Abstract

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are essential for the success of Islamic banks in Indonesia, particularly as customer expectations grow and competition intensifies. While previous research has explored the impact of service quality and brand experience on loyalty, the results have been inconsistent. This study examines the influence of e-service quality, Islamic service quality, and Islamic branding experience on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also analyzing the mediating role of satisfaction. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 200 purposively selected Islamic bank customers who had actively used e-banking services for at least six months. The data were gathered through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The findings show that all three independent variables significantly and positively affect customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction acts as a significant mediator between these variables and customer loyalty. Among the predictors, Islamic branding experience plays a key role by fostering emotional bonds through values such as honesty, transparency, and trust. This study contributes to the Islamic marketing literature by emphasizing the importance of integrating Islamic values into service and branding strategies to enhance satisfaction and cultivate long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and trust on customer satisfaction (a case study at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal).Method - The type of research carried out is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression equation test.Result - The results of this study are (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, product quality, and Trust together has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that service delivery and product quality as well as the trust given by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study shows that these three variables have a significant correlation to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Household waste management remains an environmental problem that requires serious attention, particularly in rural areas with limited waste management facilities and systems. This study aims to identify and analyze the problems of household waste management in Kunir Village, Demak. The study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving the head, village officials, and community members selected management in Kunir Village has not bee optimally implemented. Waste is still to burn their household wase. These conditions are influenced not only by community behavior but also by limited facilities, budget constraints, the absence pf a structured waste collection and management system, and uneven community participation. Although the village government has undertaken efforts through socialization, warnings, cleaning activities, and prohibition signs, these efforts have not yet resulted in sustainable behavioral change.
