Abstract

The phenomenon of the covid 19 pandemics has changed consumer behavior, especially Generation Z who are proficient with social media, but there needs to be a trigger to want to shop at the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to find out empirically about the role of online shopping as mediation, the effect of content marketing, and price discounts on loyalty. consumers, as well as testing consumer pleasure as a moderator. This study uses a population of students who have shopped online at least 3 times using a sample of 100. Using the incidental sampling technique, you are ready to fill out the google form link. The results of this study found that online shopping has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, but online shopping needs encouragement from content marketing and price discounts that make consumers interested. The finding from moderation is that consumer pleasure weakens the effect of content marketing on online shopping, although not significantly. Meanwhile, consumer pleasure strengthens the effect of price discounts on online shopping, although it is not significant. Based on this research, it is proven that discounted prices are more attractive to consumers because they can perform efficiently during this pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeningkatan ekonomi melalui pengembangan UKM adalah salah satu cara dan bagian dari pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Selain itu, pengembangan usaha juga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hal ini terlihat melalui penyerapan tenaga kerja yang dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat. Untuk tetap bisa bertahan dalam dunia industri UKM juga membutuhkan teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan dan menginovasi produk mereka. Di dusun Bates kabupaten Bangkalan adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki UKM kerupuk Lontongan. Di desa tersebut beberapa UKM kerupuk lontongan masih menggunakan alat tradisional dalam pengolahan dan kurangnya kemampuan SDM. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran pada UKM kerupuk Lontongan di desa Banangkah, Burneh, Bangkalan. Aktivitas yang dilakukan antara lain: (1) pengadaan TTG; (2) pelatihan penggunaan TTG; (3) pendampingan pembuatan desain logo; dan (4) peningkatan kemampuan dalam pemanfaatan TTG. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu (1) peningkatan produksi sekitar 50%-100%, percepatan proses produksi, dan peningkatan kualitas produk pada kedua UKM; (2) peningkatan keahlian UKM; dan (3) Rebranding produk. Singkatnya, pengembangan UKM melalui peningkatan teknologi dan SDM merupakan hal penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk usaha. ABSTRACTEconomic improvement through the development of SMEs is a part of national economic development. In addition, business development is also able to improve community welfare. This can be seen through the labor absorption which is increasing from year to year. To be able to survive in the world industry, SMEs also need the right technology to improve and innovate their products. With market demands that are always changing, it cannot be denied that the need for the right tools is an important tool in a business. In Bates, Bangkalan is one of the villages that has lontongan cracker industries. In that village, some lontongan cracker industries still use traditional tools in the processing and and lacks of human resources. The aims that the researcher target are to increase the production and marketing capacity of lontongan cracker industries in Banangkah village, Burneh, Bangkalan. The activities used were (1) making appropriate technologies, (2) training in using appropriate technologies, (3) assisting in making logo designs, (4) increasing the ability to use technologies. The results obtained are (1) increased production production increase of about 50%-100%, acceleration of the production process, and improvement of product quality in both SMEs. (2) increased expertise of SMEs, (3) product rebranding. In short, the development of SMEs through improving technology and human resources is important to improve the quality and quantity of business products.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of growth and systematic risk on company value, mediated by profitability in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are 88 companies in the financial sector in the insurance sub-sector listed on the IDX. They were taken as the population by using the purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study consisted of fourteen insurance companies. The data is analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). It was found that growth has a significant positive effect on profitability, and profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. It means that profitability fully mediates the effect of growth on firm value. On the contrary, growth does not have a significant direct effect on firm value. Systematic risk has no significant effect on profitability and firm value. These findings are expected to have a good impact on investors and firms’ managers in Indonesia by looking at the growth and its impact on current corporate values.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is the development of the value created by a business is able to buyers or advantage over competitors gained by delivering greater customer value. Competitive advantages due to the choice of the strategy undertaken by an attempt to seize the market. Strategies to gain a competitive advantage is cost leadership, differentiation, and focus. There are several strategies to develop business coffee shop in order to gain a competitive advantage, namely by placing a banner, make a list of menus, providing free wifi facilities, Television, add equipment to drink coffee, add seating add to the table, providing storefront to put merchandise, repair buildings, painting again, keep records of business, process the coffee powder with roasted and milled coffee machine and raise capital in the form of merchandise. This strategy is done because coffee is a customer favorite drink regularly booked, the atmosphere of the coffee shop of choice, and customers come to the coffee shop to stay up to a few tens of minutes over coffee. The coffee shop is not just a cup of coffee, but a place to socialize. Through this strategy is expected to increase the number of customers, increased revenue and ultimately grow profits coffee shop smack Udin and Yuk Kastoyah. As a micro business owners, then they are free to choose the type of coffee used. Abstract

