Abstract

Abstract

In the era of globalization, traditional therapy clinics are required to ensure high personnel performance in providing services to the community, especially patients as the object of service. The low level of knowledge of health workers regarding health credential management affects the performance and quality of services in clinics. The aim of the health workers credential training activity is to improve the quality of health services at Griya Sehat Shareeah, Depok City. The community service activity was attended by 13 health workers from Griya Sehat Shareeah. Training is carried out with several practice sessions and an ongoing training program that focuses on technical and moral support efforts. The results of training show that there are differences in the level of knowledge after being given training to health workers. Thus, credential management training using lectures and practice methods can increase health workers knowledge about credential management and strengthen knowledge of the competence and authority of health workers at Griya Sehat Shareeah in providing health services so as to improve service quality. In the end, Griya Sehat Shareeah became an exemplary model that was able to combine traditional medicine with modern medicine in society.

Abstract

The proliferation of technology and social media has made cybercrime increasingly widespread. One of the kind called online grooming was defined as a process or condition in which adults manipulate minors as an approach to trust and obedience that leads to sexual behavior. According to some studies, the minors victimized online groming are not aware that they are being prepared sexually and make it seem to be a conversation or flirting because of the methods and strategies employed by the anonymers or groomers in the process of getting closer to the victim. The study uses systematic literature review (SLR) or systematic literacy review to identify dangers caused by online materials by referral articles, journals and other literature sources obtained through databases.

Abstract

Pneumonia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in infants in Indonesia. Antibiotic therapy is a key component of its treatment. However, the choice between single antibiotic therapy and combination therapy remains a subject of debate, particularly in relation to efficiency and length of hospital stay. This study aims to compare the length of hospital stay in infants with pneumonia who received single antibiotic therapy and combination antibiotic therapy at Hospital X. The study employs a quantitative observational design with a retrospective approach. Data were collected from medical records of pediatric pneumonia patients during a specific period at Hospital X, with 44 patients receiving single antibiotic therapy and 6 patients receiving combination therapy. Data analysis was performed using the non-parametric Mann–Whitney test to compare hospitalization duration between the two therapy groups. The results of the Mann–Whitney test showed no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between patients receiving monotherapy and combination therapy (p = 0.214; p ≥ 0.05). This indicates that monotherapy provides clinically comparable outcomes to combination therapy in terms of length of hospital stay. Single antibiotic therapy was found to be comparable in effectiveness to combination therapy in terms of length of hospital stay in infants with pneumonia. These results support the application of rational antibiotic therapy principles and provide a basis for the efficient use of antibiotics.
