Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar dan belajar siswa dalam kemampuan menggunakan media audio visual pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V SDN Sukawening Kecamatan Sumedang Utara Kabupaten Sumedang. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dikelas V SD Negeri Sukawening Kecamatan Sumedang Utara Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas pada siswa kelas V SDN Sukawening Kecamatan Sumedang Utara Kabupaten Sumedang yang berjumlah 19 orang, terdiri dari 11 orang laki-laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan tes hasil belajar.Berdasarkan pengelolaan data hasil observasi diperoleh simpulan bahwa menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas V. Hal tersebutterlihat dari peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yang meliputi aspek melaksanakan tugas, menjaga lingkungan belajar, aspek menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, dari data awal memperoleh persentase skor 54% pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 60% dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 73%. Berdasarkan pengelolaan pengolahan data hasil tes diperoleh simpulan bahwa penggunaan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam penggunaan media audio visual. Hal tersebut terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa data awal memperoleh persentase skor 54% pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 60% dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 73%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical understanding of students on the material of division and multiplication. This study is intended to determine the effect of BAKI board learning media on students mathematical understanding of the material for arithmetical operations division and multiplication of whole numbers. The method used in this research is an experiment with a research design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique used was a written test with 5 PG questions and 3 essay questions. The subjects in this study were second grade students of SDN Paniis which consisted of 10 people.Based on the results of the calculation of the pretest and posttest data through the t-test of 10 students, the average value was 18.7, standard deviation was 15.15, = 3.90 and = 2.2622. Thus it shows that -= -2.2622 = 3.90 = 2.2622 so that it is rejected and accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of BAKI board learning media (division and multiplication) on the mathematical understanding of arithmetic operations, division and multiplication of whole numbers in grade II students of SDN Paniis in the 2021/2022 academic year

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze how the implementation of Employee Work Discipline at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Sumedang Branch. This study aims to determine Work Discipline and what efforts are made to improve Work Discipline at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Sumedang Branch. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. According to Steven Dukeshire & Jennifer Thurlow (Sugiyono, 2020: 3) stated that qualitative research is concerned with data that is not numbers, collecting and analyzing narrative data. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the researcher uses the data analysis method of the Miles and Huberman model, the activities in the data analysis which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory of this research and the dimensions used from the theory according to Bejo Siswanto (Sinambela, 2019:356) are indicators that affect work discipline including frequency of attendance, level of alertness, obedience to work standards, obedience to work regulations, and work ethics. Based on the results of interviews, observations and data analysis, it was concluded that Work Discipline at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Sumedang Branch as a whole has been running quite well in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and company regulations. While suggestions that can be used as material for further consideration is that in the application of employee work discipline, participation between superiors and employees is needed in enforcing discipline. PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Sumedang Branch should further emphasize the sanctions given to employees who commit violations, in order to provide a deterrent effect and so that employees do not repeat the same mistakes
