Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, maturity period and bond coupons on the price of company bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on companies that issued bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2019. The number of samples used in this study was 93 bonds. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that liquidity had no effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period. The maturity period has a negative effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period. Coupons have a positive and significant effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition before bankruptcy occurs, at this stage the company is experiencing a decline in performance such as declining income, experiencing a net loss, an increase in debt, and a negative share price. The decline in financial performance can also be caused by the decline in the quality of earning assets which results in a decrease in income. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage in determining financial distress. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely the data selected based on certain criteria that are in accordance with the research objectives so that as many as 9 companies are obtained with the amount of data for 4 years, then 36 research data are obtained. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and leverage had a significant effect on financial distress. Partially, liquidity has a significant positive effect, profitability has no significant positive effect, and leverage has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The ability to manage finances and decide business strategies needs to be supported by mastering adequate financial literacy skills, locus of control and having confidence in their abilities to produce good finances (financial self-efficacy) in managing finances. The research was conducted in Denpasar City by looking for residents who live in Denpasar City. The population in this study is the population of Denpasar City as many as 962,900 residents in 2020. Calculate the number of samples using the slovin formula so that the sample that must be studied is 100 residents in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The results showed that the significance level of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control was 0.000, 0.000, and 0.026. This indicates a positive and significant influence on financial management behaviour because the significance value is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Employee performance in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark forachievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level ofperformance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma. The sample in this research is 30 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UDBuilding Store. Wijaya Kusuma.

Abstract

Human resources are a central factor in an organization. Whatever the form and purpose, the organization is made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out its mission it is managed and managed by humans. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is leadership, job satisfaction andcompetence. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of KSU Dana Rahayu employees The population in this study were 30 people. The sample in this study were 30 employees at KSU Dana Rahayu. Determination of the sample in this study is saturated sampling, in which theentire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and competence has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at KSU Dana Rahayu.
