Abstract

ABSTRAK Puncak pelaksanaan tata kelola di sekolah tidak lain adalah untuk mencapai akreditasi. Pelaksanaan akreditasi di setiap lembaga pendidikan secara komprehensif dan bersinambungan akan menghasilkan mutu. Semakin tinggi level akreditasi yang dicapai, merupakan informasi mutu dicapai sebuah lembaga pendidikan kepada masyarakat (stakeholders). Capaian akreditasi dari semua SD yang ada di Kota Prabumulih baru mencapai sekitar 25%. Rendahnya capaian akreditasi tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya mutu tata kelola, dan rendahnya mutu tata kelola disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak visioner dan guru yang tidak inovatif. Di masa mewabahnya Covid-19 ini semua lembaga pendidikan mendambakan kepala sekolah visioner dan guru inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur seberapa besar kepemimpinan visioner dan guru inovatif dapat mempengaruhi mutu tata kelola SD di Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru SD yang berjumlah 1.260 orang. Dari jumlah tersebut diambil 20% yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner dan guru inovatif sangat mempengaruhi mutu tata kelola SD di Kota Prabumulih. Besar pengaruh yang disumbangkan oleh kedua variable ini sebesar 0.334 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Guru Inovatif, Mutu Tata Kelola ABSTRACT The pinnacle of implementing governance in schools is none other than achieving accreditation. The implementation of accreditation in every educational institution in a comprehensive and continuous manner will result in quality. The higher the level of accreditation achieved, the information on the quality achieved by an educational institution to the public (stakeholders). The achievement of accreditation of all elementary schools in Prabumulih City has only reached around 25%. The low achievement of accreditation is caused by the low quality of governance, and the low quality of governance is caused by the leadership of school principals who are not visionary and teachers who are not innovative. In this time of the Covid-19 outbreak, all educational institutions crave visionary principals and innovative teachers. This study aims to measure how much visionary leadership and innovative teachers can influence the quality of elementary school governance in Prabumulih City. The research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research population was all elementary school teachers totaling 1,260 people. From this amount, 20% was taken as the research sample. The results of the study prove that visionary leadership and innovative teachers greatly affect the quality of elementary school governance in Prabumulih City. The magnitude of the influence contributed by these two variables is 0.334 which is included in the high category. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Innovative Teachers, Quality Governance

Abstract

AbstrakUpaya meningkatkan kualitas guru telah dilakukan Pemerintah melalui program sertifikasi guru beserta berbagai aspek penunjang lainnya. Namun kenyataan yang berkembang adalah program sertifikasi ternyata tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Guru yang telah lulus sertifikasi dan menerima tunjangan profesi ternyata tidak menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja yang memuaskan. Kinerja guru pasca sertifikasi, baik secara keseluruhan maupun dilihat dari aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, dan pengembangan profesi, menunjukkan kinerja yang masih di bawah standar. Guru-guru di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang sudah bersertifikasi hanya disibukkan oleh kewajiban melakanakan tugas mengajar 24 jam perminggu dan mengejar tingkat kesejahteraan, sedangkan kualitas proses pembelajaran masih terabaikan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah hendaknya pelaksanaan program sertifikasi lebih ditujukan pada peningkatan kesadaran guru akan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas kinerja di tempat mereka bertugas. Hal ini juga direkomendasikan bagi guru di semua jenjang pendidikan, guru di sekolah umum maupun guru yang bertugas di madrasah. Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru Pasca Sertifikasi, Kualitas Pengajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pelaksanaan layanan pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Benakat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Negeri 1 Benakat. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini secara Totally Samplingsebanyak 3 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Negeri 1 Benakat. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai thitung 4,426 sedangkan nilai ttabel = 2,042. Dengan demikian thitung> ttabel atau 4,426 >2,042 untuk taraf signifikan 5%.  Hipotesis yang berbunyi “ada pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pelaksanaan layanan pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Benakat” dapat diterima.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki dan mendeskripsikan inovasi manajemen perpustakaan di SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan dengan sub fokus inovasi dalam: perencanaan pengadaan koleksi perpustakaan, pengadaan koleksi perpustakaan, pengklasifikasian koleksi perpustakaan, pelayanan perpustakaan serta  evaluasi dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, kepala perpustakaan, pengelola perpustakaan, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data di deskripsikan  dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah: reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat   inovasi dalam perencanaan, pengadaan, pengklasifikasian,  pelayanan, dan evaluasi dan pengawasan.Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Manajemen, perpustakaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) pengelolaan dana pagu DIPA di MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin; dan 2) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pengelolaan dana pagu DIPA di MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan di analisis dengan teknik: reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa: 1) pengelolaan dana pagu DIPA di MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin melalui empat tahapan fungsi manajemen yaitu Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling telah berjalan dengan baik. 2) Faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan dana pagu DIPA di MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin yaitu: pemadaman listrik, sinyal kurang stabil dan maintenance server yang dilakukan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia Sedangkan faktor pendukung yaitu: infrastruktur yang lengkap, sinyal yang stabil dan sumber daya manusia yang mendukung.   Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pengelolaan Dana, Pagu DIPA     ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe: 1) the management of DIPA ceiling funds in MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin; and 2) inhibiting and supporting factors in the management of DIPA ceiling funds in MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin. This study used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques: Observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data collected is analyzed with techniques: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This study concluded that: 1) the management of DIPA ceiling funds in MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin through four stages of management functions, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling has gone well. 2) Inhibiting factors in the management of DIPA ceiling funds in MTs Negeri 2 Musi Banyuasin are: power outages, unstable signals and server maintenance carried out by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia While the supporting factors are: complete infrastructure, stable signals and supporting human resources.   Keywords : Implementation, Fund Management, DIPA Ceiling

