Abstract

Digital media-based promotional strategies are an effective means of conveying information systematically and persuasively, in order to introduce and strengthen ideas about the tourism potential of Toya Village. The selfie phenomenon that is popular among the millennial generation can increase the attractiveness of an area as a valuable tourist destination. Therefore, the promotion of natural tourism objects in Toya Village needs to be carried out massively so that the potential of Toya Village's natural wealth is increasingly widely known, which ultimately has a positive impact on improving community welfare through the tourism sector. The use of digital media in promoting Toya Village tourism plays an important role in accelerating the dissemination of information about existing tourist destinations, considering that Toya Village, which is located in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency, has stunning natural beauty. This activity uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, literature studies, and visual documentation. Developing a communication strategy integrated with digital media is the right step in introducing the natural tourism potential of Toya Village to the public.

Abstract

In an effort to develop a more efficient electric vehicle, this research focuses on the design and implementation of a DC motor controller for an electric vehicle prototype to improve vehicle control. The designed controller system uses the ATmega328P IC as the main microcontroller and the IXFB100N50P MOSFET as the power switch to regulate motor speed using the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method, enabling more precise power control. Testing was conducted on a 48V 1000W DC motor to evaluate the controller's performance in response to throttle and load variations. The test results show that an increase in throttle from 0% to 100% is directly proportional to the increase in PWM duty cycle, leading to a rise in the MOSFET gate voltage from 0V to 10.61V and the motor voltage from 0V to 48V. Additionally, the developed controller system provides a fast and stable response to throttle input changes. Thus, the designed controller has proven capable of effectively controlling DC motor speed and can be applied to prototype electric vehicles, contributing to the advancement of more optimized electric vehicle technology. Dalam upaya mengembangkan kendaraan listrik yang lebih efisien, penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan implementasi kontroler motor DC untuk prototipe mobil listrik guna meningkatkan pengontrolan kendaraan listrik yang lebih baik. Sistem kontroler yang dirancang menggunakan IC ATmega328P sebagai mikrokontroler utama dan MOSFET IXFB100N50P sebagai saklar daya untuk mengatur kecepatan motor dengan metode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), memungkinkan pengendalian daya yang lebih presisi. Pengujian dilakukan pada motor DC 48V 1000W untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kontroler terhadap perubahan throttle dan beban. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan throttle dari 0% hingga 100% berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan duty cycle PWM, yang mengakibatkan kenaikan tegangan gate MOSFET dari 0V ke 10,61V serta tegangan motor dari 0V ke 48V. Selain itu, sistem kontroler yang dikembangkan memberikan respon cepat dan stabil terhadap perubahan input throttle. Dengan demikian, kontroler yang dirancang terbukti mampu mengendalikan kecepatan motor DC dengan baik dan dapat diterapkan pada kendaraan listrik prototipe, memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi mobil listrik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Financial performance reflects a company's financial condition through an analysis of financial statements that allow for an assessment of the good or bad condition as a reflection of the company's performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and company size on Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator of financial performance in primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative by utilizing secondary data. The population in this study includes 124 companies from the sector, and 46 companies were selected as samples through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that partially, each variable, namely the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, DAR, and company size has a significant influence on ROA. Simultaneously, the five variables also show a significant influence on ROA as the dependent variable.

Abstract

A performance measurement system is the ability for companies to measure how well employees and managers are performing well in meeting current standards and improving every time. In addition, to evaluate employees, a performance measurement system can also develop and motivate employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Management Accounting Information System and Total Quality Management on the Performance Measurement System in the Production Department of PT. Aplus Pacific for the 2024 period. The hypothesis in this study is suspected to be the Influence of Broad Scope, Employee Involvement and Teamwork. This study uses a quantitative method using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population and this research is the company PT. Aplus Pacific. Sampling used saturated sampling with a total of 53 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests supported by the IBM SPSSS Statistics Version 20 program. The results of this study show that (1) Partially Broad Scope has a significant effect on Quality. (2) Partially, Employee Involvement Does Not Have a Significant Effect on Quality (3) Partially, Teamwork Does Not Have a Significant Effect on Quality (4) Simultaneously Broad Scope, Employee Involvement, and Teamwork Have a Significant Effect on Quality in the Production Department of PT. Aplus Pacific for the 2024 period. With this research, companies are advised to continue to expand the scope of their projects, but still pay attention to existing resources. And it is necessary to conduct further analysis regarding the type of new projects that have the potential to improve quality and the company needs to maintain and increase sales, streamline costs and develop new products in order to improve quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh optimasi suhu terhadap kualitas minyak hasil pirolisis dari limbah plastik. Proses pirolisis dilakukan di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (BRIDA) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan menggunakan mesin pirolisis yang dirancang khusus untuk mengonversi limbah plastik menjadi bahan bakar cair. Hasil pirolisis menghasilkan empat fraksi utama, yaitu nepta, pertalite, solar, dan minyak tanah. Data eksperimental menunjukkan bahwa setiap fraksi minyak memiliki rentang suhu dan waktu pirolisis yang optimal, yang bervariasi bergantung pada jenis plastik yang digunakan. Rentang suhu optimal berkisar antara 150°C hingga 250°C, dengan kualitas dan kuantitas minyak terbaik diperoleh pada kondisi operasi tertentu. Optimasi parameter suhu terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses serta mutu produk minyak yang dihasilkan, sehingga teknologi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif strategis dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik secara berkelanjutan.
