Abstract

Titik Titik Titik is a piece of music that inspired by “Three”. Consisting of “Three” number, “Three” pattern and triangle which found in daily life easily. Birth, life and death, the “Three” pattern, is a main theme of the composition. The meaning of Titik Titik Titik itself is an odyssey of life to reach the aim by stepping from a point to another point and then reach the last one.Composer had been through many creative process steps. Starting from exploration, improvisation, composing and then end with a performance. As the title itself, this piece of music consist of three parts. Its tempo and dynamics will trick the audience’s feeling. Titik Titik Titik tries to review the old discourse about gamelan which gets contemporary treatment without losing traditional patterns & forms and also the aesthetic values of gamelan itself. Nothing is change from gamelan, it is just need the new treatment by considering this era. Gamelan is a spirit, not an object, while the gamelan instrument is just a medium.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hari ini, ketidakseimbangan terjadi semakin menjadi–jadi, manusia bekerja tak kenal ruang waktu. Sama seperti robot yang selalu bekerja, bekerja dan bekerja. Padahal jika masih ingin disebut manusia maka perlu sedikit usaha menyeimbangkan pikiran dan jiwa. Karya ini seperti pikiran–pikiran yang menumpuk, tumpang tindih, dan bekerja seperti bom waktu yang siap meledak kapan saja. Secara bentuk, karya ini mencoba menawarkan kembali tentang permasalahan sikap, makna kolaborasi antarmedia seni, dan penyikapan ruang pertunjukan. Kata kunci: konsep, manusia, pertunjukan, kolaborasi  ABSTRACT Today, imbalances are increasingly growing up. Humans work without knowing the space of time. It is a robot that always works, works and works. Even if you still want to be called a human, you need a little effort to balance your mind and soul. This work is like thoughts that accumulate, overlap, and work like a time bomb ready to explode at any time. In form, this work tries to offer the attitude issues, the meaning of collaboration between art media, and the performance of performing space. Keywords: concept, human, performance, collaboration

Abstract

Dalam konteks tradisi budaya Sunda, bambu merupakan salah satu jenis bahan tumbuhan yang memiliki banyak fungsi, salah satunya sebagai bahan utama pembuatan alat musik angklung. Meski dikenal sebagai bahan yang murah dan mudah ditemukan di wilayah Sunda, namun karakteristik bahan bambu yang cenderung tidak tahan lama menimbulkan berbagai kondisi yang bermasalah. Eksistensi seni angklung yang terus berkembang hingga saat ini karena berbagai inovasi yang dilakukan seniman menyisakan persoalan. Di lingkungan pendidikan formal ISBI Bandung yang memiliki prodi Angklung dan Musik Bambu, pemborosan alat musik angklung masih menjadi masalah serius. Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan secara detail tentang pemanfaatan alat musik angklung bekas melalui proses daur ulang untuk menghasilkan ansambel baru yang disebut ansambel Toktak.

Abstract

The issues of mental health have become increasingly prevalent in recent times. People are exploring therapeutic methods from various avenues, including musik. Unfortunately, the availability of musik therapy is limited. This research aims to provide insight into how brown noise is closely related to musik that is considered to have a positive impact on adult ADHD survivor. The brown noise indicator (slope) can be one of measures in instrument selection. This research aims to explain the spectral sound characteristics trend in some musik therapies designed for adult ADHD survivor. This study uses noise-based approach in analyzing and finding the conclusion. The research process begins with sample selection, the determination of the main sample, analyze and measure the sample using deep listening and visual monitoring methods. The tools used are DAW Studio one 6.5, Spectrum meter plug in, and Ayaic CoS 6 Pro. The result of this research consisting of patterns in ADHD musik therapy measured through a noise approach, including white noise, pink noise and brown noise. The findings of this study are expected to assist musik therapy creator in instrument selection.
