Abstract

Motorcycle security is still manual and without double safety. One solution is to install guards and trackers on motorcycles. In designing this system using Arduino uno as a controller, SIM800L GSM module as a communication medium via SMS and the U-Blox Neo 6MV2 GPS Module. When a motorcycle is stolen, the security system in the form of an alarm will sound and provide a notification of theft warning in the form of an SMS to the user. This tool can also turn off motorbikes remotely and is equipped with a motorcycle location tracking system via Google Maps. The results of testing the motorcycle tracking system obtained that the average response time of the system providing a reciprocal SMS link location when the user requests the location of the motorcycle is 19.55 seconds. Then the average error distance difference between the position of the actual coordinate point on Google Maps and the position of the coordinate point measured on GPS is 2.111602 meters.

Abstract

This study involves the use of NodeMCU ESP8266, an affordable and user-friendly Wi-Fi-based microcontroller module. NodeMCU ESP8266 is used as the main brain in the IoT system, responsible for collecting data from sensors and sending it via Wi-Fi connection to the server. As evening approaches, NodeMCU ESP8266 will send a signal to the relay to turn on the lights. Conversely, as morning approaches, NodeMCU ESP8266 will send a signal to the relay to turn off the lights. Additionally, users can control the garden lights through Telegram, which is connected to the IoT system. Telegram allows users to manually control the garden light illumination according to their needs. Users can also manually set schedules to turn the lights on or off. In this study, the implementation of an IoT-based garden light control system using NodeMCU ESP8266 has been successfully carried out. This system demonstrates reliability and flexibility in automatically and manually controlling the garden lights. The implementation of IoT in garden light control can provide benefits such as energy efficiency, convenience, and ease of use.

Abstract

A line follower robot is a robot that works along a line. This robot is a very simple type of robot, so it is often used as training material for students who are new to robots. One of the indicators for assessing the performance of a line follower robot is the travel time achieved by the line follower robot in covering various trajectories correctly. The average speed of the robot at 90% and 75% PWM settings is almost the same with a value of around 41 cm/second, while at 50% PWM settings it is much reduced to 35.63 cm/second. At the 90% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32: 2.06: 1, while the travel time ratio is 4.44: 2.66: 1. At the 75% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32: 2.06 : 1. while the travel time ratio is 4.38 : 2.41 : 1. At 50% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32 : 2.06 : 1. while the travel time ratio is 4.09 : 2.09 : 1

Abstract

Waste classification application using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to overcome the problem of waste accumulation in Indonesia. The application socialisation was conducted in Pemangkalan Village, West Lombok, with the aim of facilitating community waste management. The results showed an increase in community understanding of the importance of waste management and active participation in protecting the environment. Periodic evaluation is needed to maintain the sustainability of the socialisation programme. Strategic steps include socialisation, development of organic waste classification methods, digital image processing technology, artificial intelligence, and cooperation between the government, educational institutions, and communities in the implementation of waste classification technology.

Abstract

Keterbatasan lahan parkir menjadi tantangan utama seiring pertumbuhan penggunaan kendaraan bermotor. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, banyak fasilitas parkir dalam ruangan, seperti parkir bertingkat atau bawah tanah, telah dibangun. Namun, sistem parkir dalam ruangan saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan karena pengelolaan manual yang tidak dapat memenuhi keinginan pengemudi untuk dengan cepat menemukan tempat parkir karena kurangnya informasi langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan solusi efisien dalam memantau ketersediaan tempat parkir mobil dalam ruangan melalui pengembangan sistem berbasis IoT. Sistem ini menggunakan jaringan sensor nirkabel (ESP-NOW) dengan NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk pemantauan secara real-time melalui aplikasi sebagai bagian dari IoT. Penggunaan ESP-NOW mengoptimalkan pengiriman data di lingkungan dalam ruangan yang padat, mengatasi keterbatasan sinyal yang sering terjadi di area parkir dalam ruangan. Setiap slot parkir dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik yang terhubung ke NodeMCU ESP8266 yang berfungsi sebagai node sensor dalam komunikasi ESP-NOW. Sensor-sensor ini mengumpulkan data ketersediaan tempat parkir dan mengirimkannya ke node server. Data dari node server dipublikasikan ke server MQTT dan diteruskan ke aplikasi. Melalui aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat dengan cepat memantau lokasi parkir yang tersedia. Dengan menerapkan sistem ini, pengelolaan parkir mobil dalam ruangan diharapkan dapat dioptimalkan, sementara pengguna mendapatkan informasi ketersediaan parkir secara real-time.

