Abstract

AbstractThe development of digital payment systems has encouraged the adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a practical and efficient cashless transaction method. Generation Z, as a digitally literate group, has strong potential to adopt this payment system. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust on Generation Z’s intention to use QRIS through the BSI Mobile application in Kudus Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 96 Generation Z respondents who use BSI Mobile. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS, while knowledge and trust do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence the intention to use QRIS with a coefficient of determination of 75.3%. These findings indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are the main factors encouraging Generation Z to adopt QRIS as a digital payment method.Keywords: Knowledge; Convenience; Benefits; Trust; Intention to Use; QRIS. AbstrakPerkembangan sistem pembayaran digital mendorong penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) sebagai metode transaksi non-tunai yang praktis dan efisien. Generasi Z sebagai kelompok yang akrab dengan teknologi digital memiliki potensi besar dalam mengadopsi sistem pembayaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, kemudahan, manfaat, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat Generasi Z menggunakan QRIS pada aplikasi BSI Mobile di Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 96 responden Generasi Z pengguna BSI Mobile. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan QRIS, sedangkan pengetahuan dan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan QRIS dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 75,3%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat menjadi faktor utama dalam mendorong minat Generasi Z menggunakan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran digital.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan; Kemudahan; Manfaat; Kepercayaan; Minat Menggunakan ; QRIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, kepercayaan dan keuntungan terhadap keputusan penggunaan crypto pada mahasiswa di Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan permasalahan penelitian yang diajukan bahwa ketiga variable yang dipilih diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 250 mahasiswa di Kudus. Data diolah menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variable yang diajukan, yaitu pengetahuan, kepercayaan dan keuntungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan crypto. Kontribusi yang ingin diberikan dari penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa dapat mendalami pengetahuan tentang crypto dengan cara mengikuti perkembangannya sehingga terhindar dari kerugian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors which affect employee performance; islamic work ethics by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. Based on the research problem, there are how to improve employee performance through affective commitment and job satisfaction, and the factors which affective commitment and job satisfaction, so the answer is by the Islamic Work Ethics variable. This study is conducted on 200 employees of cross sectors and cross professions working in various fields. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by the help Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The results show that Islamic Work Ethics has a positive effect on employee performance, by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of employee performance in facing the era of society in terms of human resource development, Muslim coworkers support, and spiritual motivation in the Kudus Convection UMKM, both positively and significantly. This research method uses field research with a quantitative approach and is analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population is convection SMEs in Kudus, and the sample is 125 respondents. The analysis results of validity and reliability tests are valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Muslim coworkers support has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and spiritual motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research contributes to aligning modern management principles and the latest trends in the business world and preparing human resources to face the demands of the convection industry, which is growing. Recommendations for further research are that it can broaden the sampling not only in one city, can apply Islamic values more in the context of work, and can add other factors that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the community empowerment model within the Beasiswa Tahfidz Qur'an (BTQ) for Leaders program, developed by LAZNAS PPPA Daarul Qur'an for Qur'an memorization students in Yogyakarta and Central Java. This research employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected through seven years of observation and researcher involvement, interviews with stakeholders, and document studies. The data were then analyzed using an in-depth descriptive qualitative method. The findings indicate that the educational empowerment model implemented by LAZNAS PPPA Daarul Qur'an is highly unique and distinct from other models in the education sector. It encompasses skill development, strengthening of religious knowledge, control of Qur'anic memorization, empowerment training, and a mandatory one-year dedication period after graduation. This model proves to be highly effective for underprivileged families who aspire to pursue higher education while memorizing the Qur'an. Consequently, it produces hafidz and hafidzah (male and female Qur'an memorizers) who are prepared to become future leaders. Furthermore, this scholarship program enhances the welfare of its recipients, as individuals with high education and sufficient life provisions are well-positioned to improve their families' future socioeconomic status.
