Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to advance information technology so that later students who are studying at SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah will get additional insight into computer science in the field of information technology such as Virtual Reality and Virtual Augmented which in everyday terms do not let many students gaptek (stuttering technology) in order to play a more role in world competition outside the school walls. The benefits of PKM activities are aimed at SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah students who are expected to be able to utilize and apply them to other fields of science related to the science they are studying. The results and conclusions of this PKM are that this PKM activity has educated and provided knowledge of Virtual Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology and its role in the world of education. So that students of SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah can better prepare themselves to become a creative, innovative and inspiring young generation in the face of technological advances.

Abstract

The importance of using and utilizing technology to increase knowledge in the Generation Z era among youth is one of the driving factors to remain competitive in the digital world. With this digital technology, it is easier for all groups to access information on social media such as Google, YouTube, ChatGPT. Analysis of the situation with partners, in this case SMA Negeri 1 Kepahiang, revealed a picture of students' lack of understanding of the development of information technology, especially in the digital field. so that the school conveyed the need to socialize the technology directly to the students of SMAN 1 Kepahiang. Parts of the field of computer science that continue to develop include artificial intelligence as a tool and a substitute for human functions, one of which is ChatGPT technology which is an artificial intelligence-based machine technology that is trained to be able to imitate human conversation using NPL (Natural Language Processing) technology. And used to produce quite scientific writing or even books with prompts. So that opportunities for innovation using this technology are wide open for education in Indonesia, one of which is improving the writing skills of students in schools/campuses to achieve the six competencies (critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, character education and citizenship) that are needed in the current era. This. In this case, this service effort is carried out to provide generation Z with more in-depth knowledge regarding artificial intelligence and prepare them to be able to keep up with technological developments that continue to develop

Abstract

Kedai Kopi Luwak Bengkulu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti aplikasi database pada penjualan dan pengolahan data sehingga mempermudah dalam pengembangan sistem usaha dengan lebih baik dan bersaing di dunia bisnis. Namun, fakta yang terjadi pada Kedai Kopi Luwak tersebut belum mengoptimalkan teknologi informasi terutama pada sistem penjualannya. Sistem informasi yang diterapkan masih bersifat manual, yaitu secara tertulis. Sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan, dan membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam perhitungannya. Oleh karena itu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi penjualan untuk membantu Kedai Kopi Luwak Bengkulu khususnya kemudahan bagi admin dan kasir dalam memproses datanya agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi penjualan Kedai Kopi Luwak ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode pengujian yang di ambil adalah metode pengujian Black Box. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi penjualan ini dapat memudahkan admin mengontrol penjualan sehingga dapat mengembangkan strategi dan meningkatkan hasil penjualan.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly influenced the learning process in schools. However, many students still have limited understanding of how to utilize technology effectively for learning activities. This issue was also found among students at SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Tengah. This community service activity aims to increase students' learning motivation through the implementation of a web-based learning point system and provide knowledge about the use of internet technology in education. The methods used include preparation, socialization, system usage training, and evaluation. The results show that students gained better understanding of internet technology and experienced increased motivation to learn through the implementation of the learning point system. The system creates a more interactive and competitive learning environment among students. Therefore, this activity contributes to improving students' motivation and readiness in facing technological developments.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students' understanding of artificial intelligence utilization in creating intellectual works at Madrasah Aliyah Pancasila Bengkulu. The main issue is the low utilization of digital technology, especially artificial intelligence, in supporting learning processes. The solution offered is educational socialization using lectures, discussions, and evaluation methods. The activity was conducted through observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate an increase in students' knowledge regarding the use of artificial intelligence and its positive and negative impacts. Students also showed high enthusiasm during the activity. Therefore, this program contributes to improving digital literacy and preparing students for rapid technological advancements.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students' knowledge and skills in web interface design using Figma at SMA Pancasila Bengkulu. The main problems include limited understanding of UI design and lack of practical skills in using design tools. The solution was implemented through training and hands-on practice. The method consists of observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate improved student understanding and skills in designing web interfaces. This activity enhances digital literacy and creativity.

Abstract

21st century technological developments, especially artificial intelligence (AI) and digital literacy, are increasingly important in vocational education to improve students' work readiness. AI socialization and training activities carried out at SMKN 7 Bengkulu City aim to strengthen students' understanding of the wise and productive use of technology. Using qualitative descriptive methods through material presentation and activity-based practice, the activities lasted for 30 days involving 480 students. The results show that 96% of students participated actively and were able to understand AI concepts more concretely. Apart from being an information tool, the use of AI has been proven to encourage students' critical thinking skills through data analysis and evaluation. This activity has a positive impact in increasing students' digital literacy, technology skills and work readiness to face the industrial world.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a data mining method based on the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm to classify the Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) regarding services at the Central Aceh District Attorney’s Office. Until now, the data from the CSI questionnaires collected has not been optimally utilized because it has only been processed using average calculations, thus failing to provide in-depth information regarding patterns of public satisfaction. The C4.5 Decision Tree method was used because it is capable of producing a classification model that is easy to understand and can identify the service attributes that most influence the level of public satisfaction. The data used in this study were derived from questionnaire results based on seven criteria: service procedures, service information, processing time, staff competence, technological facilities, complaint handling, and integrity. The results indicate that the C4.5 algorithm can be effectively applied to classify levels of public satisfaction and generate decision trees that serve as a basis for evaluation and decision-making.

Abstract

Measuring the level of community satisfaction at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office still uses a complaint box, where people can write suggestions on a piece of paper and then enter the suggestion through the box provided with two options, namely satisfied and dissatisfied. This is certainly less effective and takes a long time in measuring the level of community satisfaction due to the absence of a definite indicator in assessing satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office can assist administrators in managing data on the assessment of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, can provide information on the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, and can facilitate the community, especially those in the Central Lebong Sub-District area, in providing an assessment of satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office was built web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed via the url link https://surveikecamatanlebongtengah.online/. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that this application is very helpful in managing and evaluating data on community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District so that the level of community satisfaction is known and this application can be used as a forum for the community in providing community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District.

Abstract

Providing polio vaccine to toddlers is a very important preventive measure in efforts to prevent polio disease, especially in areas with limited health access such as Masat Public Health Center. However, in its implementation, an appropriate decision-making method is needed to determine the priority of toddler vaccination based on various relevant criteria. This study implements the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method as a tool in multi-criteria decision-making related to polio vaccine administration. This method combines two approaches, namely the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM), to provide more accurate and flexible results. The criteria used in this study include the age of the toddler, health history, previous immunization status, and environmental factors. The results of the analysis show that the WASPAS method is able to provide objective vaccination priority recommendations and can be applied as a decision support system in the Puskesmas environment. Thus, it is hoped that this method can help increase the effectiveness of vaccine distribution and reduce the risk of polio spread among toddlers.
