Abstract

Fostering buying interest and ultimately evoking the intention to repurchase service products is not easy. There are several factors that can influence it, two of which are service quality and price. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception and service quality on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem. The population in this study are all Kusumashoescare customers who live in Karangasem aged 18 years and over who have made purchases of service products more than twice. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price perception has a significant negative effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem.

Abstract

The state of the pharmaceutical industry in Denpasar City is currently growing rapidly. Pharmacies with low competitiveness face tough challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. This is because the number of pharmacies that are established and close together makes conditions increasingly unfavorable for business development. With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry, the owners and managers of these pharmaceutical businesses must rack their brains to increase competitiveness in order to survive. In improving business development, it is important for pharmacies to provide good pharmaceutical services for customers. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and product diversity on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar. The research population is customers who visit the Indra Denpasar Pharmacy. The sample in this study was 160 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality and product diversity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is purchase interest based on past purchase experiences. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. 2.To determine the effect of service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The object of this research is the effect of product innovation and service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The number of samples used were 155 respondents taken from the people of Gianyar City who had bought Chatime beverage products. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that it was valid and reliable and there was no deviation from the classical assumptions. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work supervision, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Gianyar Regency. This research was conducted at the Office of the Gianyar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency which is located at JL. Ciung Wanara No. 16, Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Gianyar Regency. Sampling in this study using the saturated sample method, obtained 98 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The development of communication in the marketing strategy has an important role for business actors in influencing a consumer purchasing decision. The increasing public interest in doing yoga, of course, influences the decision to purchase a yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali as one of the distributors of yoga products in Bali. So that there is an increase in sales of its main product, namely yoga mat, which is believed to be influenced by Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing factors on the decision to buy yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. The population of this study are other people who have bought yoga mats at Unique Yoga Shop Bali, the exact number of which is unknown. The sample in this study was determined based on the purposive sampling method using the Hair formula as many as 126 respondents.The results of the study show that Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality on the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman. The population in this study were all LPD customers in Kesiman, totaling 14,127 customers. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, namely as many as 100 respondents taken from the number of customers. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The promotion strategy variable has the highest beta coefficient value of 0.840. This shows that in this study the promotion strategy has a dominant influence on the increase or decrease in the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman.

Abstract

There are many factors that encourage and are taken into consideration by consumers in terms of consumer buying interest which is always changing and is more likely to follow developing trends. Social media users such as Instagram, Facebook and Tokopedia are places where iPhone smartphone products are used to display their products on the internet. This research aims to determine the influence of leather products, price perceptions and social media marketing on interest in purchasing smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The population in this study is iPhone smartphone product users in Marga District, Tabanan Regency, the number of which is not known for certain. The technique used by the research in selecting the sample was nonprobability sampling, so the number of samples used was 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. Social marketing media has a positive and significant effect on interest in purchasing Smartphone iPhone products in Marga District, Tabanan Regency.
