Abstract

AGUNG INDRIANSYAH, Influence Analysis Principal Leadership, Work Discipline Teacher And Teacher Performance Against Teacher Professionalism Junior High School 15 Palembang, under the guidance of Prof. Dr.. H. Hosni Suradji and Drs.H.Rustam Effendi,M.Sc. This study aims to examine how the influence of Principal Leadership, Work Discipline Teacher and Teacher Professionalism on the Performance of State Secondary School Teachers 15 Palembang. Implementation research for 4 (four) months including the design, conduct and reporting of research result. Respondents in this study were 30 junior high school teacher 15 Palembang. The data obtained in this study were derived from answers - answers to questionnaires distributed to each respondent. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression model in which the variables used in this study is the independent variable: Principal Leadership (X1), Work Discipline Teacher (X2), Professional Teacher (X3) and the Teacher Performance (Y) as the Dependent variable. In accordance with the results of statistical analysis, it is common - the same independent variables and partial Principal Leadership, Teacher Work Discipline and Professional Teacher has an influence on Performance Junior High School Teacher 15 of Palembang.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang". This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. The problem of this research is whether service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive of the survey method. The research sample was 60 customers, and the data collected were primary and secondary. The analysis model uses simple linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using a student t-test. The results showed a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. This shows that quality service plays an important role in shaping customer satisfaction, but it is also closely related to creating profits for the company. The higher the quality of service provided by the company, the higher the satisfaction felt by the customer.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan sebagai peluang usaha bagi pegawai Bengkel AC Palembang. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan metode simulasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sasaran utamanya adalah Generasi Muda atau generasi milenial yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 10 orang peserta yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui Pertemuan secara ofline. Dalam kegiatan ini dibahas tentang jenis-jenis wirausaha dan bisnis yang dapat dilakukan karyawan di masa mendatang, misalnya toko online reseller / dropshipper, bisnis kuliner, bimbingan belajar online serta kebutuhan dasar bisnis. Kunci utama menjalankan bisnis di masa pandemi adalah mau mencoba peluang bisnis, tetap tenang, terus mencoba, berinovasi, ide kreatif, selalu mencoba, pantang menyerah dan lawan rasa takut. Kegiatan ini sekaligus untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha, mencari peluang dan ide bisnis bagi generasi milenial dan masyarakat khususnya di masa pandemi, serta mengetahui tantangan dan hambatan dalam berwirausaha dan berbisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di CV Mitra Celuluar Palembang. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang menjelaskan atau menggambarkan sesuatu, yang bertujuan menguji hipotesis yang berkenaan dengan hubungan sebab akibat diantara variable yang diteliti. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dalam metode kuantitatif. dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Melalui uji regresi Y = a + bX; Y =8.939 + 0.737 (Kinerja Pegawai). Ini berarti bila Kinerja Pegawai (X) ditingkatkan sebesar 1 point, maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 0.737. Uji korelasi Kinerja Pegawai (X) sebesar 0,821, artinya bila Kinerja Pegawai ditingkatkan maka akan menghasilkan Kualitas Pelayanan meningkat. Sedangkan melalui koefisien penentu didapat Kinerja Pegawai (X) sebesar 0.588, sehingga variasi peningkatan dan penurunan Kualitas Pelayanan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kinerja Pegawai (X) sebesar 58,8%, dan terlihat faktor-faktor di luar variabel Kinerja Pegawai (X) dan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (Y) sebesar 41,2%. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji t) didapat nilai t hitung variabel Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 7.694 dan t tabel 1.694, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh antara Kinerja Pegawai dan peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

The Punti Kayu Tourism Forest has great potential in maintaining environmental balance and improving the local economy. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to lack of public awareness and limited skills. This community service activity aims to increase public awareness about the economic and educational potential of the Punti Kayu Tourism Forest, provide training and assistance in utilizing the potential of the tourism forest, and encourage the development of creative economy products based on the tourism forest. The method used is counselling and socialization, which is carried out by the Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic Lecturer Team, PSDKU Palembang, on April 10, 2025. The results of the activity showed an increase in the number of visitors to the tourist forest, an increase in the income of local communities, and an increase in public awareness about the importance of conservation. The interpretation of the results shows that this community service activity has had a significant positive impact on the community and the environment. The conclusion of this activity is that community empowerment through education and training is the key to success in utilizing the potential of urban forests in a sustainable manner.
