Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendirikan forum anak desa sebagai pemanfaatan waktu luang untuk kegiatan positif bagi anak-anak di Desa Nelayan Seberang Kecamatan Medan Belawan yang diharapkan akan mengurangi bahkan menghapuskan kegiatan anak yang tidak bermanfaat. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dengan cara membuat pelatihan dibidang olahragadayung dengan peserta berjumlah sebanyak 17 anak yang tergabung kedalam pengurus Forum Anak Desa. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan terhadap anak-anak Desa Nelayan Seberang Kecamatan Medan Belawan, pemanfaatan waktu luang anak diisi dengan kegiatan olahraga, budaya dan seni terutama budaya seni lokal sesuai dengan bakat dan minat anak. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan berkesinambungan dibawah kepengurusan forum anak desa yang telah terbentuk. Seperti diketahui forum anak adalah wadah anak untuk berdiskusi, bagaimana mengeluarkan pendapat sehingga diharapkan nantinya forum anak desa dapat berpartisipasi dalam musrenbang desa. Diharapkan dari kegiatan forum anak desa ini akan muncul juara lomba dayung anak dari Desa Nelayan Seberang yang dapat mengikuti PON Sumatera Utara tahun 2024.Kata Kunci : Desa Nelayan Seberang, Forum Anak, Pemanfaatan Waktu Luang

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of the transformation of organizational cultural values on the performance of millennial lecturers. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The determination of the sample was done by slovin margins of error method of error amounting to 10% of the total number of permanent lecturers of civil servants / non civil servants as many as 249 people and produced a sample of 71 people. Cultural transformation is measured by the dimensions of vision and mission; External environment; Willingness to achieve goals; Organizational image; Lecturer's needs and objectives; Interpersonal relationships; and Leadership. The results showed that the transformation of organizational cultural values at the University of North Sumatra had a positive barbarslot influence on the performance of millennial lecturers. These results show that the better implementation of the transformation of the cultural values of the University of North Sumatra will lead to improved performance of millennial lecturers. This research is expected to be used as input for the University to be able to pay attention and fulfill and fully support the needs of millennial lecturers of the University of North Sumatra to improve the performance of lecturers.

Abstract

 One of the strategies used by Tropicana Slim to win the Top Brand Award for 4 (four) consecutive years is to enter the premium community through brand activation. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study are members of the premium community. The number of samples in the research was 95 people using a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: they are premium community members who have experienced brand activation by Tropicana Slim Medan City and have purchased Tropicana Slim products at least 1 (one) time. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously brand image, experiential marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community. Partially, brand image, experiential marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community.

Abstract

The role of Small Micro Entreprises (SMEs) in supporting the country's economy means that SMEs are increasingly being paid attention and really important by the government. As many as 64.5 percent of the total small, micro and medium enterprises MSMEs) in Indonesia are women. The innovation capability of micro, small and medium enterprises MSMEs) is a major factor in business sustainability. However, in reality, women entrepreneur only focus on product and service creation activities without providing any innovation. Most MSMEs produce products that suit their production capabilities without paying attention to the needs and wants of consumers who of course expect innovation and something in the products produced. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of factors that affect knowledge management capability (KMC) as well as analyzing the mediating factors that influence the relationship of factors such as information technology relatedness, knowledge sharing and human resource management capability on innovation capabiity. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive statistics. The analytical tool used is a structural equation model of partial least squares (PLS). This research was conducted on women entrepreneur in Medan Using a proportional random sampling technique, 200 respondents of employees were selected. The results of this study are as follows: (1) information technology relatedness, knowledge sharing and human resource management capability have a significant effect on knowledge management capabilty; (2) knowledge management capability, information technology relatedness and human resource management capability have a significant effect on innovation capability; (3) knowledge management capability have a significant effect on innovation capability; (4) information technology relatedness has a significant effect on innovation capability through knowledge management capability; (5) knowledge sharing has a significant effect on innovation capability through knowledge management capability; (6) human resource management capability has a significant effect on innovation capability through knowledge management capability.
