Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction through simultaneous and partial motivation on the performance of employees of the National and Political Unity Agency in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research variables without testing. This research uses a census method, namely all employees at the National and Political Unity Agency in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 software program. The results of this research show that the independent variables, namely work environment and job satisfaction, have a positive and significant effect on motivation and have a positive impact on employee performance. This proves that by improving the work environment and job satisfaction, employee motivation will also increase which will have an impact on increasing employee performance. This research concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction and through motivation partially had a positive effect on employee performance at the National and Political Unity Agency in East Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of competency aspects and leadership style on motivation and its impact on employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research variables without testing. Verifiability analysis is used to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research uses all employees at the Jambi Province Transportation Service. Apart from that, the data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire given and filled in by each employee. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 software program. The results of the research show that competency and leadership style through motivation simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on the performance of Jambi Province Transportation Service employees and there is a direct and indirect influence of competence and leadership style through motivation on the performance of Jambi Province Transportation Service employees. So it can be concluded that the competency, leadership style, motivation and performance of employees at the Jambi Province Transportation Service are still relatively good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan tekanan keuangan dengan objek pada kelompok emiten saham perusahaan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 - 2024 yang merupakan kondisi 3 tahun sebelum dan setelah Covid 19. Berdasarkan IDX yearly statistics 2025, terdapat 9 emiten dari 12 emiten perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap, situs dapat diakses dan menggunakan mata uang rupiah selama periode penelitian. Analsis tekanan keuangan menggambarkan kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan sekaligus kelancaran kegiatan operasional perusahaan yang akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan dan eksistensi perusahaan dimasa yang akan datang.  Penelitian ini akan menerapkan perhitungan model analisis tekanan keuangan yakni model Springate, Zmijewski dan Grover. Perhitungan dilakukan secara sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excell dengan sederhana dan mudah untuk memperoleh perhitungan dan analisis tekanan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan model Springate pada kelompok saham trasportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian, semua emiten mengalami tekanan keuangan. Hasil perhitungan dengan model Zmijewski yakni emiten yang tidak mengalami tekanan keuangan adalah emiten ASSA, BIRD, HELI, LRNA dan WEHA. Hasil perhitungan dengan model Grover, emiten yang tidak mengalami tekanan keuangan yakni emiten BIRD dan BPTR