Abstract

Penggunaan robotika dalam industri modern telah menjadi krusial, terutama dalam otomatisasi dan manufaktur. Robot lengan, sebagai elemen kunci, memerlukan pengembangan dan pengujian prototipe yang teliti untuk mencapai performa optimal. Teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) muncul sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mensimulasikan gerakan robot lengan di lingkungan virtual, memungkinkan visualisasi dan interaksi mendalam dalam berbagai derajat kebebasan (DOF). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun prototype model robot lengan 3D dan mengerjakan eksplorasi virtualisasi gerakan dari pengembangan prototipe robot lengan berbasis VR. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya telah dilakukan integrasi teknologi VR dengan sistem kontrol robot lengan dalam lingkungan Unity, memungkinkan pengguna mengendalikan gerakan robot lengan dalam ruang 3D secara real-time. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa robot lengan dengan 4 DOF dapat mencapai fleksibilitas dan presisi yang diinginkan pada skenario uji yang telah dirancang. Dari hasil pengujian antara parameter simulasi dari lingkungan unity dan perhitungan secara teoritis gerakan robot lengan yang dikendalikan menggunakan controller, diperoleh rentang koordinat yang dijangkau adalah x = -19,85 cm hingga 28,53 cm, y = 21,69 cm hingga 52,04 cm, z = -15,35 cm hingga -24,87 cm. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil pengujian di Unity dan hasil perhitungan berdasarkan rumus, didapatkan selisih koordinat sebesar x = 0,080, y = 0,038, dan z = 0,034

Abstract

In 2024, Indonesia held presidential and vice presidential elections. Before the election took place, researchers gathered sentiment data from X and news sources from January 1, 2023 to September 1, 2023. The data collected was not well-visualized, resulting in suboptimal information. For this study, researchers applied data visualization using Google Looker Studio, which enables data presentation in table and graphic formats, making it more engaging. Data will be stored in BigQuery, which is connected to Looker Studio. The results of the study showed that the validity of the data based on its source was 50.1% real and 49.9% fake. There were five top topics for each candidate, including Public Figure, Leader, Political Policy, Community, and Election. Based on the sentiment flow analysis, most data originated from news sources and the rest from X social media.

Abstract

Fee Audit can cause things that are the occurrence of audit fee rate wars between fellow public accounting firms which can damage the independence of external auditors as capable and professional in their fields. Fee Audit aims to determine the factors that influence the determination of Audit Fees and the rates set by the company. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company size, company complexity on audit fees in primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. The population in this study used 20 primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. And using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS V.25 program. The results showed that for the t test there was an influence between company complexity on Audit Fees partially, while the Company Size variable partially had no effect on Audit Fees. As for the F test, there is a significant effect between company size, company complexity, and audit fees simultaneously.

Abstract

Moringa plant (Moringa oleifera) is known as “The Miracle Plant” due to its nutrient content and extensive health benefits. This research discusses the design and implementation of an automation system for the production of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) tea bags using a Mitsubishi FX3U 24MR Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Moringa is a tropical food crop with high nutritional value and therapeutic benefits. With the increasing demand for tea bags, an efficient production system is needed to increase productivity and reduce costs. This research designs an automatic teabags machine that utilizes PLC to control various components in the production process, including grinding machine, mixer machine, and oven machine. The research method includes designing PLC hardware and software schematics, testing components, and analyzing test result data. The results show that the PLC system is effective in controlling the production process, improving efficiency and product quality, and reducing the involvement of human labor. The conclusion of this research is that the use of PLC in the moringa teabag production automation system offers an efficient solution, the speed of the ac motor can be adjusted through giving the setting value of PWM which affects the motor terminal voltage (Vt), the greater the PWM setting value, the higher the number of motor rotations (rpm). Vice versa, the smaller the PWM setting value, the lower the number of motor revolutions (rpm).

Abstract

Sumber energi terbarukan dimasa mendatang akan semakin mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi.Saat ini pemanfaatan energi terbarukan renewable energy sedang digalakkan untuk dapat mengurangi pemakaian energi tidak terbarukan. potensi tenaga matahari di Indonesia dalam menerima matahari harian persatuan luas ±4,8 kW/m2. Penerimaan radiasi energi matahari di Indonesia lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Australia Tengah, Amerika Tengah, sebagian negara di Eropa (6,0 kW/m2), Arab Saudi, Mesir dan beberapa negara di Afrika (5,5 kW/m2).Efisiensi merupakan salah satu indikator mengetahui performansi dari suatu panel suryametode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif evaluasi. Data hasil penelitian akan menggambarkan kinerja dari solar cel di pada array box 881 di PLTS 7MWp Pringgabaya, kemudian data tersebut akan dievaluasi sesuai dengan standar IEC 61724. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa data pengukuran irradiansi matahari, arus yang dihasilkan oleh modul surya dan tegangan yang dihasilkan oleh modul surya.Pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel data pada array box 881 tanggal 17 Juni 2024.Luas Pv modul didapatkan dari perhitungan antara panjang 1,98 m dikali dengan lebar 0,95 m diperoleh hasil 1,881 m2, dengan jumlah banyaknya PV 40 unit PV modul sehingga didapatkan 75.24 m2. Nilai iradiasi yaitu 908.8957 sehingga didaptkan daya input sebesar 68167.177 wat. Data daya output panel surya pada pukul 12.00 menghasilkan 660.3056 Volt dan 15.26246 Ampere atau daya output sebesar 10077.88Watt. Performa rasio modul photovoltaic 325wp PLTS 7MWp sebesar 75.24 m2, sehingga masih dalam kategori bagus yaitu 83.1 - 86.7%.
