Abstract

Berkembangnya fenomena sing beling sing nganten di Bali sangat mencemaskan para orang tua maupun masyarakat mengingat pola pikir generasi saat ini yang lebih memilih melaksanakan hubungan seksual dengan pasangannya sebelum terjadinya perkawinan dimana memiliki tujuannya yaitu terjadinyan kehamilan pada pihak perempuan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor yang menjadi pemicu mereka untuk melakukan perbuatan tersebut. Perempuan pada khususnya tentunya tidak memikirkan akibat dari perbuatannya dan hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan jika seandainya terjadi sesuatu yang tidak sessuai dengan apa yang sudah direncanakan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu bentuk perlindungan terhadap perempuan dalam fenomena sing beling sing nganten. Berdasarkan hal ini, maka tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan terhadap perempuan dalam fenomena sing beling sing nganten di Bali Adapun metode penelitain yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian empiris yaitu penelitia hukum yang menggunakan fakta-fakta empiris yang di ambil dari prilaku manusia baik dari prilaku verbal yang didapat dari hasilb wawancara maupun prilaku nyata yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung, Untuk hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Perlindungan terhadap perempuan di tengah terjadinya fenomena sing beling sing nganten di Bali Perlindungan Hukum Preventif dan Perlindungan Hukum Represif.

Abstract

Children are the nation's buds who have the potential to become the younger generation to continue the ideals of the nation's struggle who have a strategic role, and have special characteristics and characteristics that guarantee the continued existence of the nation and state in the future. One of the criminal acts that has become a phenomenon lately is the crime of sexual violence against minors. Child protection is all activities to ensure and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate, as well as receive protection from violence and discrimination. The implementation of legal protection for minors as victims of sexual violence at the Karangasem Police is carried out by providing protection and assistance, hiding the victim's identity, cooperating with other institutions, handling fast, treating humanely by paying attention to needs according to their age, obtaining information Regarding the development of cases, rehabilitation assistance, all of that is based on the law.

Abstract

The development of sing beling sing nganten (pro-choice for married by accident) the sing beling sing nganten phenomenon in Bali is causing concern among parents and the community due to the younger generation's inclination towards engaging in sexual relationships before marriage, often with the intention of pregnancy. Various triggering factors lead them to these actions. Women, in particular, may not fully contemplate the repercussions or considerations if their plans go awry. Consequently, there's a need for protective measures for women within this phenomenon. The research aimed to identify the necessary protection for women in response to this phenomenon. Employing empirical and legal research methods, the study utilized oral data from interviews and direct observation of real behaviors. The research identified two forms of protection for women concerning this phenomenon: Preventive Legal Protection and Repressive Legal Protection.
