Abstract

Tanaman sacha inchi memiliki potensi ekonomi yang baik sehingga perlu pengembangan dengan mempertimbangkan sistem produksi berkelanjutan. Salah satu pendukung peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil panen adalah pemupukan dengan bahan organik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis berbagai perlakuan pupuk dari bahan organik dari kotoran hewan ayam, kambing, dan sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen sehingga terbentuk model yang optimal dari berbagai perlakuan jenis pupuk dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam penyiraman dan pemupukan otomatis. Model perlakuan pupuk yang optimal dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode ANFIS. Pengumpulan data di mulai bulan Maret hingga September 2023 di Desa Cikadu. Kecamatan Sindangkerta, Kabupaten Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi perlakuan pupuk organik dengan bahan kotoran hewan sapi menunjukkan hasil yang optimal pada paremeter pertumbuhan jumlah daun, jumlah batang dan jumlah buah potensial dengan akurasi prediksi terhadap model yang dihasilkan sebesar 96%. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini secara praktek dapat memanfaatkan bahan organik kotoran sapi sebagai alternatif pemupukan yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan dan dijadikan nilai tambah. Implikasi lain secara teori yaitu dapat mengembangkan keberlanjutan produksi melalui pertumbuahn jumlah daun, jumlah batang dan jumlah buah potensial yang berdampak pada hasil panen sehingga ekosistem dalam mendukung agroindustri sacha inchi dapat tetap terjaga.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create a device that can track the health of soybeans and plant watering in real time using soil moisture and nutrients in the soil in the village of Babakanmanjeti. How efficient and durable this tool is currently being used in soya fields will be studied further through this research. The device is excellent for monitoring soil humidity and soil pH of soybean crops and displaying those values through the Arduino Cloud software located on the smartphone. If the soil humidity is higher than the specified value, i.e. 250, and more than 75%, the pump test will start automatically. Conversely, if the moisture level is less than the specific value, that is, 467, and less than 60%, the test of the pump will be activated automaticly.

Abstract

Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) is a plant rich in omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. Sacha Inchi Oil has many health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol, improving heart health, and improving brain function. IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera is one of the agro-industries processing Sacha Inchi into Sacha Inchi Oil. However, IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera has difficulty in optimizing and combining limited production factors. This study aims to identify the optimal production combination to get maximum profit. The data is processed using linear programming with simplex method. This research was conducted in Buahbatu District, Bandung City at IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera. The selection of this research location was determined purposively. With the consideration that Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera is a company engaged in the cultivation, processing, and marketing of Sacha Inchi in Indonesia. From this study, the results show that the results of the linear programming simplex method with the help of the POM-QM application are to produce Sacha Inchi Oil 30 ml packaging as many as 415 bottles, 100 ml packaging as many as 159 (rounding) bottles, 250 ml packaging as many as 370 (rounding) bottles, 500 ml packaging as many as 166 bottles, and 1 liter packaging as many as 40 (rounding) bottles with the profit obtained as much as Rp155,776,022, so the increase in profit obtained is Rp130,734 per one production. Although it has not reached the optimal point, the number of products and profits obtained by Quilla under factual conditions is close to the optimal point.

Abstract

Tanaman sacha inchi berpotensi dikembangkan secara ekonomi dengan melihat berbagai peluang manfaat bagi kesehatan, sector industry makanan, dan farmasi. Namun bukan karena belum begitu marak dibudidayakannya tanaman ini tetapi masyarakat masih belum memahami peluang-peluang komersial dan manfaat serta peluang produk turunan dari tanaman ini. Tema dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu menggali potensi ekonomi dari pengembangan tanaman sacha inchi. Peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dari potensi ekonomi tanaman sacha inchi dengan berbagai produk turunannya merupakan maksud dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian dengan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi, ceramah, penyuluhan melalui focus group discussion yang interaktif. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini para peserta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan melalui diskusi interaktif dan diperolehnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih dari sebelum dilakukan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing a fertilization monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and detecting the weight of Sacha Inchi plant seeds. The two tools are integrated with IoT platforms, enabling remote monitoring and control via the Simosachi app. Test results indicate that the system provides accurate data on soil and plant conditions, allowing farmers to make informed decisions on fertilization and irrigation. The seed weight detection tool also functions well, with a minor error margin still within acceptable limits. With improved monitoring and control of the fertilization process, as well as accurate monitoring of crop yields, the system is expected to help farmers achieve more optimal harvests. The seed weight detection tool achieved an accuracy of 97.94%, surpassing similar prior systems in terms of real-time data integration and multi-parameter monitoring. Future research may focus on enhancing the accuracy of the seed weight detection tool and developing advanced fertigation control algorithms
