Abstract

The construction industry is a sector known for its complexity in terms of project management. The involvement of various parties, the large flow of information, and the challenge of maintaining data validity are major challenges. In an effort to improve efficiency and transparency, blockchain technology is emerging as a potential solution. However, the applicability of this technology in the context of construction project management still requires further research. Research Objectives: This study aims to investigate the possibility and potential application of blockchain technology in construction project management. The main focus is to understand how this technology can improve efficiency, transparency, and data reliability in various aspects of construction project management. Research Methods: This research utilized a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a review of related literature as well as case studies of blockchain technology implementation in construction project management in several large-scale projects. An in-depth analysis was conducted to understand the challenges, benefits, and key factors affecting successful implementation. Research Results: The results show that blockchain technology has great potential in improving efficiency and transparency in construction project management. By utilizing features such as distributed ledgers, smart contracts, and secure transaction confirmation, the project management process can become more structured, efficient, and trustworthy. Research Conclusion: In the context of construction project management, the implementation of blockchain technology offers an attractive solution to address existing challenges. Although there are still some technical and policy hurdles that need to be overcome, the long-term potential of this technology in improving the productivity and quality of construction projects is promising. Therefore, strategic steps need to be taken to encourage wider adoption of this technology in the construction industry.

Abstract

The role of nurses in emergency management is very crucial in providing effective and timely services to patients. Training in emergency management skills is important to improve nurses' competence in situations that require a quick and precise response. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of emergency management skills training for nurses on increasing competence and readiness in responding to emergency situations. This research method uses a pre-test post-test study design with a control group, where a number of nurses from various care units are identified and divided into an intervention group (which received training) and a control group (without training). Training is carried out using simulation methods and practical exercises involving realistic emergency scenarios. Before and after training, both groups were tested to measure their level of competency and readiness in responding to emergency situations. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the level of competency and readiness to respond to emergency situations in the group that received emergency handling skills training compared to the control group. Nurses who undergo training show increased abilities in evaluating situations, making decisions, and implementing appropriate actions in emergency situations. The conclusion of this research is that training in emergency management skills has a significant positive influence on increasing the competency and readiness of nurses in responding to emergency situations. Implementing regular and comprehensive training in care environments can be an effective strategy for improving healthcare standards and patient safety.

Abstract

Background:The Impact of Technology Integration in Learning on Increasing Student Engagement refers to how this technology integration can be used well in learning. With the integration of technology in learning, it will have a direct impact on students, both student involvement in using technology, as well as the impact on student activities and creativity. Research purposes:This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much impact technology integration has on increasing student engagement. Apart from that, it also aims as an explanation of how important technology is today in the learning process. Method:The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the results of distributing the questionnaire will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed using SPSS. Results:From the research results, it can be stated that the impact of technology integration in learning can indeed have an influence on increasing student engagement. Because basically, today's students are more interested in using technology. However, as a teacher you also need to supervise your students in learning when using this technology. This aims to ensure that students actually use technology to learn. Conclusion:From this research, it can be concluded that the impact of technology integration in learning has a very big influence on student engagement. With technology, students can be creative in how they learn, increase students' knowledge in using technology, make students more enthusiastic about learning, and make students less likely to get bored while studying.

Abstract

Background: The rapid advancement of technology has led to a significant increase in transnational cybercrime, posing serious challenges to existing criminal procedure laws. Traditional legal frameworks often fall short in addressing the complexities and borderless nature of cybercrimes, necessitating comprehensive reforms to enhance international cooperation and effective law enforcement. Objective: This research aims to analyze the current inadequacies in criminal procedure laws regarding transnational cybercrime and propose necessary reforms to strengthen legal frameworks, ensuring efficient cross-border cybercrime management. Methodology: This study employs a qualitative research method, including a comprehensive literature review, analysis of existing legal frameworks, and expert interviews. The comparative analysis of different countries' approaches to cybercrime legislation provides insights into best practices and potential improvements. Results: The research findings reveal significant gaps in the current legal procedures, such as jurisdictional challenges, lack of standardized definitions, and inadequate international cooperation mechanisms. The study identifies key areas for reform, including harmonization of cybercrime laws, enhancement of mutual legal assistance treaties, and adoption of advanced technological tools for investigation. Conclusion: The reform of criminal procedure laws is imperative to effectively address transnational cybercrime. The proposed reforms emphasize the need for a unified legal framework, improved international collaboration, and utilization of modern technologies to ensure robust and adaptive legal responses to the evolving nature of cyber threats.
