Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap keefektifan pelaksanaan program BTQ di IAIN Pekalongan dengan menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process, product). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel dan presentase setiap komponen dan dianalisis dalam setiap indikator. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks program BTQ masuk kategori sangat baik. Adapun aspek input program BTQ masuk kategori sangat baik, hanya saja terdapat satu indikator yaitu sarana prasarana (modul pembelajaran) yang belum maksimal dengan persentase 17,97% cukup, 7,03% rendah dan 10,94% sangat rendah. Sedangkan aspek proses program BTQ masuk dalam kategori cukup khususya indikator yang kurang efektif dan efesien yaitu dalam hal pelaksanaan pembelajaran (alokasi waktu) dengan persentase 14,06% cukup, 5,47% rendah, dan 20,31% menyatakan sangat rendah. Terakhir aspek produk program BTQ masuk dalam kategori cukup khsusnya dalam bidang psikomotorik (kemampuan menulis) belum maksimal dengan persentase 6,25% cukup, 13,28% rendah, dan 13,28% sangat rendah.This articels aims to uncover the effectiveness of the BTQ program implementation at IAIN Pekalongan by using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). This type of research is evaluative research with quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques and instruments through observation and questionnaires are presented in the form of tables and percentages of each component and analyzed in each indicator. The results of this study indicate that aspects of the BTQ program context are categorized as very good. The input aspect of the BTQ program is in the very good category, only there is one indicator, which is infrastructure which has not been maximized with a percentage of 17.97% enough, 7.03% low and 10.94% very low. Whereas aspects of the BTQ program process fall into the category of quite specifically the indicators that are less effective and efficient, namely in terms of implementation of learning (time allocation) with a percentage of 14.06% sufficient, 5.47% low, and 20.31% stated very low. The last aspect of BTQ program products is included in the category of quite specifically in the field of psychomotor (writing ability) has not been maximized with a percentage of 6.25% is enough, 13.28% is low, and 13.28% is very low.

Abstract

Peran Pendidikan Diniyah (keagamaan) untuk membangun karakater anak sejak dini sangan fundamental, karena pada fase pendidikan inilah anak-anak kita bentuk agar memiliki perilaku sikap yang baik. Semestinya tanggung jawab untuk mendidik anak bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab guru di Madrasah atau majelis taklim. Namun juga menjadi tanggung jawab para orang tua untuk memastikan mereka memiliki kesamaan visi dalam mencetak anak yang berbudi luhur. Sedangkan pada kenyataannya banyak orang tua yang merasa telah selesai memberikan pendidikan kepada anak ketika mereka mendaftarkan anak-anaknya ke Madrasah Dinyah. Inilah yang menjadi dasar pentingnya program pengabdian ini untuk dilaksanakan di MDT Al Islah Karangjompo Pekalongan. Metode program pengabdian ini berupa Service Learning, dimana tim pengabdi dari kalangan akademisi memberikan stimulus kepada sasaran program agar dapat melaksanakan dan mengembangkan program yang sesuai, dimulai dari tahapan pra implementasi, implementasi dan pasca implementasi.Hasil program pengabdian ini adalah terfomulasikannya kerangka kurikuler gagasan Al Ghazali dalam kitab Ayyuha al Walad dan model pendidikan Islam K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid dalam bidang penguatan akhlak yang siap pakai, modul silabi pendidikan kitab Ayyuha al Walad yang dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan oleh Guru pada pelajaran lainnya, serta disepakatinya program pengajian wali santri MDT Al Islah setiap bulan untuk memberikan penguatan dan kesadaran mereka tentang tanggung jawab para orang tua dalam mendidik anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bentuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan Pengaruh adanya pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam online berbasis Google Classroom terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Islamic Qon Gresik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Islamic Qon Gresik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik penarikan sampel probabilita (probability sampling) dengan metode simple random sampling yang mengacu pada taraf kesalahan sebesar 5% dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dimulai dari mengolah data menjadi tabel, kemudian menguji keabsahan data, dan melakukan analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam online berbasis Google Classroom pada siswa kelas XI SMK Islamic Qon Gresik terbatas pada penyampaian materi secara teoritis dan pemberian tugas yang sudah dijadwal sedemikian rupa oleh guru kepada siswa. dan dari pelaksanaan tersebut terdapat pengaruh positif yang nyata antara pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam online berbasis Google Classroom terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Islamic Qon Gresik dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada analisis hasil angket dengan menggunakan rumus uji korelasi product moment yang nilai rxy diperoleh sebesar 0,709 dengan N = 85 yang lebih besar daripada nilai rtabel pada taraf signifikasi sebesar 5%.

