Abstract

Penelitian mini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui manajemen berbasis sekolah, maka jika ditinjau dari segi tempat penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (fild research). peneliti langsung menggali data di lapangan, yaitu di SD IT Haji Djalaluddin disamping itu penelitian bersifat kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang prsedurnya menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau perilaku yang diamati. Peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SD IT Haji Djalaluddin tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, yaitu sebagai berikut; (a). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin (leader) (b). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor (c). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai educator (d). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai innovator (e). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator. Peran guru dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SD IT Haji Djalaludding tahun pelajaran 2019-2020, yaitu sebagai berikut; (a). Dalam proses belajar mengajar guru telah menggunakan metode atau strategi yang bervariasi. (b). Mengikuti peningkatan kompotensi guru. (c). Mendampingi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler keagamaan. (d). Memberikan bimbingan dan teladan pada siswa. (e). Memberikan motivasi kepada siswa.

Abstract

This study is conceptual research. It outlines the integration of collaborative model and discovery methods in language teaching. This concept has an advantage that it stimulates students to construct new knowledge through a collaborative and explorative way. This study discusses about the model of collaborative discovery method in which this model involves students to explore the knowledge both individually and in groups. The collaboration of individual and group study will encourage students’ active participation in learning. The model of collaborative discovery method becomes an ideal choice in language teaching.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine students’ learning motivation and satisfaction in attending lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. This descriptive correlational study involved 155 students majoring in Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG-PAUD) registered in 2019, who were selected through total sampling technique. Data in this study were obtained by distributing two types of questionnaires (learning satisfaction level questionnaire and learning motivation questionnaire) to all students. Before distributing the questionnaires, they were validated by product moment correlation; then, their reliability was tested through Alpha Cronbach. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively and were examined by simple regression. This study revealed that the level of student satisfaction in attending lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic was at the medium category (48.38%) and their learning motivation was also at medium category (55.48%). Therefore, this study concluded that students were dissatisfied with the learning process conducted by the lecturer during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a consequence, this low level of learning satisfaction decreased the students’ motivation to attend the lecturers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah mesti menyenangkan baik oleh guru apalagi bagi peserta didiknya. Karena dengan belajar yang menyenangkan peserta didik bisa mengembangkan dirinya dalam proses aktivitas belajar. Peserta didik mengekspresikan diri tanpa terpaksa atau dikendalikan oleh peserta didik lain yang berada disekitarnya. Sehingga prinsip belajar dan bermain yang menyenangkan dapat diwujudkan dan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya dapat dioptimalkan. Sementara dilapangan masih banyak guru yang belum mengoptimalkan kreatifitasnya dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Padahal, kreativitas guru di dalam pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sangat diharapkan dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa. Oleh karenanya pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan belajar yang menyenangkan di hari bermutu pada SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memperlihatkan peserta didik terlihat sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dari pemateri, seperti integrasi permainan dan teknologi pada proses pembeajaran di sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership dan transformasional leadershio terhadap budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap guru dan tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan siginifikan secara parsial dari pengaruh variabel servant leadership dan transformasional leadersip terhadap budaya organsiasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of literacy on students’ Al Qur’an memorization. The research method used by researchers is field research, by directly observing the events that occurred at SDN 07 Sigiran. In this modern era, many students’ are influenced by technological developments. Technological developments can bring both positive and negative influenced. One of the negative effects of technological developments ia the lack of interest and desire of students’ to memorize the Al-Qur’an. Therefore, the school as an educational institution for students strives to increase students’ interest and desire to memorize the Al-Qur’an. One effert that schools can do is to read the koran regularly every morning before the teaching and learning process takes place. Keywords: Literacy, Memorization, Students

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of elementary school-aged children at SD 03 PakanLabuah engages in deviant behavior both outside of school and within the school environment. dealing with deviant behavior in the child. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the results of the research that has been done, shows that the forms of deviant behavior carried out by children are lying, cheating, being late, scribbling on friends' books, mocking, stealing, and damaging friends' things, making noise, fighting, disturbing friends when learning takes place, and not paying attention to the teacher , not carrying out pickets, fighting teachers, and leaving class without permission. Factors thatinfluence this is due to the inability to absorb cultural norms, deviant learning processes, differences in the social structure between children, family circumstances, and deviant socialization processes. Efforts that must be made to overcome deviant behavior in children are preventive actions, repressive actions, curative actions, and persuasive actions.

Abstract

Character is something that is not easy to form because in forming the character itself many temptations and distractions will get in the way later. One of the ways to shape character in schools/madrasahs is by applying aqidah morals learning. In other words, even if someone is smart, even if he lacks morals, the knowledge he will have is useless, because knowledge without morals or character will not be useful, because even the devil is smarter than humans, but his character is bad, so he is expelled by God fromheaven. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method, the population is all students at MTsN 1 Payakumbuh, and the sample is class VIII, Ar-Rijal students. The data collection technique uses interview and observation techniques, in which the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and closing drawings. With the aim of how to apply the learning of the moral principles themselves in shaping the character of students. And the results of his research on learning aqidah morals can shape the character of students.

Abstract

Education is an education that is very obligatory for every child because without character education children have difficulty socializing with the surrounding community, even if character education is not instilled in the children of MTI Tarusan Kamang from an early age, children will automatically have difficulties. understand the values of social knowledge or values that are appropriate to the social conditions of the local community. So what is the problem at this time is what are the factors that cause social-based character education and the implications for the Babukik community. So therefore the aim ofthe research is what are the things that make the children of MTI Tarusan included in the Jurong Babukik community. This study used a survey approach to interviews conducted with teachers teaching at MTI Tarusan Kamang, students taking part in the lessons, and the local community. With these interviews, we can see what causes the children of MTI Tarusan to have a connection with the Jorong Babukik community. With the interviews conducted, we can see the relationship between character and socialbased education and the implications for the Babukik community, namely that the MTI Tarusan is located in the area of 4 congregations or 4 jorongs, while the Halalang, Jorong Padang Kunyik, and Jorong Bansa.

Abstract

Tahfidz al-Qur'an is one of the processes of guarding and maintaining the purity of the holy book of the Qur'an. Memorizing the Qur'an is a very noble duty and responsibility, everyone can memorize it but not everyone can memorize it well. This study aims to determine the problems of learning tahfidz al-Qur'an by providing solutions to overcome these problems. This research was conducted at MTsN 4 Pasaman,Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency, especially in class VII.1, using a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with teachers and several students of class VII.1 MTsN 4 Pasaman. Then the data that has been collected, is analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.
