Abstract

Kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan bagi masyarakat bertujuan menciptakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha bagi masyarakat Tanete Riattang dalam mengembangkan usaha maggot sebagai salah satu bentuk usaha pakan alternatif yang efektif bagi peternak di Kabupaten Bone. Selain itu, tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini ialah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ekonomi kreatif bagi masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan usaha baru pakan mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu: (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, (3) tahap evaluasi dengan jumlah peserta 45 orang. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan sebagian besar 80 persen dari jumlah 28 peserta telah memahami dengan baik konsep maggot serta mampu menerapkan pengeloaan maggot untuk menjadi pakan alternatif bagi peternak di Kabupaten Bone. Pelatihan PKM ini memberikan hasil dengan adanya 8 kepala rumah tangga membentuk 2 kelompok yang secara langsung membuat biofon awal sebanyak 3 tingkat sebagai rumah maggot, selain itu, kelompok tersebut juga dikolaborasikan dengan kelurahan setempat untuk diberikan bantuan modal sebesar satu juga untuk pembelian bibit maggot. Dari hasil kegiatan PKM ini dapat memberikan dampak positif sebagai awal penumbuhkan usaha mandiri yang dilakukan masyarakat setempat yang juga merupakan solusi alternatif terhadap para peternak di Kabupaten Bone untuk memperoleh maggot sebagai pakan alternatif dan murah

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujun untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam bentuk simulasi permainan yang dapat membentuk karakter bagi masyarakat kecamatan Makassar, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi dan minat serta jiwa kewirausahaan sebagai cikal bakal dalam berwiraswasta kelak masa yang akan datang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi langsung dan dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta Tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang cara menumbuhkan motivasi dan minat berwirausaha. Demonstrasi digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung mengenai proses simulasi permainan dalam berwirausaha. Tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh kedua metode di atas. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen program studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara yang berkolaborasi dengan dosen program studi Administrasi Bisnis, Program Studi Hukum Bisnis Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum serta dosen dari program studi Ekonomi yang bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Kecamatan Makassar sebagai subyek sasaran. Hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam rangka menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat kecamatan Makassar dapat dinyatakan berhasil dengan antusias partisipasi masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan dan ketercapaian kegiatan pelatihan ditunjukkan adanya kemampuan peserta dapat menghasilkan rancangan bisnis mulai dari pembuatan brand, tahap pembuatan produk hingga sistem pemasaran produk yang dieksplorasikan ke digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate a digital bullying screening instrument (DBSI) for school counselors to detect, assess, and monitor bullying behaviors among students. While traditional paper-based instruments have limitations in real-time monitoring and scalability, a web/mobile platform provides faster, more reliable, and accessible tools for early intervention and data-driven counseling. The study addresses the research gap in digital assessment tools that integrate psychometric validity, usability, and practical feasibility in school settings. A mixed-methods approach was employed. The study included 350 students from urban and suburban schools, selected using stratified random sampling. The instrument was developed based on literature review and expert consultation, followed by content validation, pilot testing, and refinement. Psychometric properties, including internal consistency (Cronbach’s α), test-retest reliability (ICC), and construct validity, were assessed. Usability and feasibility were evaluated through surveys and structured interviews with school counselors. Statistical analyses included exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis. The DBSI demonstrated high internal consistency (α = 0.89), stable test-retest reliability (ICC = 0.87), and a three-factor structure representing verbal, social/relational, and cyberbullying behaviors. Counselors reported the instrument as easy to use, time-efficient, and supportive of intervention planning. Prevalence data highlighted cyberbullying as the most common form among participants, consistent with previous research.The study confirms that digital tools enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of school-based bullying assessments, supporting early detection and targeted interventions. Limitations include sample restriction, self-report bias, and short-term implementation, which may constrain generalizability. The DBSI offers a validated, scalable, and technology-integrated solution for school counselors. Future research should investigate long-term intervention outcomes and adaptation for rural or low-connectivity contexts.

Abstract

Policy evaluation plays a crucial role in improving the quality of government programs. Through these evaluations, the government can identify and prevent programs that could potentially harm the public, while also assessing whether such programs are worth continuing or expanding in the future. One of the programs that will be discussed in this study is the government policy in providing scholarships to outstanding students for underprivileged students to continue their education in higher education. This program is widely disbursed by the government through the provision of educational assistance both at the provincial, city, to district level. One of them, including in Pinrang Regency, has implemented a policy in the field of education regarding the provision of educational scholarships to outstanding students. However, based on the author's observations, it was found that this policy has shortcomings, namely there are still scholarships that are not on target, especially for scholarships for underprivileged communities and the lack of firmness of the implementing committee in collecting administrative requirements, there are problems that occur in the process of determining scholarship recipients, There are recipients who have the lowest GPA below 3.50, found in C Accredited Institute or College campuses.This research has a very important urgency for academics and government agencies as policy makers to conduct analytical studies onEvaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for High-Achieving Students in Pinrang Regencyand as material for consideration in making decisions in the future. The aim of this research isto analyze how the form of the Evaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for Outstanding Students in Pinrang Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with the aim of describing all problems related to the government's program policies on the Evaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for Outstanding Students in Pinrang Regency. The research results show that the effectiveness of the scholarship program in Pinrang Regency is influenced by several key factors, namely the number of implementing human resources, budget allocation, and the functionality of SOPs in program management. In terms of human resources (HR), the scholarship program management involves approximately 84 staff members spread across administrative units, supervisors, supervisors, and other technical teams.