The volume of waste and limited land to disposal accompanied and highpopulation growth, where this statement also by the technical wastemanagement still conventional. Waste management urban especially inresidential areas until now generally is done through the stage of activity asfollows, namely: packing the garbage, collecting garbage from the houses toLPS (disposal depot), transferring garbage directly to LPA (Final DisposalSite) or from LPS ( Temporary Disposal Site) to LPA, until the waste isdisposed in LPA. Shortly, garbage from urban area contains 10 % (weight)material that can be recycled ( paper, iron, cans, etc ), 50 % of them is organicmatter and 40 % of residue. Then, 60 % ( weight) dump can be recycled: 10 %can be reused, and 50 % can be composited ( anonymous, 1992 ). The datafrom Surabaya’s Sanitary Agency mentions that the total of daily volume ofgarbage in Surabaya is 79,19 % that all of them form the household. Integratedwaste management systems need to combine reduction the waste, recycling &reusing, compositing, the incinerating and final disposal. Reduction source ofgarbage for industry need zero-waste technology and simple/minimal packingproducts that has environmentally friendly. While, the habitual of wastefulshould be left for the households .Then, the approach recycling and reusingapplied particularly to the non-organic like paper, plastic, aluminum, glass,metal and others. A lack of awareness of waste and the level of publicconsumption and other activities make the waste kept piled up in the finaldisposal site ( LPA) . Waste commonly found in the landfill among other bottlesbeverages , detergents , and plastic bags .The waste the less attractive makes usreluctant to see an even a glance at. In fact if we want to try, the waste canbecome business opportunities. Even if we want to manage it properly, thisbusiness could be the power source. Most cans is made of aluminum through aprocess that require a lot of energy. Garbage cans recyclable with melt andmade aluminum as a starter new products .Thus, can additional energy sources,pollution can be reduced , and resources bauxite , lime and sodium carbonateas a starter aluminum can be efficient.Keywords: waste, recycling , flat, and incomes.

Abstract

Perkembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) furniture saat ini belum menunjukan hasil yang lebih baik dalam perkembangannya. Peralatan yang digunakan masih relatif sederhana dan masih manual. Banyak UKM furniture yang berada di sentral UKM furniture daerah Mojowarno, Jombang, Jawa Timur masih menggunakan peralatan yang sedernana dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi dalam menghasilkan produk furniture berbahan baku kayu jati. Pada saat permintaan tinggi banyak UKM yang tidak mau memenuhi permintaan konsumen karena kapasitas produksi yang terbatas dan model jenis produk yang masih klasik, sehingga perlu adanya perubahan produk yang lebih baik. Dengan menggunakan peralatan yang ergonomis UKM furniture akan mampu memenehi kebutuhan konsemen sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan dari para pemakai produk. Penggunan mesin bor dan mesin potong yang ergonomis mampu dalam meningkatakan produksi di UKM furniture. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa dengan mesin baru dengan menggunakan tenaga listrik didesain secara ergonomis memberikan dampak nyata bahwa peralatan baru mampu meningkatan kapasitas produksi dan lebih aman digunakan.  Analisis data terdapat perubahan kecepatan kerja dengan silisih rata-rata waktu mengebor 50 %, waktu pemosisian mata bor 51%, waktu setup 39% dan waktu perpindahan 40%. Perubahan kecepatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja di UKM furniture. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan mesin peralatan yang baru, menunjukan dampak yang positif terhadap keberadaan UKM furniture. Nampak pada keuntungan dan kesejakteraan para pelaku UKM furniture meningkat, karena semua kebutuhan konsumen dapat terpenuhi dan mampu meningkatkan omset para UKM furniture. Kata Kunci : Furniture, Ergonomi, Bor, Potong

