Abstract

Parental knowledge in guiding becomes one of the factors in handling oral and dental hygiene and also greatly affects the oral and dental hygiene of mentally retarded children. Preliminary survey conducted by researchers on mentally retarded children grade I-VI in the Special School (SLB) Negeri Banjarbaru City known the average value of dental and oral hygiene of 3.2 out of 6 children who have been examined with poor and average OHI-S criteria the parents of the child cannot answer correctly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parental knowledge with oral and dental hygiene in retarded children in grades I-VI in the Special School (SLB) Negeri Banjarbaru City. This type of research is analytic with Cross Sectional approach, the total sample of 35 mentally retarded children and 35 parents. Data were processed and analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results of the study of parental knowledge are mostly not good and most of the oral and dental hygiene in children with intellectual disabilities. The test results on Chi Square obtained p-values ​​seen in Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) = 0,000, so the p-value is calculated ˂ p-value alpha (0.05) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between parents' knowledge and oral and dental hygiene in retarded children in grades I-VI at the Banjarbaru City Extraordinary School (SLB). The suggestion is to increase parents 'knowledge about oral and dental hygiene to include parents in UKGS activities in the form of education about oral health so that parents' knowledge about oral and dental hygiene increases. Abstract

Early age is an important time for the development of one's creativity. Creativity is necessary in the development of children because it will affect the work of the right brain and left brain. Creativity is a necessity in the present and also in the future. Creativity is needed to pick up the century of competition because developing individual creativity can produce innovative work or something new that is needed by the times. Family is the first and foremost teacher in child development. In educating children to grow into a creative person parents should accompany children in the growth period.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts 0f developing of human resources is a long-term process that should begin in early childhood.  According to the Presidential Regulation. 60 of 2013 that the Early Childhood children since the fetus   until the age of 6 years, which are grouped into: the fetus in the womb to be born; birth until the age of 28 days; aged 1 to 24 months, and ages 2 to 6 years. Family planning  program  pioneered since 1984 based on head SKB BKKBN and Minister of State for Women's Role (MEN FIU) No. 11 Kep / Men UPW/IX/84. 170/hk.010/E3/84. Family planning  program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of parents in fostering the growth and development of Toddlers through physical stimulation, intelligence, emotional and social. Therefore  Family planning program should be implemented in an integrated, relevant and sustainable system. Early Holistic - Integrative Childhood Development are early childhood development efforts undertaken to meet the essential needs of children  with diverse and interrelated simultaneously, systematic, and integrated..Kata Kunci : Kegiatan BKB, holistik dan integratif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. The participants in this study were MOS Serang Banten personnel with middle management positions. The number of employees was 40 people and the sample size was 25 respondents. All data for each measurement item were tested with reliability and validity tests based on Cronbach's alpha to ensure internal consistency using the SPSS version 26 program. This study used AMOS 7 to analyze the structural equation model. Trivariate Relationship Model research shows that organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant influence and mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance MOS.

Abstract

Implementing management using the Kaizen 5S method is one way to find out how an organization is good and neat in managing its activities and operations. The Kaizen 5S method is a method that originates from Japan and has been adopted by countries throughout the world. Meanwhile, an earthquake disaster evacuation simulation is an activity that is made similar to when an earthquake disaster occurs with activities according to the SOP. This research aims to implement the Kaizen method and earthquake disaster evacuation simulation which has been studied in an educational organization at SDN Bulakan II in Cilegon City. The method used is applying the Kaizen method and earthquake disaster evacuation simulation. The results of the implementation conclude that the benefits of these two activities influence management and operational activities.
