Abstract

The lack of interest of Dusun Lebaksari residents to continue their education to higher education needs to be followed up. This is caused by economic factors and lack of support from parents. This socialization aims to encourage community motivation to consider educating their children up to higher education level. So that it can produce the younger generation who can make a major contribution to the nation by utilizing information technology to maximize their learning process. The activity held at SDN Kepatihan 3 was attended by the Head of Dusun Lebaksari, teachers and guardians of elementary school students grades 1 to 6. The method used in this activity was the Community Education method through socialization with several stages, that are field survey, preparation and socialization. The results of this activity increase participants understanding of the importance of education and provide an illustration that achieving higher education does not always require a lot of money because it can be done through scholarships.

Abstract

Sumber Maron located in Malang Regency, has great potential to be developed as a sustainable local culture-based tourist destination. However, the challenge of managing and promoting this potential effectively remains an obstacle for destination managers and local communities. To overcome this, branding marketing outreach activities through cultural internalization were carried out as part of efforts to develop sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' awareness and ability to integrate cultural values ​​into tourism marketing strategies. The participants were also able to formulate a branding concept that is more focused on the sustainability and authenticity of local culture, which is expected to increase the competitiveness of Sumber Maron as a leading tourist destination. This activity makes a significant contribution to strengthening sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron, as well as empowering local communities to manage and promote their tourism potential independently and responsibly

Abstract

Pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru, khususnya dalam pengembangan keilmuan dan kemampuan publikasi. Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi guru SMA di Kabupaten Malang dan bertujuan untuk membekali mereka dengan keterampilan praktis dalam menulis artikel ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar akademik. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Kampus Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (Unira) Malang dan diikuti oleh 26 guru SMA dari berbagai sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, praktik penulisan, dan klinik pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap struktur dan teknik penulisan ilmiah. Dari 26 orang guru yang menjadi peserta kegiatan, 12 draft artikel berhasil diselesaikan dengan baik dan sesuai kaidah penulisan ilmiah. Selain itu, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi guru untuk terlibat dalam publikasi ilmiah. Diperlukan kegiatan lanjutan berupa pelatihan tingkat lanjut dan pendampingan berkelanjutan guna mendorong lahirnya artikel yang siap dipublikasikan di jurnal terakreditasi.

Abstract

Workshop desain grafis menggunakan Canva di SMA Integratif PPAI Al- Karomah Kabupaten Malang dilaksanakan sebagai respon terhadap rendahnya literasi digital dan keterampilan desain di kalangan santri, meskipun mereka memiliki minat tinggi terhadap media sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membekali santri dengan kemampuan dasar desain promosi digital melalui metode studi kasus dan Workshop praktis. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pengenalan Canva, strategi konten Instagram, serta prinsip desain seperti layout, warna, dan tipografi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan antusiasme peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kualitas desain, namun penilaian berbasis unggahan Instagram tidak optimal karena keterbatasan akses perangkat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berbasis praktik yang adaptif terhadap kondisi pesantren. Secara keseluruhan, Workshop ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi digital dan menjadi langkah awal menuju pemberdayaan ekosistem digital pesantren yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital.

Abstract

The quality of village infrastructure plays a vital role in improving community welfare through economic growth. Tuban Regency, with its diverse geographical features such as coastal areas and limestone hills, frequently experiences road damage that hinders accessibility and development. To address this issue, the local government promotes sustainable development strategies, particularly through road infrastructure improvements funded by the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program. However, feasibility studies on road damage in Sumurjalak Village remain inefficient in terms of time and cost, and lack accuracy due to the absence of supporting digital data. This study proposes a novel approach by integrating Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with Google Earth technology to map and assess road damage. Unlike conventional manual surveys or paper-based documentation, this integration provides a more efficient, accurate, and visually interactive method of spatial analysis. Using the Action Research method, which consists of five stages problem identification, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation this study demonstrates that GIS-based mapping significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of infrastructure assessments. The resulting digital documentation can serve as a decision-support tool for stakeholders and offer a scalable and replicable model for rural infrastructure planning, representing a significant advancement over previous approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the user interface (UI) of the KIP-K scholarship recipient prediction system at the Garut Institute of Technology by adding academic and non-academic monitoring features. The main issue raised is the lack of a system that can comprehensively monitor the progress of scholarship recipients. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, utilizing secondary data and six stages of system development, from literature review to testing. The design process was conducted using low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping approaches to produce a more functional and user-friendly interface design. System testing was conducted using usability testing through the Maze.co platform and heuristic evaluation based on Nielsen's 10 principles. The test results showed that most users were satisfied with the developed system, although some heuristic principles were not yet met. These results serve as the basis for further improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of managing and monitoring KIP-K scholarships.
