloth, sehingga generalisasi hasil penelitian ini hanya berlaku pada platform tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the return of sharia stocks on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The background of this study is based on the conditions of uncertainty in the return of sharia stocks where significant fluctuations are seen. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The population in this study were companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2014-2023, the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 14 companies. Testing was carried out using a descriptive statistical approach and panel data regression, t-test, F-test. The results of the study showed that simultaneously stock risk, stock valuation, exchange rates and inflation affected stock returns. Partially, stock risk, stock valuation, and exchange rates had a positive effect on stock returns, while inflation had a negative effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Training on Basic Financial Management for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemang Village, Bojongpicung Subdistrict, Cianjur Regency was carried out in response to the community’s lack of understanding. The goal of this financial literacy training is to improve knowledge on financial record-keeping, budget planning, and the separation of business and personal finances. Many business actors still operate without a clear and organized financial system, making it difficult for them to assess business growth or make data-based decisions. This activity was designed to be simple and easy to understand, so it could be immediately applied. The method used was a training session lasting approximately 4 hours. Participants consisted of 30 individuals from various backgrounds, including MSME actors, BUMDes Wanamukti administrators, village officials, and community leaders. The training materials covered topics such as the importance of transaction recording, basic financial management, and daily cash flow tracking. Evaluation was conducted interactively through group discussions, hands-on practice, and Q&A sessions using Google Forms. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of financial reports. Additionally, there was a mutual agreement among participants to begin routinely recording their business finances. This activity is expected to mark a positive beginning in forming sound financial habits and encouraging the development of a more organized, structured, and sustainable MSME financial system at the village level. The outcome showed that the financial literacy index initially stood at around 66,73% and rose to 93% after the training was conducted.money system at the village level.
