Abstract

The cashflow statement provides management information in the form of cash receipts and use within the company, which is stated as one of the main financial statements that must be prepared for economic decision making. The cash flow report presents cash inflows and cash outflows within a company. The cash flow statement consists of three activities, namely operating, investing and financing cash flows. PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia is a company engaged in services and trading. In the service sector, the company is engaged in professional activities as a business consultant, in addition to trading, this company sells on a large scale electronic equipment, security equipment and computer equipment. Problems owned by PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia, which is a discrepancy in the financial statements with the actual conditions that makes the Top Management unable to predict whether the company's finances are doing well or not. This makes the company to plan in the use of information technology in the form of a system, which can accommodate financial management activities according to the formulated SOP. To be able to realize the system, it is necessary to do software engineering with the waterfall method, because the waterfall has advantages when user needs are stable and do not change like the conditions at PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia. In testing the system, the author uses the Blackbox Testing method where this system will be tested functionally whether it is as expected or not. Based on the results of these tests the authors can draw the conclusion that with this system it can facilitate top management in making decisions.

Abstract

Blockchain technology offers a solution for ensuring product authenticity in decentralized digital marketplaces. However, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face barriers such as limited infrastructure, high costs, and data interoperability challenges. This study develops a hybrid blockchain-based application architecture tailored to MSME needs, integrating on-chain and off-chain storage. Critical security data, such as product hashes, is stored on-chain, while non-sensitive data, like product descriptions, is managed off-chain using a cloud-based MySQL database. This design reduces storage costs and computational load while maintaining data integrity. Ethereum smart contracts manage product registration and verification, linked to QR code-based authentication for end-users. A realistic simulation environment using server-based infrastructure and cloud databases evaluated system performance, including transaction throughput, latency, resource utilization, and scalability. The results show significant improvements compared to conventional centralized methods, achieving a transaction throughput of 391 TPS for 1 million transactions while maintaining low latency and resource efficiency. This research addresses a theoretical gap by optimizing blockchain for small-scale decentralized markets, tackling resource limitations and interoperability issues unique to MSMEs. Practically, it provides a scalable and cost-effective solution for product authenticity verification, enhancing consumer trust and reducing counterfeiting in MSME digital markets. While real-world testing remains a limitation, the findings underline the system’s potential to support sustainable MSME digital marketplaces and build consumer confidence.

Abstract

Sistem absensi manual yang masih banyak digunakan di lingkungan industri dan pendidikan menimbulkan berbagai masalah, seperti potensi kecurangan, kesalahan rekap data, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi berbasis web yang aman dengan validasi lokasi menggunakan QR Code serta pengendalian akses berbasis alamat IP. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP), dengan pendekatan pengembangan iteratif yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Fitur utama sistem meliputi pemindaian QR Code unik per hari, pembatasan akses berbasis IP lokal, pelaporan kehadiran, dan evaluasi kinerja peserta magang. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box terhadap sembilan fitur utama dan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Sistem ini juga diuji melalui beberapa skenario keamanan untuk memastikan ketahanannya terhadap upaya manipulasi data. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi pencatatan kehadiran, dan memperkuat aspek keamanan dalam proses magang. Sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi digital yang efektif dalam menggantikan metode absensi manual di lingkungan kerja berbasis lokasi.

Abstract

In today's highly competitive business environment, accurate and effective employee performance appraisal is crucial for companies to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals. However, DF Company, operating in a dynamic sector, faces challenges with its existing performance appraisal system, including a lack of objectivity and a limited link between appraisals and bonus awards. These issues can lead to unfairness, employee dissatisfaction, and reduced motivation. To address these challenges, this research aims to optimize DF Company's Employee Performance Evaluation System for bonus determination. Through in-depth interviews, potential problems were identified, and a structured problem-solving plan was developed. Proposed solutions include incorporating additional assessment elements such as closing rate and attendance, using appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and developing a web-based performance appraisal application. The application was successfully developed, demonstrating accurate appraisal calculations and an intuitive user interface. The research findings highlight the potential of the optimized system in improving fairness, objectivity, and the linkage between performance appraisals and bonus awards. This can lead to increased employee motivation, satisfaction, and overall performance, facilitating talent retention and attraction in a competitive industry. While this study focuses on DF Company, further research is needed to generalize the findings to other organizations.

Abstract

PMB STIKI Online uses the website as a medium to provide information related to lectures at STIKI Malang. The development of a website must go through several usability guidelines to ensure that the website's goals can be achieved. The research approach is carried out using User-centered Design by involving the user in the design process to produce a website that is acceptable to the user. STIKI PMB Online has never been evaluated before in relation to complaints from prospective students about the difficulty of finding the information they want to obtain. The problems contained in STIKI PMB Online are expected to be resolved in the design solutions that will be carried out. This study discusses starting from the determination of the context of use and specifications of user needs, problem analysis, design of solution designs, and design evaluation result. The results of this study indicate that the problems that occur can be resolved with the design rules contained in the usability standardization.

Abstract

Saat ini, generasi muda suku Jawa banyak yang melupakan bahasa Jawa yang baik dan benar. Anak-anak suku Jawa sekarang banyak yang menggunakan bahasa Jawa Ngoko terhadap siapapun. Alasan utama terjadinya hal tersebut adalah anak-anak saat ini tidak mengetahui kosa kata bahasa Jawa Krama Inggil dan lebih mengenal bahasa dari luar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media yang dapat menarik dan membantu dalam mempelajari bahasa Jawa dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scrum yaitu framework untuk pengembangan software yang adaptif dan menghasilkan software yang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengujian blackbox dilakukan oleh peneliti dan melibatkan guru di sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil sprint dan pengujian aplikasi yang telah dilakukan, peneliti telah membangun aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Jawa berbasis android yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam belajar dan melestarikan bahasa Jawa baik bahasa Jawa Ngoko maupun bahasa Jawa Krama Inggil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Ngoko dan bahasa Jawa Krama Inggil untuk semua kalangan. Aplikasi Sinau Basa Jawa ini menjadi aplikasi yang menarik dan interaktif dalam belajar bahasa Jawa yang berisi materi bahasa Jawa Ngoko dan Krama Inggil, dan latihan soal. Latihan soal bahasa Jawa didalam aplikasi berbentuk kuis dengan soal acak dan terdapat skor yang dapat mengukur tingkat pemahaman bahasa Jawa.

Abstract

The rapid proliferation of counterfeit products poses critical risks to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), eroding consumer trust and hindering market competitiveness. This study proposes a Serverless Event-Driven Microservices Hybrid Blockchain Architecture to enable real-time, cost-efficient MSME product authentication. The architecture integrates Solana blockchain, leveraging its high throughput and low transaction fees, with AWS Lambda–based serverless microservices and Redis in-memory caching to enhance scalability and responsiveness. The system was empirically evaluated across transaction loads ranging from 1,000 to 100,000, measuring throughput, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieved up to 970 transactions per second (TPS) with average latency between 12 and 32 ms, while reducing operational costs by approximately 80 % compared with traditional monolithic systems. Statistical validation confirmed the reliability of performance gains (p < 0.001), and regression analysis (R² = 0.97) indicated near-linear scalability under increasing workloads. These findings substantiate the architectural advantages of combining serverless elasticity, event-driven orchestration, and hybrid blockchain consensus, resulting in a self-scaling, fault-tolerant verification platform suitable for MSME environments. The framework establishes an empirically grounded pathway for practical blockchain adoption in resource-constrained ecosystems and provides a foundation for future extensions involving edge computing, predictive caching, and cross-chain interoperability.
