<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT before and during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses the CAMEL method in the selection of financial ratios to be compared. The financial ratios to be compared are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio, the Operating Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) ratio, and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Data analysis techniques are independent sample t-test on data with normal distribution and Mann-Whitney on data that are not normally distributed. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, Return On Assets (ROA), ratio of Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) and, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio there were significant differences between before and during the Indonesian Covid-19 pandemic at PT. <![CDATA[This study uses research variables such as organizational culture and employee’s performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture towards employee’s performance to employee of millennial generation of PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatera branch. The approach used in this study is an associative approach and the population in this study are generation “Y” employees of PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra branch. This research uses non probability sampling which sample must fulfil terms and conditions to be respondent. The determination of the sample size in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the Slovin formula, the number of respondents used in this study was 69 respondents.Data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study use Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results show that organizational culture affects toward employees performance millennials generation at PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatera branch.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test the effect of the transformation of organizational cultural values on the performance of millennial lecturers. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The determination of the sample was done by slovin margins of error method of error amounting to 10% of the total number of permanent lecturers of civil servants / non civil servants as many as 249 people and produced a sample of 71 people. Cultural transformation is measured by the dimensions of vision and mission; External environment; Willingness to achieve goals; Organizational image; Lecturer's needs and objectives; Interpersonal relationships; and Leadership. The results showed that the transformation of organizational cultural values at the University of North Sumatra had a positive barbarslot influence on the performance of millennial lecturers. These results show that the better implementation of the transformation of the cultural values of the University of North Sumatra will lead to improved performance of millennial lecturers. This research is expected to be used as input for the University to be able to pay attention and fulfill and fully support the needs of millennial lecturers of the University of North Sumatra to improve the performance of lecturers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine operational excellence for innovative and purposeful business for students of independent projects at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. The type of research used is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. The final project of joining this Independent Project is implemented into an innovative and purposeful business to create amore natural rich cream, a baby skincare business with natural ingredients and innovating by replacing parabens with leuconostoc fermented as a first bio representative first in Indonesia. Human resource management strategy of study of independent project in this Amore Natural Rich Cream business by applying manpower planning. Where manpower planning is a plan for recruiting human resources in this business by taking into account the qualifications and number of workers needed to make this business run and according to plan. Strategic leadership Students from this business plan is to apply pestel analysis by monitoring the business environment before the business is launched which is seen from the Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal aspects. In addition to the PESTEL analysis, it also performs a porters five force. Supply chain management is implemented concept of plan, source, make, deliver, store and customer as well as analyzing demand and production planning. The financial aspect of this business plan is by conducting an investment analysis of the results obtained that this business requires an initial investment as the overall working capital for this business where all this investment is borne 100% from PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. From the results and discussions that have been carried out the investment assessment shows that the discounted payback period (DPP) of the investment plan is 2 years 5 months where investors set a maximum payback period of 4 year. The net present value (NPV) of the investment plan has a positive value of Rp3.358.277.304. The IRR value of the investment plan is 25% greater than the required interest rate of 15The profitability Index (PI) of the investment plan is greater than 1 (PI > 1). From the investment analysis investment business plan baby skincare is profitable if implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of apparatus competence, internal control and financial systems on fraud prevention in the management of village fund financial reports in Rokan Hulu Regency. In addition, this study also tests individual morality as a moderating variable for the relationship between internal control and financial systems on fraud prevention in the management of village fund financial reports in Rokan Hulu Regency. This research design uses a quantitative approach with the type of primary data that is the sample of village officials from 139 villages in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sample determination was done using the Cluster random sampling technique. The minimum sample in this study was 246. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of IBM-Amos software. The results of this study indicate that internal control and financial systems have an effect on fraud prevention, but the competence of the apparatus does not have an effect on fraud prevention. In addition, individual morality is not able to moderate the effect of the competence of the apparatus and financial systems on fraud prevention. However, it is able to moderate the effect of internal control on fraud prevention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the presentation of financial reports, the competence of the apparatus and the government's internal control system on the accountability of village financial management in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were village officials in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study amounted to 104 village officials in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the presentation of financial reports has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village financial management in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency, apparatus competence has no effect on the accountability of village financial management in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency, and the government internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village financial management in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[One retail company that is popular with consumers in the field of household equipment and furniture is Ace Hardware. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at ACE Hardware Juanda Medan. The population in this study are the people of Medan City who have visited at least 2 times with an unknown number. The sampling technique in this research was nonprobability sampling of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that customer experience influences customer loyalty. Service quality has a negative effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience influences customer satisfaction. Service quality influences customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty. <![CDATA[Motherland Coffee merupakan salah satu merek kopi gerobak pada awal pendiriannya, namun pemilik usaha kafe ini menemukan rekan usaha yang memberikannya lokasi untuk dikelola sesuai merk kafe yang pernah berkembang. Pengelola terdiri dari lima orang dengan konsep kerja paruh waktu dan pembagian tugas secara merata. Secara manajemen usaha kafe belum memiliki pembagian kerja berdasarkan konsep Manajemen yang memadai. Pembagian kerja bukan pada basis spesialisasi dan berbasis kebersamaan. Pada aspek SDM personil yang mengelola belum memiliki standar spesifikasi jabatan dan deskripsi pekerjaan. Pada aspek keuangan, penjualan dicatat secara harian dengan menggunakan aplikasi “QASIR†yang menampilkan statistik produk terjual dan nilai transaksi. Namun, pencatatan laporan keuangan seperti neraca, laba rugi, dan arus kas belum diterapkan. Untuk meningkatkan ekspansi operasional, maka diperlukan konsep usaha yang matang agar dapat mencari sumber pendanaan baik dari investor maupun perbankan.Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalahan organisasi antara lain dengan pendekatan Manajemen Fayol yakni merumuskan struktur organisasi, deskripsi pekerjaan, spesifikasi jabatan. Pada aspek pemasaran adalah dengan merumuskan teknik promosi pemasaran digital.
