Abstract

Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) adalah organisasi yang dibentuk oleh perseorangan atau sekelompok orang yang secara sukarela memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum tanpa bertujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dari kegiatannya. Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) berfungsi sebagai fasilitator dalam upaya pemulihan hak-hak masyarakat. Sarana yang dimaksud berupa segala bentuk sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan oleh penegak hukum dan seluruh masyarakat. Malang adalah daerah yang sangat luas. Kualitas dan kuantitas sebagai kota pendidikan tidak perlu diragukan lagi. Namun, Malang merupakan salah satu contoh daerah yang memiliki beberapa permasalahan yang telah diperbaiki oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM). Berbagai cara atau metode digunakan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) untuk memperbaiki kerusakan. Dengan monitoring berupa evaluasi, investigasi, dan lain-lain. Kasus korupsi yang kerap menimpa semua kelompok dan kasus KDRT dapat diselesaikan dengan cara-cara yang selama ini dilakukan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM). Sehingga tidak diragukan lagi bahwa fungsi dan tujuan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) adalah membantu memberikan pelayanan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

As we know, education is an essential thing for every nation, one of which is the Indonesian state, because education is an important factor in the progress or retreat of a nation. The more optimal and integrated the education system, the more advanced the nation. According to Sutrisno, in a lecture on the subject of Islamic Education Policy and Leadership in Indonesia, "education is essentially educating, which means not only teaching knowledge to students, but a teacher must be a figure like a parent, namely being an example, guiding, and directing to the path of truth." In carrying out its application, not all students have normal conditions because it is estimated that around 10% of children in the world have special needs. Over time, the number of children with special needs in Indonesia has increased, even though it has not become a constant thing. In reality, the implementation of inclusive-based education policies is still estimated to be less than optimal because there is no policy in an educational institution if there is already an institution that implements the policy but it is still not optimal in its implementation. The key to success in the implementation of inclusive education depends on integration and cooperation between the state, teachers or lecturers, parents, or students. Not a few of the educational institutions at the university level are developing an inclusive education system, but one of the research subjects that the author studied is at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, because inclusive education in the institution is one of the three core values in developing the education system and is a pioneer of inclusive Islamic religious universities.

Abstract

Knowledge management is a crucial aspect of organizational success in the knowledge-based economy. Unlike information that is only data and facts, knowledge includes perspectives, concepts, and methods that provide added value. This study highlights the importance of knowledge management in higher education, including the acquisition, documentation, transfer, creation, and application of knowledge. Although institutions are active in acquiring knowledge through professional networks and research, reliance on traditional references hinders digital transformation. The lack of structured documentation risks hampering knowledge retention and transfer. Existing knowledge sharing strategies need to be strengthened with internal seminars and group discussions to be more systematic. In addition, the decentralization of innovation and projects requires better coordination through centralized sharing platforms and cross-departmental collaboration. To increase effectiveness, institutions are advised to adopt formal knowledge sharing programs, develop digital repositories, and balance traditional and digital resources to support more optimal learning and innovation.

Abstract

This research has several objectives, namely: (1) to know Science in the perspective of Islamic philosophy; (2) to know science in the perspective of the Qur'an; (3) to know science in the Western perspective. The method used to explore this uses a literature study method with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are three, namely (1) The characteristics of Islamic epistemology about science are belief in spiritual power, having a harmonious relationship between reason and revelation, interdependence of reason and intuition, Theocentric orientation, and associated Values Development; (2) science in the perspective of the Qur'an is illustrated in Q.S Imran : 190 and Al-Baqarah: 29; (3) Epistemology in the Western view suggests that the concept of science is based on logical principles, hypothesis generation, and verification process. There are three theories of truth, namely coherent truth theory, correspondence theory, pragmatic truth theory. In addition, there are material objects and formal objects in science. The contribution of this research describes how truth can be explained in various perspectives so that the truth becomes scientific.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menguji sejauh mana Content Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), dan Brand Image mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen Generasi Z yang berbelanja melalui TikTok Shop di wilayah Soloraya. Penelitian ini didasari oleh peran TikTok yang semakin menonjol sebagai platform e-commerce bagi Gen Z, serta adanya temuan penelitian sebelumnya yang tidak konsisten mengenai faktor-faktor pendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden Generasi Z pengguna TikTok Shop di Soloraya melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran Konten (Content Marketing) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Demikian pula, E-WOM berupa ulasan dan rekomendasi elektronik terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan. Namun, Citra Merek (Brand Image) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Meskipun demikian, ketika ketiga variabel diuji secara simultan, ketiganya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan Content Marketing dan E-WOM menjadi faktor pendorong paling dominan dalam memengaruhi perilaku belanja Gen Z di TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Generation Z in Sukoharjo Regency makes iPhone purchases based on their impressions of the brand and product quality. Generation Z is known to be highly tech-savvy, analytical, and selective in purchasing goods, especially mobile phones. With rapid technological advancements and intense competition among smartphone brands, it is crucial for companies to understand what aspects influence young consumers' purchasing decisions. We used a quantitative approach based on survey data obtained from 30 individuals who are current iPhone users or are considering purchasing one.The decision to buy is the dependent variable in this study, whereas product quality and brand perception are the independent variables. This data analysis examines whether these two separate factors influence customer purchasing decisions. According to the study, Generation Z purchases iPhones based on brand and product quality. Based on these findings, attracting young consumers as buyers depends on positive brand perceptions and high-quality product offerings. Marketing academics, especially those specializing in consumer behavior, can benefit from the theoretical contributions of this study, while business owners and marketers can use the practical implications of this research to better target Generation Z in the digital age. Gen Z's smartphone purchases are heavily influenced by brand image and quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work conflicts between the kitchen and service departments and their impact on employee productivity at Tom Sushi Solo Paragon Mall. The research applied a qualitative descriptive method using in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis involving four key informants representing both departments. The findings indicate that conflicts generally stem from miscommunication, unclear task distribution, high workload, and differences in work priorities. These conflicts lead to reduced efficiency, decreased motivation, and communication barriers that hinder coordination and teamwork. The study also finds that conflict management strategies tend to rely on compromising and avoiding approaches, while collaborative strategies are rarely implemented. Therefore, a more structured communication system, regular coordination meetings, and internal mediation are needed to minimize conflict intensity and maintain work effectiveness. The results are expected to provide practical insights for restaurant management in strengthening teamwork, enhancing communication, and improving both service quality and employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at SFA Steak & Resto Gentan Mangesti, a growing casual dining restaurant. As competition in the culinary industry intensifies, restaurants are required to maintain consistent product quality while enhancing service performance to retain loyal customers. A quantitative associative research design was employed, involving 128 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression.The findings reveal that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, whereas service quality does not exhibit a significant direct influence. Nevertheless, both variables jointly contribute significantly to customer loyalty, with the model explaining 22.8 percent of the variance. These results indicate that customers in casual dining settings place stronger emphasis on functional aspects such as taste, consistency, and portion suitability when forming loyalty, while service quality is perceived as a complementary factor enhancing overall perceived value. Theoretically, the study reinforces the view that product quality serves as the foundation for long-term customer loyalty. Practically, the findings suggest the need for stronger product quality control and gradual improvement in service delivery. Future studies are encouraged to incorporate additional variables such as customer satisfaction, pricing, and restaurant atmosphere to broaden analytical insights.
