Abstract

Price is variable that plays a significant role in marketing because it can influence consumers buying decisions for a product or service. Pricing strategy often plays a key role in selling products on online platforms like Shopee. This study aims to determine the effect of price on the sales volume of Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable products on the online marketplace Shopee. The sample used in this study consisted of 40 cosmetic stores in the Jabodetabek area. Spearman correlation test was used to measure the strength of the relationship between the price variable of the product and the sales quantity expressed by the correlation coefficient (r). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed a significance value of 0.003, which means H0 is rejected with a correlation coefficient value of -0.454. This indicates that the price and sales volume has a negative correlation with moderate strength. The findings of this research indicate that as the price of Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable products decreases, there is a corresponding increase in the sales volume. Moderate correlation indicates that many other factors play a role in determining the sales quantity of Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable on the Shopee platform. Keywords : product price, sales volume, lip cream, Shopee Harga adalah variabel penting dalam pemasaran karena dapat mempengaruhi konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian suatu produk atau jasa. Penetapan harga sering menjadi strategi utama dalam penjualan produk di marketplace online seperti Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap jumlah penjualan produk Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable di marketplace online Shopee. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 toko kosmetik yang ada di daerah Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk mengukur kekuatan hubungan antara variabel harga produk dan jumlah penjualan yang dinyatakan dengan koefisien korelasi. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,003 yang artinya H0 ditolak dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,454. Artinya variabel harga memiliki hubungan yang berlawanan arah dengan kekuatan hubungan antara harga dan jumlah penjualan tergolong sedang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ternyata harga produk Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable di toko kosmetik daerah Jabodetabek yang semakin murah dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan produk, walaupun dengan korelasi sedang. Korelasi sedang mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat banyak faktor lain yang berperan dalam penentuan jumlah penjualan Lip Cream Hanasui Mattedorable di platform Shopee. Abstract

Due to passenger complaints regarding the comfort of the seats on the Trans Metro Dewata Bus, and the possibility that the design of the seats could result in musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), it is deemed necessary to redesign the seats of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus to create an ergonomic seat design. In the process of redesigning the bus seats, the ergonomics method with an anthropometric approach was used. The ergonomic approach in question is to adjust the seat design to the anthropometric dimensions of the sample of Trans Metro Dewata Bus passengers. In this anthropometric approach, four anthropometric dimensions are determined which play an important role in chair redesign, namely (1) shoulder height, (2) knee fold (popliteal), (3) hip width, and (4) distance from knee fold (popliteal) to buttocks. For each dimension, calculations were carried out according to the procedure for 100 sample data that had been taken from passengers of the Trans Metro Dewata Corridor 3 Bus in March 2023. Based on the passenger samples that had been obtained, then the anthropometric data testing process was carried out starting from the normality test, uniformity test data, and data adequacy test.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi setiap lapisan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sama halnya seperti PLTA Lau Gunung yang membutuhkan pasokan listrik untuk beroperasi. Perawatan pada fasilitas produksi yang digunakan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya downtime, serta menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan oleh PLTA Lau Gunung. Metode Total Productive Maintenance dengan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengetahui nilai aktual efektivitas mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan, serta menentukan tindakan perbaikan (improvement), yaitu pola maintenance seperti apa yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi downtimeberdasarkan nilai efektivitas dari mesin atau peralatan yang digunakan. Setelah mendapatkan data produksi selama 5 semester dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness, didapati hasil perhitungan availability sebesar 83%, performance sebesar 81%, quality sebesar 76%, dan nilai OEE sebesar 51% yang berarti masih dibawah standar menurut JIPM. Selanjutnya, dengan metode Six Big Losses diketahui bahwa Reduced Speed Loss merupakan penyumbang downtime terbesar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kedua metode tersebut, maka hasil penelitian ini adalah usulan rekomendasi perbaikan berupa tindakan perawatan maintenance seperti apa yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan OEE dan mencegah terjadinya downtime.

Abstract

T-Cup adalah produk inovatif berupa gantungan kunci yang berfungsi sebagai tentengan cup ramah lingkungan. Terbuat dari bahan kain kanvas yang tahan lama, T-Cup dirancang sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan berlebihan pembungkus plastik sekali pakai. Nama produk ini berasal dari kependekan "Tentengan Cup," menggambarkan fungsinya yang ideal untuk membawa gelas atau cangkir secara praktis dan efisien. Pengembangan T-Cup berkaitan dengan kekhawatiran akan jumlah besar pembungkus plastik yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan desain yang inovatif, T-Cup tidak hanya memberikan solusi untuk mengurangi sampah plastik, tetapi juga mempromosikan gaya hidup berkelanjutan. T-Cup, diharapkan masyarakat dapat beralih dari kebiasaan menggunakan pembungkus plastik sekali pakai menuju pilihan yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, T-Cup menjadi salah satu langkah kecil namun signifikan dalam mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, memperkenalkan produk inovatif yang memadukan fungsionalitas dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at Wizzmie Jimbaran Restaurant, namely product quality and service quality factors. The purpose of this study is to determine how product quality and service quality influence consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who had visited Wizzmie Jimbaran Restaurant from the population, the sample was determined based on research by Hair et al. (2010) sample = number of indicators x 5, then a sample of 80 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test and hypothesis test with results based on research, product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant influence on purchasing decisions and all independent variables partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable, but based on the results of the questionnaire, there needed to be a proposal for improvement, namely evaluating recipe standards and portions, attaching visual documentation of dishes, having the right measuring equipment, increasing the number of servers, increasing employee empathy, and providing comfortable facilities for customers waiting.

