Abstract

Crying is the main communication medium for babies in presenting their desires to the environment, especially to mothers or babysitters. Some conditions that can cause babies to cry are when the baby feels hungry, uncomfortable, sleepy, in pain, and so on.  This research is a type of qualitative research that uses literature research methods. The purpose of this study was to find out what exactly the baby's cry meant. It is through crying that the baby conveys his wish that the mother or babysitter can fulfill his wish. If the mother or babysitter is wrong in fulfilling the baby's wishes, misunderstands the baby's wishes, then the baby will continue to cry until his wishes are fulfilled. Each cry can exhibit certain characteristics by acoustic signals that are classified based on the cause of the baby's crying. The development of infant speech increases with age and development of the baby. Environmental conditions and infant comprehension that will help in the learning process of baby speech, for example when the baby is less than 1 month old the intensity of crying will be higher than that of babies aged 9 months.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan diminati oleh banyak konsumen harus melakukan promosi pendidikan secara aktif tanpa adanya promosi pendidikan sekolah akan kalah bersaing. Di era globalisasi saat ini persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin atraktif dan kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aktivitas pemasaran yang cukup baik dalam rangka membangun citra positif dan menarik minat masyarakat. Manajemen pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah akan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap jasa pendidikan yang ditawarkan, menetapkan biaya yang tepat , memperluas manfaat jasa pendidikan yang diberikan, mempromosikan secara efektif dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada dengan orientasi kepuasan pelanggan. Sekolah juga perlu memperhatikan bauran pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, lokasi, orang, promosi dan sarana prasarana. Dan yang menjadi faktor pendukung ketika pemasaran ialah sarana dan prasarana sebagai ikon, biaya pemasaran, pemberdayaan guru, status sekolah dan program unggulan. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah pemahaman masyarakat dan pengaruh pertemanan. Tulisan ini secara khusus akan membahas tentang beberapa model dalam promosi pendidikan. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan kepustakaan, baik berupa buku, catatan maupun sumber referensi lainnya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi wacana melalui buku, artikel, jurnal, web (internet), dan informasi lain yang berhubungan dengan judul penelitian untuk mencari hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan tema yang akan dibahas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of the Teacher Centered Learning Model has on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 2 Sosopan, Padang Lawas Regency. This type of research is quantitative, which is a research method using standardized measurements or using a data measurement scale. The population used is all class VIII in SMP Negeri 2 Sosopan, Padang Lawas Regency. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling so that the sample in this study was class VIII-1 which amounted to 34 students. Data collection techniques are tests, questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis test used is the Simple Linear Regression test. From the test results hypothesis obtained a P-Value value of 0.014 so that the regression coefficient is 0.014 ≤ 0.05. Then the Teacher Centered Learning Model affects the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education. Big influence of the Teacher Centered Learning Model on Learning Outcomes seen from the Determination (R Square) of 0.92 or 92% affects the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education. So that it can betaken conclusion that the hypothesis is accepted “The Teacher Centered Learning Model effects the Learning Outcomes of Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 2 Sosopan, Padang Lawas Regency.”