Abstract

Teaching skills are not limited to the delivery of lesson material but the complexity of the demands of learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the effectiveness of microteaching implementation with teaching skills and teaching readiness of Islamic Education Study Program students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. This study used a survey research method with a quantitative research approach focused on revealing causal relationships and testing hypotheses. The population in the study was Islamic Education students who had taken microteaching courses. Identification with probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula is 74 students. Path analysis was used through a regression approach and using AMOS software version 24.0. The calculation results obtained that the effectiveness of microteaching courses with a path coefficient value = 0.575 has a positive effect on teaching skills, while microteaching courses with teaching readiness does not have a positive effect with a path value = 0.244. While teaching skills with teaching readiness there is a positive influence of 0.621. from the results of the above research, the implementation of controlled microteaching can develop students' skills, but in teaching readiness, identifying is influenced by other factors such as infrastructure, motivation, teaching techniques, pedagogical knowledge, and self-confidence, from the importance of constructive feedback in microteaching sessions.

Abstract

Our KKN team applies the PAR method to carry out the Business Identification Number (NIB) creation program in Urang Agung Village. This program aims to help the community's economy by actively involving them in the NIB creation process. The implementation results show an increase in public awareness about the importance of business legality, with six entrepreneurs successfully obtaining NIB. The program also raises awareness of the benefits of NIB and highlights the importance of practical support in the administration process. The success of this program has a significant impact on the credibility of the business world and opens up new opportunities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, adaptability, and self-efficacy on Generation Z's work readiness, while also comparing the effects between senior high school students and college/diploma students. A quantitative approach was applied using an associative-comparative method. The population included high school and university students in the Pekalongan region, with a total of 200 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the impact of each independent variable on work readiness, while an independent samples t-test was conducted to examine differences between the two groups. The findings indicate that digital literacy and self-efficacy significantly and positively affect work readiness, whereas adaptability does not show a significant impact. Moreover, the comparison test revealed that university students demonstrate higher levels of work readiness, digital literacy, and self-efficacy than high school students. However, no significant difference was found in adaptability. These results highlight the importance of enhancing digital literacy and self-efficacy from secondary education levels to improve Generation Z's readiness for employment.

Abstract

The effectiveness of an organization’s work program often hinges on the leader’s capacity to manage and direct the organization. This study examines the entrepreneurial leadership demonstrated by LAZISNU in the Doro District in its efforts to enhance organizational independence. A qualitative descriptive case study approach was employed, with data collected using triangulation of data sources, methods, and theories to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The analysis reveals that LAZISNU Doro, Pekalongan, Indonesia exhibits an entrepreneurially oriented leadership model, characterized by proactively fostering organizational commitment through the alignment of vision and mission to cultivate a positive work culture; implementing innovative and collaborative programs by leveraging social influence from community leaders and women's religious organizations (Muslimat and Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama) to enhance productivity; taking strategic risks through partnerships that support community services and member skill development; and upholding organizational integrity and religious values to build public trust. These findings contribute to the empirical literature on religious organizational development, confirming that modern entrepreneurial principles are not only applicable to for-profit ventures but are also instrumental in the success of non-profit organizations. The case of LAZISNU Doro illustrates how effective leadership in non-profit settings can serve as a catalyst for community empowerment and socio-economic transformation

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death worldwide, with thrombosis playing a key role in the pathological process. Conventional antithrombotic therapy often causes side effects, necessitating alternatives based on biological resources. Marine microorganisms are known to produce fibrinolytic protease enzymes that can degrade fibrin and prevent blood clot formation. This study aimed to evaluate the differences in antithrombotic activity and hemolysis patterns of fibrinolytic protease-producing bacterial isolates obtained from the coast of Tanjung Dewa Beach, South Kalimantan. A total of 15 isolates were obtained from seawater, beach sand, mollusks, crabs, and barnacles, and then subjected to colony morphology identification, Gram staining, and spore observation. Proteolytic activity testing using Skim Milk Agar media showed that all isolates had proteolytic activity with varying indices, with PSR1 showing the highest index (3.4). Furthermore, fibrinolytic testing using the fibrin plate assay method showed that 10 isolates were capable of degrading fibrin, with AL8 and SP2 showing the highest fibrinolytic indices (3.12 and 3.11, respectively). Antithrombotic testing using the clot lysis method revealed that AL7 and SP1 exhibited the highest lysis percentages (82.05% and 88.88%, respectively). Anticoagulant activity, as determined by the Lee-White method, showed that SP2 significantly prolonged the coagulation time (142 seconds, 49.65%). Hemolysis pattern testing revealed variations in activity, with AL8 and PSR1 classified as gamma-hemolytic and therefore potentially safer. Statistical analysis showed no significant differences between isolates in terms of antithrombotic activity, anticoagulant activity, or hemolysis pattern (p > 0.05). These findings suggest that coastal bacterial isolates from Tanjung Dewa Beach, particularly AL8 and SP2, have the potential to serve as safe, natural antithrombotic agents, supporting the development of biomedical therapies for cardiovascular disease.
