Abstract

Kurikulum berdampak adalah langkah pertama dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan kehidupan kerja. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat terkait kurikulum berdampak adalah untuk mendorong mahasiswa memperoleh keahlian dalam berbagai materi ajar sesuai dengan keahliannya. Hal ini memungkinkan para mahasiswa untuk menjadi kompetitif secara global. Kurikulum berdampak merupakan kebijakan yang menawarkan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih mata kuliah sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya. Penerapan kurikulum berdampak dapat memicu proses perkuliahan yang lebih otonom dan fleksibel di perguruan tinggi. Penyelenggaraan kurikulum mandiri berbasis kurikulum sentralisasi dan desentralisasi bertujuan untuk dapat secara optimal mendorong kemajuan sistem pendidikan tinggi yang ditandai dengan terciptanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Fokus pada Pengalaman adalah tujuan inti dari pengabdian ini dilakukan agar kurikulum yang dirancang dapat memiliki nilai kebermaknaan dan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa. Dampak Positif yang terciptanya keleluasaan bagi dosen dalam menyusun materi sesuai konteks mahasiswa serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan karakter. Tantangan Perubahan yang terjadi pada kurikulum yang tidak terencana dengan baik berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja dosen. Relevansi Zaman kurikulum yang berdampak positif memungkinkan mahasiswa belajar sesuai perkembangan zaman pada saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS)-based evaluation in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning at MTs Al-Muttaqin, focusing on evaluation planning, implementation processes, and the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants consist of the head of the madrasa, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings show that LMS implementation in learning evaluation has been initiated but remains at an early stage and is not yet optimal. LMS is used for assignments, online quizzes, task submission, and digital grading; however, it is still limited to the cognitive domain. Evaluation planning has not been systematically integrated with LMS, and its implementation faces several challenges. Supporting factors include institutional support, availability of technological facilities, and students’ enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors include unstable internet access, low digital literacy, limited devices, and lack of training. This study concludes that effective LMS implementation requires improved teacher competence, adequate infrastructure, and more systematic integration to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the interpersonal communication strategies employed by guidance and counseling teachers in handling students’ problems at MAS Miftahul Falah Diski. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving guidance and counseling teachers, school administrators, and students. The findings reveal that student problems range from moderate issues, such as truancy, classroom misconduct, and peer conflicts, to more serious cases, including pregnancy outside marriage. To address these problems, guidance and counseling teachers implement interpersonal communication through face-to-face interactions, empathetic listening, counseling sessions, and mediation between students and parents. These strategies help students express their concerns openly and facilitate problem resolution. However, several obstacles were identified, including students’ reluctance to disclose personal issues, emotional conditions during counseling sessions, and differences in perspectives between teachers and parents. The study highlights the importance of interpersonal communication as an effective approach in guidance and counseling services to support students’ personal and social development.
