Abstract

The application of the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) is expected to reduce the problems faced by Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ), increase public trust, raise Zakat, Infak and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds more optimally, and target distribution is more precise and meaning for those who deserve it. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Amil Governance in BAZNAS Payakumbuh. Using a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data and information from interviews and documentation, which is then analyzed using interactive methods. The results of the study show that overall all the instruments from the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) have been applied in a good category at BAZNAS Payakumbuh. However, in the implementation of each instrument of the Principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) there are still complex obstacles that must be faced by BAZNAS Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1.To find out the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the trial section of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD. 2.To find out the factors that influence the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the trial section of the DPRD Sijunjung Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques using a. Observation, interview, documentation and analysis of literature. From the findings of the research and discussion, the following conclusions and suggestions are obtained: 1. The Trial Section at the Secretariat of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD has tried to provide administrative services to the institutional council in terms of court services but in practice it is still felt to be lacking by the Council Members served so that it requires work improvements. services to be able to realize the vision of the DPRD Sijunjung Regency. 2. Of the factors that affect the service by the field of trial, there are still employees who do not show a sense of responsibility for their work and office regulations, such as taking undisciplined actions. Services provided by Secretariat employees, which are considered to be lacking, can be a problem that interferes with good service. It is necessary to improve the quality of employee work, in addition to training or technical guidance, it can be done by more frequent leadership in providing directions to employees, so that employees feel cared for by the leadership, besides that, direct assessments can also be carried out from the leadership to employees, so that employees are more motivated to improve the quality of their work 2. Rolling of employees per section by taking into account the educational background and expertise of employees, the leadership should be more frequent in giving directions or briefings, so that the communication process can be open, so that employees also become more compact and solid

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the distribution of BPNT is based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Social Assistance by the Social Service of Solok Regency. 2) To find out what factors influence the distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Securu Social Assistance by the Solok Regency Social Service. This study uses a descriptive method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events according to the research problem as it is. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) The distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning Non-Cash Distribution of Social Assistance by the Social Service of Solo Regency consists of program preparation, coordination of implementation, implementation of beneficiary registration , submission of beneficiary data, registration and/or opening of kurtu combo beneficiary accounts, distribution/distribution of aid and utilization. 2) Factors affecting the distribution of BPNT based on Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 concerning Non-Cash Distribution of Social Assistance by the Solak District Social Service, including data errors, empty balances and socialization. Based on the conclusions above, the authors provide the following suggestions: 1) The data collection should be carried out evenly and on target so that the prospective Beneficiary Families (KPM) are in accordance with the predetermined sam, 2) It is hoped that all deficiencies can be corrected and not continuous. occurs so that the goals of BPNT that have been previously set can be achieved to the maximum. 3) There should be more routine socialization activities to do.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out how the workability of the Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district office, 2) investigate how the performance of Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district Office. The research used is a Quantitative Research Method. The population is all employees of the Padang Selatan sub-district office of Padang city. Based on the results of the research CS workability level in the South Padang subdistrict office has so far reached 69.4%, the CS workability has reached a fairly good category with the level of respondents' achievements (TCR) between 65% - 79.99%, the results of ASN performance research in subdistrict office of South Padang so far have reached 71%, the CS performance has reached a fairly good category. The results of hypothesis testing can be explained that there is a strong relationship with interpretation between 0.60-0.799 and positive with a significant level smaller than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. Based on the determinant coefficient test the Effect of Work Ability on CS Performance in the subdistrict office of South Padang is 62.6%, the remaining 37.4%. It is explained by other variables not included in the research model. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it was found that the workability variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servant (CS) in subdistrict office of South Padang.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership is at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office and to find out how the employee performance is at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office and to find out how leadership influences employee performance at the Sijunjung Regency Inspectorate office. The method used in this study is quantitative using survey methods, namely research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire. The results of this research are that the leadership of an inspector at the Sijunjung District Inspectorate office is still not running optimally as expected, this can be seen from the presence of employees who come and go home not on time, the lack of ability of superiors to control employees and the superiors are not strict in giving rewards or punishmen to employees resulting in reduced performance and employee performance at the Sijunjung District Inspectorate Office has not run as it should, this is because there are still jobs that are not completed on time, work results that are not in accordance with targets, repeated mistakes so that there is often a waste of costs, labor and money, as well as the lack of a sense of responsibility for employees at work and the influence of this leadership indicates a positive influence generated by leadership on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency, the obstacles faced in implementing the Duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency, and the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to implementing the Duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Organizing Public Order and Peace in Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results showed the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Fire Department (Damkar) in Sijunjung Regency. Implementing the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Sijunjung Regency comprises enforcing Regional Regulations and Regional Regulations, maintaining public peace and order, and implementing community protection. The obstacle faced is that there are still many people who do not understand the regulations contained in the regional regulations. And officers have difficulty moving because there is no minimum service standard. Efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles, namely to socialize and provide guidance to the community about public order regulations. And the need for an institutional development that is able to support the realization of peace and order.
