Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan minat terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena terdapat fakta lapangan yang penulis temukan, peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah sedangkan perhatian orang tua sangat besar, dan adapula peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi rendah karena minat yang kurang terhadap pelajaran pesantren. metode yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1. pola asuh orang tua tdak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik2. minat belajar memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik3. untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dibutuhkan minat belajar yang tinggi dan sedikit peran orang tua, karena usia peserta didik sudah memasuki fase remaja.

Abstract

The Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum is considered exclusive, such as rejecting the ideology of other religions, claims of separation between Islam and the state and even believing in the government's evil conspiracy. Eradication of radicalism in schools is intended to narrow the space for movement, therefore the role of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (IIES) is very important in breaking away from the notion of radicalism. This study was conducted to answer the question of how the strategy of an integrated Islamic elementary school in integrating the curriculum, extracurricular activities, environmental creation and other activities to prevent radicalism is carried out. This is qualitative research with principals, teachers and students as the subject of documentation studies, and interviews, while data analysis is carried out with the stages of reduction, exploration, verification and contextualization of data. The result of this research is that research shows that the integration of the learning curriculum at IIES West Sumatra is divided into four types that strengthen the applicable curriculum for character strengthening, personal strengthening of students to face global challenges. Strategies in extracurricular activities are carried out with a structured and systematic pattern. The three strategies for creating the environment are pursued in an Islamic atmosphere, non-discriminatory, based on genetic characteristics, upholding ethical values, respecting cultural pluralism, and a polite culture for school members. The four strategies for routine, spontaneous and exemplary activities to prevent radicalism are carried out by strengthening character and integrating activities with learning activities, nurturing and habituation in the form of worship activities, order, neatness and cleanliness, eating and drinking. drinking, social behavior. So it can be concluded that there is no indication of the strengthening of radical ideology in IIES West Sumatra

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how SDN 04 Kubang Putiah students' perceptions of using the Tik Tok application are influenced by internal and external factors in forming a perception. The research carried out was qualitative research. Penetta informants used purposive sampling and stratified sampling techniques with several informants. With the results of research on the perceptions of students at SDN 04 Kubang Putiah in using the Tik Tok application, there are many perceptions in a negative direction and only a few of the students have positive perceptions from using the TikTok application. which is formed based on the benefits provided and negative perceptions where Tik Tok does not provide benefits for users. From positive and negative perceptions, there are many factors that influence perceptions, namely internally and externally from the individual user.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the school's concern about students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an at MTsN 3 Kota Pariaman which was still not fluent, this was known from the tahfiz program which was carried out every morning. Some students who are tahfiz leaders at the front are not fluent in reading the Koran and do not understand the correct rules of tajwid, especially new students. This makes it difficult for students to memorize and study the Al-Qur'an, where one of the subjects at this school is tahfiz lessons. This raises concerns from the school. One of the solutions designed by the school to overcome this problem is to implement "madrasah read the Koran fluently" program, this program was designed by the school as the school's responsibility as an educational institution that places great importance on the religious values of its students. The research aims to describe and illustrate to writers and readers the implementation of the "Madrasah fluent reading Al-Qur'an" program at MTsN 3 Kota Pariaman" and the results of this program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This research aims to provide a detailed description of the implementation of the "madrasah reading the Qur'an fluently" program. The focus is on describing the existing situation or circumstances without manipulation or change. Through this research the author obtained information from observations carried out directly in class VII and collected data on students who were fluent, less fluent and not fluent in that class, the author also conducted interviews with several informants regarding the implementation of the "madrasah fluent reading of the Qur'an" program. an". The results of this research are that the implementation of this program is quite effective in students' fluency in reading the Qur'an. This can be seen from 1) students can apply the rules of good Qur'an reading according to the laws of recitation, 2) Students are fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an and are confident to appear in the tahfiz implementation every morning in the field. 3) students are motivated to improve their ability to read the Koran. 4) strengthening religious values regarding the privileges of studying the Qoran.

Abstract

This research aims to create learning that is fun and easy to understand, by using varied learning models it can reduce student boredom when studying and can increase student motivation to learn. That way the teaching and learning process in class will be more effective. This research uses a classroom action research model, where teachers directly carry out teaching practice at SMP N 2 Koto Baru class VIII D using student worksheets. This research is casuistic in nature and has a context on the conditions, circumstances and situations that exist in the classroom which are carried out to solve problems that occur in order to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This research discusses the context of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model, the steps for using the CTL learning model, as well as the implementation of the CTL learning model in class VIII D. Based on the author's observations, students seemed enthusiastic in discussions and doing homework on the LKPD. Because it is assisted by learning media in the form of PowerPoint and LKPD to draw conclusions from each material and process it so that it is easy for students to understand.

Abstract

Increasing student learning motivation using reward and punishment methods at MTsN 4 Pasaman Barat has been done well and implemented optimally by teachers. Therefore, this research describes increasing learning motivation through reward and punishment methods at MTsN 4 West Pasaman. The study focused on the reward and punishment system implemented by teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In obtaining data, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research conclude that: 1) the rewards used are in the form of praise, applause and gifts, while the punishments applied are in the form of reprimands and non-verbal communication that is not negative, 2) rewards and punishment can increase student learning motivation at MTsN 4 Pasaman Barat thus influences student learning outcomes, 3) Rewards and Punishments make students active in learning so that learning takes place effectively.

Abstract

Judicial practice shows a tendency for plaintiffs to also attract DJKI as a Co-Defendant in lawsuits to nullify registered trademarks. In this regard, there are considerations from the Judge in Supreme Court Decision No. 457 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022, which states that DJKI must be withdrawn as a Co-Defendant. This research aims to determine whether the judge's considerations in the decision are in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, as well as to examine the position of the DJKI after the decision. The research method in this legal research is based on a juridical-normative approach. The research results show three conclusions that can be drawn—first, Supreme Court Decision no. 457 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022 is not in line with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, the opinion of intellectual property law experts, the theory of government officials' compliance with court decisions, and the views of judges in 11 (eleven) court decisions have the same permanent legal force—Second, the plaintiff's "Yunteng" mark qualifies as a well-known mark, and there are substantial similarities between the Plaintiff's and the Defendant's trademark—Third, even though the decision deviates from what ought to be, the decision is a Supreme Court Decision that has the potential to be used as a reference for subsequent judges in similar cases.
