Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing industry company engaged in cosmetic and skincare manufacturing services that produce products based on order or PO (pre-order). In the production process carried out by PT X, there are several product defects such as damaged masks, packaging, and so on so that the product is not suitable for use and reaches consumers, for that the importance of the production process control system in a company in identifying factors causing damage or defects in sheet mask products and analyzing how to apply statistical quality control in quality control at PT X. The results of the pareto chart analysis with the most frequent problems to get priority for repair, namely the type of plastic defect (53%). Based on the P-chart analysis the production process is still not under control or still experiencing deviations, this is shown on the P-chart that many points are beyond the control limit. Known from the results of diagram analysis fishbone related factors causing plastic defects come from human, machine, and material factors. Companies should conduct training for employees on the shrink process, conduct regular checks on production machines and replace plastic materials that are thicker than before.

Abstract

Inventory adalah elemen penting untuk memastikan keberlangsungan operasional yang sukses di sebuah organisasi. Dalam konteks PT Trimitra Alkabes Mandiri, pengelolaan inventory yang efisien mendukung kelancaran pemenuhan permintaan barang dan mengakomodir ketidakpastian dari supplier. Saat ini, sistem inventory di PT Trimitra Alkabes Mandiri dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang tidak terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi inventory berbasis website yang belum memiliki rancangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI dan UX dari sistem informasi inventory berbasis website untuk PT Trimitra Alkabes Mandiri menggunakan metode Five Planes, yang meliputi tahap strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, dan surface plane. Prototipe high-fidelity dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui usability testingmenggunakan penilaian System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 84,375 yang artinya Acceptable pada tingkatan Acceptable, Excellent pada tingkatan Adjective dan memiliki Grade A.

Abstract

Comfortable work can make it easier for employees to work. Good working processes can improve company performance and employees will work comfortably in their jobs. The noodle dryer currently used in industry X has employees complaining of pain in their body parts. Based on data collection in the Nordic Body Map form, this complaint arose due to the inappropriate height of the noodle hangers on the trolley. This research aims to reduce the level of complaints from workers by redesigning the noodle drying trolley in Industry X. This research uses an anthropometric approach to redesign and obtain an ergonomic trolley height. The trolley redesign is based on calculating percentile data to obtain a more ergonomic trolley height. After calculating the proper height of the trolley using the worker’s body height, the result of the ergonomic trolley height is 163.4 cm. These results are then applied to the new trolley height, until the height of the trolley adjusts to the body height of the workers, thereby reducing the level of worker complaints. The results obtained in this study were a reduction in complaints from 26 to 4 complaints (reduction by 84.61%).

Abstract

The high level of competition in the food industry, especially in the MSME sector, requires producers to maintain product quality in order to meet consumer expectations. Pak Enik Tempe Factory as one of the MSMEs in Badung Regency, Bali, experiences problems related to high levels of defective products which have an impact on decreasing quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze quality control using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) approach. Data collection was carried out during the period 1 December 2024 - 31 January 2025 using observation and interview methods. The tools used in the SQC method include: check sheets, flowcharts, histograms, scatter diagrams, Pareto diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results of the study showed that the most common types of defects were non-dense textures and black spots caused by human factors, work methods, materials, and machines. Through the Pareto Diagram, it is known that these two types of defects contribute 75% of the total product defects. Control Chart analysis shows that most of the production processes are still within control limits even though there are deviations at several points. The use of Fishbone Diagrams helps identify the root cause of major defects. The output of this research is in the form of recommendations for improving the production system so that the quality of tempeh increases and the number of defective products can be minimized. This research is expected to provide a real contribution in the development of a quality control system in MSMEs based on tempeh production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tingkat kepuasan pemustaka terhadap kualitas layanan di Perpustakaan Universitas Udayana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pemustaka terhadap kualitas layanan di Perpustakaan Universitas Udayana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Udayana, dari populasi tersebut ditentukan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebesar 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan didapatkan nilai sebesar 78,66%, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemustaka sudah puas dengan layanan di Perpustakaan Universitas Udayana, namun belum maksimal secara keseluruhan sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengetahui atribut apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pemustaka terhadap pelayanan di Perpustakaan Universitas Udayana maka dilakukan analisis dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).  Hasilnya atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki berada pada kuadran 1 yaitu ketepatan pencarian dan tata letak buku, kelengkapan ragam koleksi buku, dan peralatan pendukung belajar (stopkontak, meja, kursi, rak, dan sebagainya).