Abstract

Satelit city has populations mostly working in metropolitan cities. Migration from metropolitan cities to Satelit city due to the land use reduction and the house purchasing power has increased, while the residence needs are very important. Workers in metropolitan cities drive off through traffic jam. Students go to metropolitan cities from the Satelit city looking for better education facilities. The population density in Satelit city is caused by migration from metropolitan cities. Migration is the occurrence of sub-urbanization phenomena in a Satelit city around the city of Surabaya. The development of Satelit city is very dynamic and making people try to find a more comfortable place and friendly neighborhood. Property developers have provided the concept of a convincing residence which is conducive, clean and safe so that the decision to domicile to live in Satelit city more commodious.The security of a city influences a person's attitude in determining a place to live. A safe environment will make residents save. Security of family, wealth and place is a necessity that must be fulfilled in order to live a happy life. Moreover, the aspect that influences the attitude of people's domicile decisions is the cleanliness of the city. Cleanliness is related to the elements of health, pollution, and odor, so as the ideal place to live in is a place which is free from all factors that interfere with human health. Many developers organize neatly locations, a human lifestyle based on the rules of the developers, so that cleanliness can be controlled properly. With adequate facilities, residents will stay in Satelit city and not go to big cities. Public facilities will strengthen the attitude of a person to live in a Satelit city if the needs of citizens are fulfilled. The sense of security that is needed for the residents is the security of the neighborhood in which they live in because each person realizes that security is often unexpectedly disturbed. The cleanliness aspect is not an absolute requirement, because the clean and beautiful city is common. Deciding to stay in a place, the public facilities need to be seriously considered, because every person has the pretension to live and settle down.  As a result of the data analysis and discussion on various variables and indicators, the researcher suggests that (a) for domiciles in Satelit city, someone must consider the public facilities available. Many elements become alternatives for them and can ensure that forming a family is more comfortable and saver (b) developers can provide residences accordance with purchasing power and setting security, cleanliness, and facilities as well as those needed by residents. A sense of security, cleanliness and reachable facilities will strengthen a person's decision to choose to live in a certain area.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan mengembangkan potensi masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi melalui kerjasama. Kerjasama diwadahi dalam organisasi koperasi. Luaran yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya Koperasi Watu Bonang dan (calon) organisasi koperasi berbadan hukum. Luaran lain dari kegiatan ini adalah hasil pelaporan dapat diseminarkan dan dipublikasin dalam jurnal atau proceding ilmiah. Kelompok sasaran dalam kegiatan ini khususnya adalah masyarakat Desa Minggirsari yang aktivitas ekonominya di bantaran Sungai Brantas yang melintas pada desa tersebut dan masyarakat umumnya. Melalui wadah kerja sama untuk maju bersama adalah Koperasi, karena koperasi berupaya mengakomodasi kepentingan bersama dengan cara kerja sama. Guna mencapai kebrhasilan kegiatan ini, metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan berupa diskusi dan pelaihan tentang nilai-nilai kerjasama, azas dan prinsip-prinsip koperasi serta pengelolaan manajemen organisasi koperasi. Tahap-tahap dalam kegiatan ini meliputi; tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan melalui observasi, penyiapan bahan diskusi, mengagendakan waktu pelaksanaan, penyampaian materi diskusi dan pelatihan, serta pembuatan akta pendirian koperasi melalui akta notaris yang ditentukan, dan akhirnya laporan akhir kegiatan.

Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di periode pemerintahan presiden Tahun 2015-2019 mendorong untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Secara sistematis dimulai dengan instruksi Presiden Nomor 6 Tahun 2009 tentang Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif dengan merumuskan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia Tahun 2009-2025 oleh Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia. Pada tahun 2015 melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 6 Tahun 2015, Badan Ekonomi Kreatif untuk memenuhi kompleksitas perkembangan ekonomi kreatif, salah satunya adalah Usaha Kecil Menengah yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan handycraft. Kedurus Sejahtera Bordir atau disingkat Kesra Bordir adalah salah satu bidang Usaha Kecil Menengah di Surabaya yang mengolah limbah perca, digabung dengan bordir untuk pembuatan produk tas dan dompet. Usaha Kecil Menengah Kesra Bordir beranggotakan 21 orang dengan pemasaran produk terbatas dan secara offline. Program PKM bersama mitra sepakat untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan cara 1) pengembangan desain dan proses pemasaran dalam bentuk online, dan 2) pendampingan pemasaran tas dan dompet secara online. Dari pengembangan desain dan proses pemasaran dalam bentuk online dapat mempercepat dan memudahkan proses pemasaran. Pendampingan pengelolaan pemasaran online dapat memberikan pemahaman dan pendampingan pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah identifikasi mitra, pembelajaran partisipatif dan pendampingan pemasaran online.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren At-Tanwir telah berdiri lebih dari setengah abad yang lalu, bermula dari Taman Pendidikan Islam At-Tanwir. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, yang berubah menjadi Pondok Pesantren. Untuk menunjang pendapatan dan sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan santri dan masyarakat sekitar, didirikanlah Koperasi Pondok Pesantren yang menjual bahan kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan masyarakat sehari-hari. Namun, selama ini koperasi tersebut memiliki sumber daya yang terbatas dalam melakukan proses manajemen dan penjualan yang masih manual dan sederhana. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut, dibuatlah Aplikasi POS (Point of Sale) untuk membantu manajemen koperasi dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan dan dilakukan pembekalan kepada struktur manajemen agar mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja koperasi. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa waktu proses layanan kepada pelanggan lebih cepat dan mudah. Selain itu, manajemen koperasi dapat menentukan stok barang lebih akurat dan kemudahan telusur balik data transaksi apabila ada keluhan dari pelanggan.
