Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational support, and job satisfaction on work motivation in improving employee performance. Descriptive research verification using the approach quantitative surveys and data collection by survey method with instrument of questionnaire with Likert scale of 1 to 5. The population of this research was the employees of in branch quarter of the Scout Movement in East Java obtained, while the sampling technique used is census method, so all population become a respondents in this study. Data analizing is performed using SEM AMOS 24 software. The results of this study where the transformational leadership, organizational support, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on work motivation, garthermoretransformational leadership, organizational support and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, lastly that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to gather empirical evidence on the position of profitability as a mediation variable on liquidity, activity, and leverage on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) between 2017 and 2019. A sample of 11 was collected using the purposive sampling method. A manufacturing firm registered as a consumer goods industry. According to the findings of this report, liquidity, activity, and leverage all significantly impacted profitability but had no impact on stock returns. Profitability has a significant impact on stock returns, and it is a variable that mediates the full impact of liquidity, activity, and leverage on stock returns.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang peran profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi, terhadap likuiditas, aktivitas dan leverage pada return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang berada dalam Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) selama tahun 2017 - 2019. Dengan menggunakan metode pruposive sampling diperoleh sampel 11 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar sebagai industri barang konsumsi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa likuiditas, aktivitas dan leverage secara partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, tetapi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pengembalian saham. Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembalian saham dan merupakan variabel yang memediasi penuh pengaruh  sebagai likuiditas, aktivitas dan leverage terhadap pengembalian saham.

Abstract

The research gap in this study with previous research is in the first study of Ahmed A. Diab, Samir I. Abdelazim, Aref M. Eissa, Eid Mahmoud Abozaid, Mona Mohamed Elshaabany, where previous research only examined company size and financial performance on audit opinion in 2012-2016, while this research is on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In addition, there have not been many previous studies similar to this research, but the research has a novelty in the form of the absence of a comprehensive study that examines the variables of Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, PSAK Compliance, on Audit Opinion with CSRD and Financial Performance as Intervening variables. and GCG as Moderating Variable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, PSAK compliance, on audit opinions. CSRD and Financial Performance variables as Intervening variables on CSRD, Financial Performance and Audit Opinion with GCG as moderating in BUMN companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The quantitative research method is Causal Explanatory with the unit of analysis as many as 23 Non-Bank BUMN companies during the 2017 to 2019 research period so that a total of 69 samples were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that 14 hypotheses were accepted, meaning that there was a significant effect on Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and PSAK Compliance on CSRD, Financial Performance and Audit Opinions. Meanwhile, GCG is proven to moderate the influence of Financial Performance on Audit Opinion (H13), while one hypothesis, namely H12, is rejected. This means that GCG does not moderate the influence of CSRD on Audit Opinion

Abstract

With the development of increasingly modern and rapid economic growth, it is the reason that everyone can make transactions anywhere and anytime, including investment activities carried out in the capital market. Investors must have a lot of careful consideration to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This study used 15 samples of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on certain criteria. The results of the study found that partially Price earning ratio, inflation, interest rates and exchange rates did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while Earning per share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

In the industry competition and technological advances increasing, companies can increase their competitive advantage to manage operational costs well. The costs issued by the company must have value added for the company so that there is no waste of costs. Therefore, cost efficiency is very crucial for a company in order to maintain its sustainability of the company. Activity-based management is a technique for increasing efficiency. This research aims to implement activity-based management to increase the efficiency of PT. The Charm of Arnos Concrete Gresik. This research is descriptive and qualitative, using primary data from interviews. Research that is descriptive qualitative using primary data in the form of interviews. Research findings show that by implementing activity-based management in PT Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik, activities with a low amount of added value are obtained after being carried out by this method. Costs that do not have added value can be reduced so that there are cost savings. This still develops efficiency without negating the quality of service provided to consumers or customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, kesadaran keuangan, pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan dengan perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang menguji antar variabel berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Surabaya yang sudah berkeluarga. Jumlah populasi keluarga di Kota Surabaya berdasarkan data yang diambil dari Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.463.469 keluarga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Berdasarkan rumus slovin, jumlah sampel dapat ditentukan sebanyak 100 keluarga. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa kusioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam mengukur tingkat kepentingan pada masing-masing indikator menggunakan skala likert dengan rentang 1 (sangat tidak penting) sampai dengan 4 (sangat penting). Hasil penelitian ini bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Kesadaran keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun kesadaran keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap perilaku keuangan dan kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Perilaku keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Sedangkan inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between economic status, financial literacy, financial management on lifestyle in generation z with consumptive behavior as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research also uses causal research. The population in this study were generation Z in Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The research instrument used in this research is a questionnaire made by the researcher. The measurement used in measuring the level of importance of each indicator uses a Likert scale with a range of 1 (strongly agree) to 4 (strongly disagree). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of economic status, financial literacy and financial management of respondents on generation z's lifestyle. Then consumptive behavior does not moderate the influence of economic status and financial literacy on lifestyle in generation z. While consumptive behavior moderates the influence of financial management on lifestyle in generation z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, activity, and solvency on stock prices by using two intervening variables, namely profitability and CSRD. This research uses the causal explanatory method which is a type of research where the researcher explains the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing, namely testing hypotheses based on the theory that has been formulated previously, and then the data that has been obtained is calculated through a quantitative approach. Liquidity has no significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has no significant effect on CSRD, Liquidity has no significant effect on Stock Price, Activity has no significant effect on Profitability, Activity has no significant effect on CSRD, Activity has no significant effect on Stock Price, Solvency has no significant effect on Profitability, Solvency has no significant effect on CSRD, Solvency has no significant effect on stock prices, profitability has no significant effect on stock prices, CSRD has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe, understand and analyze the omnibus law as an investment law reform in Indonesia based on the hierarchical principle of laws and regulations. As for writing this article using normative legal research. In addition, the writing of this article uses a theoretical and juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that in the formation of the omnibus law as a rule that facilitates Indonesian investment, the hierarchical principle of laws and regulations applies. Then there is some urgency to form an omnibus law in the investment aspect. One of the theories of the welfare state that applies to Indonesia is the role of increasing the economy in the investment sector through the omnibus law in order to realize the mandate of the Indonesian constitution, namely to promote general welfare and as much as possible for the prosperity of the Indonesian people.