Abstract

Meeting client demand is the primary goal of any company, one of which is through timely service. PT Intan Prima Kalorindo, a company worked in the production of heat exchangers, often fails to meet product delivery targets due to wasteful activities during the assembly of the E-201-22AB tube bundle heat exchanger. This study aims to identify types of waste occurring in the assembly process of the E-201-22AB tube bundle heat exchanger using the Process Activity Mapping (PAM) approach. The data collection techniques used were direct observation and interviews with operators and supervisors. The data were then classified using the PAM method. Based on PAM, 32 activities were identified, with the majority of operations at the workstations being value-added (VA) activities, totaling 2,647 minutes (66.3%), while non-value-added (NVA) activities totaled 1,040 minutes (26%) and necessary but non-value-added (NNVA) activities totaled 307 minutes (7.7%). The study results revealed two types of waste identified in the assembly process: defective products due to leaks during hydrostatic testing and waiting for materials. Further analysis using a fishbone diagram showed various causes of these wasteful activities, including human, machine, method, and environmental factors. Based on the identified root causes, various improvement recommendations were proposed to eliminate waste in the assembly process of the E-201-22AB tube bundle heat exchanger.

Abstract

Comfortable work can make it easier for employees to work. Good working processes can improve company performance and employees will work comfortably in their jobs. The noodle dryer currently used in industry X has employees complaining of pain in their body parts. Based on data collection in the Nordic Body Map form, this complaint arose due to the inappropriate height of the noodle hangers on the trolley. This research aims to reduce the level of complaints from workers by redesigning the noodle drying trolley in Industry X. This research uses an anthropometric approach to redesign and obtain an ergonomic trolley height. The trolley redesign is based on calculating percentile data to obtain a more ergonomic trolley height. After calculating the proper height of the trolley using the worker’s body height, the result of the ergonomic trolley height is 163.4 cm. These results are then applied to the new trolley height, until the height of the trolley adjusts to the body height of the workers, thereby reducing the level of worker complaints. The results obtained in this study were a reduction in complaints from 26 to 4 complaints (reduction by 84.61%).

Abstract

The high level of competition in the food industry, especially in the MSME sector, requires producers to maintain product quality in order to meet consumer expectations. Pak Enik Tempe Factory as one of the MSMEs in Badung Regency, Bali, experiences problems related to high levels of defective products which have an impact on decreasing quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze quality control using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) approach. Data collection was carried out during the period 1 December 2024 - 31 January 2025 using observation and interview methods. The tools used in the SQC method include: check sheets, flowcharts, histograms, scatter diagrams, Pareto diagrams, control charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results of the study showed that the most common types of defects were non-dense textures and black spots caused by human factors, work methods, materials, and machines. Through the Pareto Diagram, it is known that these two types of defects contribute 75% of the total product defects. Control Chart analysis shows that most of the production processes are still within control limits even though there are deviations at several points. The use of Fishbone Diagrams helps identify the root cause of major defects. The output of this research is in the form of recommendations for improving the production system so that the quality of tempeh increases and the number of defective products can be minimized. This research is expected to provide a real contribution in the development of a quality control system in MSMEs based on tempeh production.

Abstract

Subak is one of Bali's local wisdoms related to rice field irrigation systems. The subak studied on this occasion was the Delod Sema subak located in Bali. In Subak Delod Sema there are several stages of the work process that have the potential for minor or serious accidents to occur. Lack of understanding of the concept of occupational safety and health (K3) on the part of Subak still does not pay much attention to this. By applying the K3 concept, the authors carry out an OHS analysis using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method which is taking preventive measures to prevent and reduce the frequency of work accidents that occur there, and provide risk control recommendations to Subak. Hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control are part of the HIRARC method, after identifying the hazards of the 4 work processes in Subak there are 10 activities that have hazards and risks. The risk assessment shows 5 low categories, 3 medium categories, and 2 high risk categories, risk control in the form of giving a warning system, engineering control, administrative control, and the use of PPE, and at high risk redesigning the seed cleaner machine to reduce the potential danger from machine.

Abstract

UMKM Kusukangemil is one of the UMKMs that sells basreng products in Denpasar. Currently, the packaging design for the basreng products used is quite simple, making it difficult for the product to compete in the market. To increase competitiveness, a redesign of the product packaging is required to make it more attractive and innovative. This study aims to determine consumer preferences for basreng product packaging using the Kansei Engineering method, and to design the basreng product packaging based on these consumer preferences. The Kansei Engineering method is used in this study because it can interpret consumers' emotional responses and needs toward a product or concept. Through this approach, Kansei Words were collected through a questionnaire given to 50 respondents. These words were then analyzed to determine the most desired design elements by consumers. The results of the study indicate that consumers want basreng product packaging to be colorful, made of food-grade material, include expiration date and composition information, BPOM certification, be vertical in shape, made of thick material, be in the form of a bag, have motifs, halal certification, include address and social media information, and use bold fonts. Based on these results, two packaging design concepts were developed and selected based on consumer preferences. The resulting packaging design is expected to increase the attractiveness of UMKM Kusukangemil’s basreng products, making them more competitive in the market. Additionally, good packaging design is also expected to represent a quality product image and increase sales.
