Abstract

Tanaman sacha inchi memiliki potensi ekonomi yang baik sehingga perlu pengembangan dengan mempertimbangkan sistem produksi berkelanjutan. Salah satu pendukung peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil panen adalah pemupukan dengan bahan organik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis berbagai perlakuan pupuk dari bahan organik dari kotoran hewan ayam, kambing, dan sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen sehingga terbentuk model yang optimal dari berbagai perlakuan jenis pupuk dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam penyiraman dan pemupukan otomatis. Model perlakuan pupuk yang optimal dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode ANFIS. Pengumpulan data di mulai bulan Maret hingga September 2023 di Desa Cikadu. Kecamatan Sindangkerta, Kabupaten Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi perlakuan pupuk organik dengan bahan kotoran hewan sapi menunjukkan hasil yang optimal pada paremeter pertumbuhan jumlah daun, jumlah batang dan jumlah buah potensial dengan akurasi prediksi terhadap model yang dihasilkan sebesar 96%. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini secara praktek dapat memanfaatkan bahan organik kotoran sapi sebagai alternatif pemupukan yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan dan dijadikan nilai tambah. Implikasi lain secara teori yaitu dapat mengembangkan keberlanjutan produksi melalui pertumbuahn jumlah daun, jumlah batang dan jumlah buah potensial yang berdampak pada hasil panen sehingga ekosistem dalam mendukung agroindustri sacha inchi dapat tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Tanaman bawang putih mempunyai potensi secara ekonomi untuk dikembangkan dengan melihat berbagai manfaat bagi kesehatan maupun kebutuhan konsumsi dan industri makanan. Namun saat ini para petani belum begitu memahami potensi pengembangan bawang putih secara ekonomi maka kegiatan budidaya tanaman bawang putih belum optimal dilakukan secara profesional. Tema dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu menggali potensi pengembangan tanaman bawang putih secara ekonomi. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait pengembangan bawang putih adalah maksud dari kegiatan ini. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui pendekatan edukasi, penyuluhan secara focus group discussion yang interaktif. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini para peserta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan melalui diskusi interaktif dan diperolehnya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dengan nilai rata-rata 12 didapat dari hasil kuesioner para peserta. Harapan dari kegiatan ini para petani termotivasi dalam pengembangan bawang putih secara ekonomi dan profesional.

Abstract

Extension officers have a very important role, namely as a non-formal learning tool that provides knowledge on how to run a farm that can help improve the quality of farmers, skills, and profit income in farming. Therefore, research was conducted related to the role of agricultural extension agents on farming and the relationship between the role of agricultural extension agents on productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of agricultural extension workers as facilitators, dynamists, consultants, organizers, analyzers in coffee farming. And the relationship between the role of agricultural extension agents on farming productivity using a descriptive quantitative method of measuring the Likert scale and rank correlation test to analyze the relationship between the role of agricultural extension agents and productivity. The sample size used was 32 with a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample contained in Non Probability Sampling. The results obtained by the role of agricultural extension agents in coffee farming agricultural extension agents as facilitators were 3.56 Medium categories, extension agents as dynamicators 3.29 Medium categories, extension agents as consultants 3.53 High categories, extension agents as organizers 3.61 High categories and extension agents as analyzer of 2.99 Medium category. Extension agents with a high category in coffee farming in weak sugih namely the role of extension agents as consultants and as organizers. for extension agents as facilitators, dynamists and analyzers, scores in the Moderate category are obtained. As for the rank correlation analysis test, it is used to analyze the relationship between the role of extension workers and productivity. The results show that there is a relationship with a correlation value of 0.383, with a low correlation criterion.

Abstract

Petani holtikultura di Desa Nagori Urung Purba perlu melakukan efisiensi dalam penggunaan pupuk organic. Hal ini untuk menjaga keberlanjutan produkstivitas pertanian serta keberlanjutan dalam menjaga kesuburan lahan pertanian. Rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pada tahap pertama adalah pemberian materi mengenai efisiensi pupuk organic dalam pertanian, penyuluhan pupuk organic dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik (pengomposan) kepada kelompok sasaran yakni Petani di Desa Nagori Urung Purba. Untuk membuat pupuk kompos organik ini dengan memanfaatkan limbah sisa gulma, kompos kohe sapi, tanah humus dari lingkungan sekitar. petani mendapat arahan mengenai pembuatan pupuk organic yang efisien sehingga diharapkan pupuk organic ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh petani dalam efisiaensi penggunaan modal terutama untuk alokasi pembelian pupuk sintetis.

