Abstract

This research entitle “Identification of Post-Inauguration Five years Batik by UNESCO Against IKM Developments in Pekalongan Batik City” has the aim to testing corelation among variables to reality faced are the poor track record or clear documentation related economic development in Village Batik Kauman and Tourism Village Batik Pesindon post-inaugural Batik Indonesia by UNESCO. This research includes the quantitative descriptive research that use the descriptive statistic analysis method. The population is all of ceaftman at village batik kauman and tourism village batik pesindon, Pekalongan city. The number of samples was determined by the method of interview on some IKM contained in the research object, especially IKM who take charge of the village community kauman batik and batik pesindon tourist village. The result of this research show thah that have affected the development of SMEs batik in Pekalongan city, especially in villages kauman batik and batik pesindon tourist village there are three variables, namely, the number of SMEs, the amount of labor and production capacity. Where these three things are very influential on the turnover obtained. Keywords : five years after the inauguration of batik by UNESCO, the development of batik IKM

Abstract

The impact felt during the spread of the corona virus was very large, especially on the country's economy, one of the most vulnerable sectors is MSMEs which are the driving force of the country's economy. Consumers began to limit their consumption due to deteriorating financial conditions. Moreover, consumers really want satisfaction when choosing MSMEs that are considered able to provide prices that are in accordance with financial conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, are able to provide good service, and are able to maintain the company's existence by creating a positive image, so that consumers feel satisfied. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on the MSME business, how people are consistent in using Indonesian MSME products because they are familiar with their image and quality, so that MSMEs can still maintain their existence in the face of crises in that era. The level of technological readiness in research This is at the basic research stage with the output target is to obtain data from a questionnaire about how great the existence of Indonesian local MSMEs is able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic until a new era is normal. The sample used in the study used a random sampling technique to randomly select consumers of Indonesian local MSME products throughout Indonesia, with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result is that company image is able to mediate service quality on customer satisfaction, but is not proven to mediate customer satisfaction prices. This opens the door for future research.

Abstract

This research produces information products about Pekalongan city batik educational tourism packaged in audio-visual form with the aim of increasing Pekalongan City's daytime power through audio-visual promotional media innovations that carry the concept of educational travel on the local wisdom product "Batik" which is the identity of Pekalongan City, which can attract tourists to visit Pekalongan city to take an educational tour after watching Video Teaser Batik Edu-Tourism. Research and development research or research and development (R&D) with a qualitative approach that produces competitive video innovations in promoting batik educational tourism. Batik educational tourism locations are presented based on five useful concepts of batik edu-tourism, namely: learning tourism, technique tourism, heritage tourism, community tourism, and shopping tourism which are also the hallmark or differentiation of the edu-tourism video in this video. The selection of destinations in the video is due to the prominent potential in tourism and batik education and refers to the prima donna destinations in Pekalongan City. In line with the branding of the city of Pekalongan, namely the world city of batik, this video is a special attraction for tourists who watch, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the batik-edu tourism teaser video viewers which has increased significantly. Abstract

Abstract  The aims of this research is to analize the dimensions of internet banking, there have 3 dimensions : (1) online customer service quality, (2) online information system quality, and (3) banking service product quality,  and  their  influence  to  customer’s  satisfaction.  The  analyze  done  by  intervening  regression model with SPSS, and than examine both partial and simultaneous hypothesis. The sample amount 152 customers of BNI Pekalongan that using the internet banking service. The  procedures of analysis are :  a.  testing the instrument with validity and reliability, b. testing the classic assumption with normality, multicolinearity,and heteroscedasticity, c. intervening regression analysis with 2 models (substructure) regressions, d. testing the partial and simultan hypothesis The result of substructure 1 regression, show that on partial test, 3 independent variables above has the positive  and  significance  influence  to  overall  internet  banking  quality  service  at  the  level  of significance 95 % ( or at α 5 % ). On the simultaneous test also has the significance influence result. The test hypothesis of substructure 2  regression, showthat overall internet banking quality service has the significance influence. By those result, the management of BNI Pekalongan must optimalized the quality of internet banking service  that  can  increasing  the  customer’s  satisfaction,  because  it  was  make  the  positive  effect  of corporate image by the word of mouth informations. KEYWORDS : customer service; information system internet banking

