Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteran masyarakat dan menunjang serta meningkatkan perekonomian desa pekraman. Pemerintah Provinsi Bali membentuk suatu lembaga ekonomi yaitu Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penetapan sampel dengan purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, uji F, Uji determinasi dan Uji t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa BOPO mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dan NIM berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Pihak LPD diharapkan untuk melakukan pengendalian atas pengeluaran operasional dengan cara mengontrol setiap pos-pos pengeluaran biaya yang terjadi, sehingga dapat mencegah penyimpanan maupun pembengkakan biaya usaha LPD yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan profitabilitas.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan laba memiliki tujuan untuk memaksimalkan laba. Laba merupakan indikator prestasi atau kinerja perusahaan yang besarnya tampak di laporan keuangan, tepatnya laba rugi. Untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan laba perusahaan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan melalui rasio keuangan dan kebijakan dividen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh ROA, NPM dan DPR terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Dan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 09 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return on assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, net profit margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan dividend payout ratio (DPR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh peringkatobligasi terhadap yield to maturity obligasi, (2) Pengaruh maturity terhadap yield to maturity obligasi, (3) Pengaruh suku bunga SBIterhadap yield to maturityobligasi.Periode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tahun 2016-2017.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menerbitkan obligasi periode 2016-2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable peringkat berpengaruh negatif pada yield to maturity yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.Variabel maturityberpengaruh positif pada yield to maturity yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,014.Meskipun demikian, variable suku bunga sbi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap yield to maturityyang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,916.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work climate, organization culture, and leadership on organizational commitment at Grand Balisani Suites. A sample of 102 people was determined by simple random sampling. Data collection methods used in this research include observation, questionnaires, and documentation study. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research proved empirically that work climate has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Organizational commitment shows a person's power in identifying their involvement in a part of the organization, built on the basis of workers' belief in organizational values, the willingness of workers to help achieve people's goals, and loyalty to remain a member of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational climate on employee organizational commitment at PT Praja Bali Transportasi. The population in this study were all employees of PT Praja Bali Transportasi. The sample in this study were 133 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that partially leadership, motivation, and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT Praja Bali Transportasi.

Abstract

Struktur modal perusahaan merupakan proporsi antara hutang jangka panjang dan modal sendiri. Struktur modal perusahaan akan semakin efisien ketika modal kerja memberikan keuntungan operasi yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kembali pengaruh variabel profitabilitas, struktur aset dan growth opportunity pada variabel struktur modal perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu Annual Report perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri logam dan sejenisnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2015-2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, koefisien determinasi, dan uji statistik T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,027. Variabel growth opportunity berpengaruh positif pada struktur modal yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009. Meskipun demikian, Variabel struktur aset tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,141.

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from the improvement of superior and quality human resources. To realize this, human resources really need to be considered, where human resources are one of the most important factors determining the progress of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work ethic on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office. This research was conducted at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office using a population and a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 23.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office. Work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office.

Abstract

In today's increasingly rapid development of the business world, companies are required to be able to survive in the competition. Companies are required to be able to provide the best performance to their stakeholders so that they can continue to provide benefits to their stakeholders. This is in accordance with the purpose of establishing the company. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Firm Size, Leverage, Capital Structure and Dividend Policy on the Value of Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample in this study were 19 companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the F test and T test. The results showed that firm size had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Further research can develop this research with other variables.

Abstract

High employee work productivity can be obtained if employees have the desire to improve their capabilities, so that company goals will be carried out effectively and efficiently. High productivity is closely related to the work environment, motivation and work culture. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work culture on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. This research was conducted at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya using a population and sample of 80 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. The better the working environment at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya, the better work productivity. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. The decreasing work culture in PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya, work productivity will increase.

Abstract

Financial distress is the stage of declining financial conditions experienced by the company, which occurred before the occurrence of bankruptcy or liquidation (Platt, 2002). This condition is characterized by delays in delivery, declining product quality and delays in payment of bills from banks. Financial distress can be divided into two types, namely economic failure and financial failure. Economic failure can occur due to the company's failure to cover the company's operating costs. While financial failure can be caused by two things. The first cause is technical insolvency, a situation where the company fails to pay its maturing obligations but the assets owned are greater than the total debt owned. The second cause is bankruptcy, a situation where the company is no longer able to fulfill its obligations to debtors because the company experiences a shortage or insufficient funds to continue its business so that the company's economic goals cannot be achieved. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, cash, and company growth on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample in this study were 123 manufacturing companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that profitability, cash and company growth have a negative effect on financial distress. Further research is expected to add other variables that theoretically have an influence on financial distress and further research is expected to increase the observation period, and the authors also suggest, for further research the object of research is not only carried out in the manufacturing sector listed on the IDX, but also in other sectors. other sectors.