Abstract

Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) is a plant rich in omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. Sacha Inchi Oil has many health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol, improving heart health, and improving brain function. IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera is one of the agro-industries processing Sacha Inchi into Sacha Inchi Oil. However, IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera has difficulty in optimizing and combining limited production factors. This study aims to identify the optimal production combination to get maximum profit. The data is processed using linear programming with simplex method. This research was conducted in Buahbatu District, Bandung City at IKM Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera. The selection of this research location was determined purposively. With the consideration that Quilla Herbal Indonesia Sejahtera is a company engaged in the cultivation, processing, and marketing of Sacha Inchi in Indonesia. From this study, the results show that the results of the linear programming simplex method with the help of the POM-QM application are to produce Sacha Inchi Oil 30 ml packaging as many as 415 bottles, 100 ml packaging as many as 159 (rounding) bottles, 250 ml packaging as many as 370 (rounding) bottles, 500 ml packaging as many as 166 bottles, and 1 liter packaging as many as 40 (rounding) bottles with the profit obtained as much as Rp155,776,022, so the increase in profit obtained is Rp130,734 per one production. Although it has not reached the optimal point, the number of products and profits obtained by Quilla under factual conditions is close to the optimal point.

Abstract

Introduction: Lettuce ( Lactuca sativa L.) is a popular vegetable plant in Indonesia. This is because the demand for lettuce continues to increase and lettuce plants can be planted with a hydroponic system that is currently in great demand by the community, especially generation Z (Gen Z). In meeting the demand for lettuce, lettuce is planted hydroponically. Planting in a hydroponic system often does not pay attention to the intensity of light that can be received by plants due to the shade from the GreenHouse or UV plastic used, so that plants cannot grow optimally. The purpose of this study was to find the most suitable lettuce varieties planted hydroponically at various irradiation times as well as the most appropriate long light for lettuce plant growth and to analyze the relationship between characters with the yield for indirect selection. Methods: The study was conducted at the GreenHouse Arsy Hydroponic using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern. 3 lettuce varieties and 4 long light treatments were the treatments in this study. The relationship between characters was analyzed using correlation analysis. Results: The results of the study showed that the Cos and Batavia varieties can generally be used for planting with a light duration of more than 12 hours compared to the Oakleaf variety. Light duration of less than 12 hours is not recommended because it will cause the plant height to be higher, especially for the Oakleaf variety. In the indirect selection process to obtain high-yielding varieties in the hydroponic system by providing light duration and varieties can be selected from the characteristics of the number of leaves, leaf width and root length which have a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that selecting the appropriate variety can increase optimal crop yields. Information on the relationship between plant characteristics is very important to increase the effectiveness of selection.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Tani Silih Asih 1 dan 2 di Desa Nunuk Baru, Kabupaten Majalengka, dalam teknis budidaya dan prosedur penangkaran bibit bawang putih lokal. Melalui diseminasi teknologi budidaya sesuai Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) dan pelatihan prosedur penangkaran, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan nilai tambah bagi petani. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penangkaran bibit bawang putih lokal berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan petani hingga 30%. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk dan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial turut memberikan dampak positif bagi keberlanjutan usaha tani bawang putih lokal. Dukungan dari pemerintah dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan memperkuat prospek pengembangan bibit bawang putih lokal sebagai komoditas unggulan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

Komponen kimia yang beragam dari daun dan kulit batang sintok (Cinnamomum sintoc) sangat bermanfaat untuk industri minyak atsiri. Minyak atsiri dalam tanaman ini mengandung senyawa utama seperti safrole, linalool, dan eugenol, dan sangat bermanfaat untuk industri farmasi, kosmetik, sabun, pengharum udara, dan makanan. Selanjutnya, dengan permintaan minyak atsiri global yang terus meningkat sebesar 10% per tahun menjadikan tanaman sintok sebagai penghasil minyak atsiri cukup potensial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pertanian berkelanjutan untuk sintok (Cinnamomum sintoc) menggunakan teknologi AI dan IoT untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas minyak atsiri yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini bersifat eksperimen dengan beberapa tahapan seperti tahap persiapan, perancangan modul, pemasangan modul dilapangan, dan pelatihan kepada petani. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah model pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan telah dibuat yang berhasil digunakan oleh petani untuk menghasilkan minyak atsiri sintok (Cinnamomum sintoc). Kemudian Tingkat pemahaman petani cenderung meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine accountability in the provision of health services at the Salewangang District General Hospital in Maros Regency. This study  used a qualitative approach with type phenomenology research. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis  techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, while the validity of the data used source triangulation, techniques and time. The results of this study showed that the accountability of health services in the Salewangang District General Hospital in Maros Regency viewed from four dimensions, namely: legal accountability and honesty were in line with good and responsible, process accountability had not been categorized well because it had not been running, program accountability had been categorized good and responsible, policy accountability was in line with good and responsible could be seen by the absence of complaints by officers regarding the provisions or policies of the Hospital regarding the implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the net income of shallot farming/ha/MT, (2) the feasibility of shallot farming, and (3) the strategy for shallot farming. This study was conducted using purposive sampling. The sample was randomly selected using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 32 families. The primary and secondary data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The results showed that the average net income of shallot farming was Rp. 17,352,288.10/ha/MT. The feasibility of the farming business was indicated by the R/C value of 2.03, which means this farming business is worth continuing. Suggested development strategies include the use of farmer groups and the application of agricultural technology to increase productivity. This research is expected to provide a positive contribution to farmers in increasing income and the sustainability of shallot farming in the area.