Abstract

Creative economy that is very synonymous with creative industry activities, at the moment is considered capable of making a very significant contribution to the regional economy. Creative economy is essentially focused on industries that create goods and services that rely on expertise, talent and creativity as sustainable intellectual property. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) are one of the business sectors that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. MSME’s have always been a good place for the creation of productive employment.The purpose of this research was to formulate a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) on the development of creative economy as a step in developing creative economy-based Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekalongan City through applicable development strategies, while the objectives of the research These are MSMEs that are spread in Pekalongan City which have a carrying capacity for Pekalongan City batik tourism.The level of technological readiness in this research is at the basic research stage with its output target is to obtain data from observations and interviews with informants through questionnaires related to efforts made by creative economy-based MSMEs to drive batik tourism destinations in Pekalongan which become the leading sectors of Pekalongan City. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques with SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) to create a strategy for the development of creative economy-based MSMEs as a driver of tourism destinations in Pekalongan City.

Abstract

This research entitle “The Influence of Compensation, Training, and Supervisor Role to The Performance of employees batik club at Sijambe village, Wonokerto, Pekalongan” has the aim to testing corelation amongvariables to reality faced are the poor performance of employees batik club at Sijambe village, Wonokerto,Pekalongan. This research includes the quantitative research, that use the path analysis method. The population is all of ceaftman of batik club at Sijambe village, Wonokerto, Pekalongan Regency. Thesamples amount take with forecasting interval, and use the purposive sampling method to take the samples. The result of this research show thah compensation and training variables have no significanceinfluence to employee performance. But the supervisor role variable has the significance influence to employeeperformance Batik club at Sijambe village, Wonokerto, Pekalongan Regency.   Keywords: compensation, training, supervisor role and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences of the factors that can influence the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between those applied to conventional companies and those applied to public service organizations. The object of research under study is PT. Pismatex Pekalongan and regional public hospital Bendan Pekalongan City,where the unit of analysis is employers. The sample consisted of employees in both objects, amounting to 94 and 64 people. Processing data by descriptive method. The results indicate that the influence’s factor in OCB are applied in conventional companies is significant different in public service organizations. In more detail the results of hypothesis testing known that in conventional companies, the variables of job satisfaction, gender, and age of employees dominate the effect is OCB more than other variables. Whereas in public service organizations, the more dominant variables affecting OCB is organizational climate. Keywords: Organization Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Human concern for health has been increasing and requires business people to provide solutions to health problems through the marketing of green products. Gender and occupation are demographic factors that are thought to influence the purchase of green products. This study aims to examine the model that presents the influence of lifestyle, green products, and social media marketing on purchase intention in career women. The research method used is a survey. The quantitative approach is done by using a multiple regression model. Questionnaires were used to collect data on samples of consumers of green products in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta with 252 respondents, namely career women. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with questionnaires distributed online using google forms. The results of the study confirm that lifestyle, green products, and social media marketing are predictors of purchase intention on green products. The results show that social media marketing has a greater influence on purchase intention compared to a healthy lifestyle and the power of green products themselves. In addition, this study also discusses the implications of the findings and identifies areas for future research.

Abstract

Increasing technological developments cause consumers to be selective in making purchasing decisions. The study aims to determine whether Brand Image and Business Ethics have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions both partially and simultaneously. Case studies conducted on Jims Honey consumers in Pemalang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire in the form of a google form and literature review. Of the total research population of 35 people who were also used as samples (Saturated Sample). The instrument test used is validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test while the analysis to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. This study concluded that Brand Image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions partially, Business Ethics has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially, Brand Image and Business Ethics have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously (together).