Abstract

There are still doubts about teachers implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum; several of the reasons include: (1) Teachers have not fully understood the Merdeka curriculum; (2) The spirit of curiosity of teachers about the Merdeka curriculum is still low so that training on the Merdeka curriculum through online are often ignored; and (3) Face-to-face training expected by teachers is still very minimal; (4) The assumption that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum must be with complete facilities. However, the main problem is the low ability of teachers to master information technology. Of the six (6) personnel, both teachers and heads of PAUD institutions of the Yogatama Play Group, only two (2) people can operate laptops and access information through online media. The results of the study show that the strategy of implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum for PAUD students of the Yogatama Play Group has been well prepared and is by the expectations of all parties, even though in the application of the principles of the new Merdeka Belajar curriculum at the initial stage, namely the Merdeka Belajar stage whose learning tools still use the 13 curriculum or the emergency curriculum.

Abstract

The implementation of digital payments in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is one of the important steps to increase business competitiveness in the digital era. The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide digital literacy assistance to MSME actors by focusing on the implementation of digital payment systems, such as e-wallets and QRIS. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic and PGRI Palembang University, which involved practical training and direct assistance to MSMEs. Through this training, it is hoped that MSME actors can optimize the use of digital payment technology to improve transaction efficiency and expand their market reach. In addition, intensive assistance is also provided to overcome technical obstacles in the implementation of the digital payment system. The results of this program show that MSME actors who participate in this mentoring experience increased understanding and skills in using digital payment technology, which has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and operational efficiency of their businesses. This program also makes a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs that can adapt to technological developments and an increasingly digital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline on the Quality of Education in SD Negeri Se Gandus District, Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study is 169 teachers of State Elementary School in Gandus District, Palembang, which is a number. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study stated that 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 2) there was a significant influence of teacher discipline on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 3) there is a significant influence on the leadership of the principal and the discipline of teachers on the quality of education in Gandus District, Palembang.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the principal's strategy to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 West Pemulutan. Research using qualitative methods. Research informants are principals, educators and education personnel. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability testing methods. The data analysis technique used is a Spradley model with stages of analysis of domain, taxonomy, componential and cultural themes. The results of the study stated that the principal's strategy is to improve the quality of education through fostering teacher discipline and education staff, providing motivation to teachers, rewarding teachers and education staff, seeking the availability of facilities and infrastructure as supporting facilities, MGMP, participating in teacher mobilization programs, participating in further studies, and the use of technology in learning. This strategy is very effectively used by SMA Negeri 1 West Pemulutan which can increase accreditation from C to B.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the strengths and weaknesses faced by SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung, 2) the threats and opportunities faced by SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung, and 3) what alternative strategies can be taken in facing competition SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung which has excellence in the academic and non-academic fields with precise Islamic characteristics using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method. This research uses a purely qualitative descriptive research design that describes what is or happens in the field. The research data source was obtained from interviews with school principals, teachers and other stakeholders. Data collection techniques use (1) interviews, (2) observation and (3) documentation. A SWOT analysis of SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu is very necessary to get a clear picture of internal analysis and external analysis in order to plan future school programs. The findings of this research are the results of internal analysis, the results of external SWOT analysis, and alternative strategies that can be taken in facing competition at SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung.
