Abstract

In general, the city government website is pretty good. The need to evaluate existing web pemerinahan city on accessing the website used easily by the public and by various types of web browsers, search engines use the content and the content of the web site if the city government is based reference guide to the implementation of local government web sites, therefore the website Urban Governance in South Sumatra province should be measured based on criteria of accessibility, speed, navigability and site content based on quality evaluation method (QEM). Sampelyang used 100 respondents, measurement Likert scale. In the study conducted was obtained result is the quality of Palembang City Government Web site of 3.1, by 3.6 Prabumulih City, City of Pagar Alam by 3.1 and by 3.3 Linggau Lubuk City. Value above that of the highest value sites and the lowest we Prabumulih city of Palembang city website and city of Pagar Alam, while the assessment of internval score it can be concluded that the quality of government websites Palembang in South Sumatra is pretty good.

Abstract

Abstract : With the development of information technology, it is hoped that it will become the most effective medium for finding and disseminating information. Based on Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development and the decision of the minister of state for communication and information number: 12/SK/MENEG/KI/2002 dated March 1, 2002 concerning the establishment of an e-government development task force in each government agency Republic of Indonesia. A website needs to be measured in terms of ease of learning, ease of use, satisfaction and efficiency, for the continuity and development of the website in the future. This measurement can use usability testing or usability testing. In this study, taking the object, namely the website of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Technology, the results of this usability testing will produce an assessment of the site and provide input in the website development process in the future. Based on the descriptions above, the writer intends to raise these problems as research material for thesis. The title chosen is "South Sumatra Provincial Government Portal Website Evaluation at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Informatics"

Abstract

Teknologi merupakan sesuatu yang tidak bisa lepas di era modern ini. Dengan munculnya teknologi dapat memudahkan kegiatan operasionalnya suatu perusahaan dalam pengolahan data secara cepat dan tepat. LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia di Kota Palembang dalam mempromosikan, memberikan informasi, LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia tersebut masih menggunakan cara yang kurang efisien diantaranya melalui brosur dan spanduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat membantu LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia dalam mempromosikan dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan luas. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode kualitatif. Yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi serta dengan rancangan waterfall. Hasil penelitian yaitu membuat “Rancang Bangun Website Sebagai Media Promosi dan Informasi Pada LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia”. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia membutuhkan website untuk mempromosikan dan memberikan informasi kepada masyaraat tentang profil, skema sertifikasi dan asesor pada LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia secara cepat, tepat dan luas.

Abstract

Abstract : Along with the development of information technology, the world of education is faced with the need to improve efficiency and security in managing document administration. This study aims to explore the benefits and implementation of the use of digital signatures in the school administration system. Certified digital signatures have the advantage of guaranteeing the authenticity and integrity of documents, as well as reducing paper use, thus supporting operational efficiency. This correspondence often causes obstacles because this activity requires a lot of time to do. In addition, the signing process is not fast because the signatory is sometimes not there. The solution to the above problems requires the use of a correspondence application using a certified digital signature. Android-based applications that support digital signatures allow educators and administrative staff to access, sign, and send documents practically, safely and signing can be done anywhere and anytime. And this study uses data collection techniques using qualitative methods and software development methods using waterfall.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiayah Ahmad Dahlan Palembang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan Pendidikan akademik dibidang Kesehatan dan teknologi di wilayah Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Universitas Muhammadiayah Ahmad Dahlan Palembang (UM-AD Palembang),  sebelumnya merupakan IkesT Muhammadiyan Palembang berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia No. 103/A/O/2024 diterbitkan untuk mengubah bentuk IKesT Palembang menjadi UM-AD Palembang. Pengelolaan data absensi pada UM-AD Palembang saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu menggunakan media kertas, yang di tanda tangani oleh mahasiswa secara bergantian. Pada sistem absensi seperti ini memerlukan waktu yang lama dan akan merepotkan untuk melakukan rekap absensi mahasiswa.Tujuan: tujuan dari penelitian diharapkan dapat mempermudah rekap absensi mahasiswa dengan cepat dan tepat, sehingga dapat membantu Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini mengunakan tehnik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode kualitatif. Yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi serta dengan rancangan waterfall. Hasil: Hasil  penelitian yaitu membuat “Sistem Informasi Absensi Mahasiswa Lokasi dan Tanda Tangan Elektronik Berbasis Android”. Kesimpulan: Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk absensi mahasiswa berbasis android secara cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

The detection and identification of vehicle license plates in Indonesia still face significant challenges due to unstable environmental conditions during image capture, such as extreme lighting, varying angles of capture, physical damage to the plates, and diversity in design and font types. These conditions degrade the accuracy of existing recognition systems, especially if the model is not trained to handle such variability. In addition, the public's low understanding of license plate structure also hinders the optimal use of this information. This study aims to develop an accurate, adaptive license plate recognition system for real-world conditions that can interpret license plate information in real time. The model was created using the YOLOv11 algorithm for fast, high-precision plate detection, and EasyOCR for plate character identification. The dataset consisted of 709 images of two-wheeled (motorcycle) and four-wheeled (car) vehicle plates, collected from public datasets, the researchers' surroundings, and the campus area. Most of the data was collected through direct photography with cell phone cameras, reflecting real-world field conditions. The test results show that the YOLOv11 model has excellent detection performance, with mAP@50 of 94.2%, precision of 97.7%, and recall of 86.7%, while the EasyOCR method achieved a character recognition accuracy of 91.0%. The main innovation of this research is the application of a license plate recognition system to support intelligent transportation systems in campus environments, particularly for parking system implementation.

Abstract

Introduction: The Muhammadiyah SU.I Branch Leadership Organization is a structural level of Muhammadiyah at sub-district level in the Seberang Ulu I sub-district area. The Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership has a coordinating function for all Muhammadiyah Leadership in the sub-district area, as well as coordinating the Islamic da'wah movement throughout the sub-district area. through various forms, such as religious activities, education, social welfare, health, and so on. Management of cash receipts and disbursements data at the Muhammadiyah SU.I Branch Leadership Organization currently still uses spreadsheets. Disadvantages of using this spreadsheet include the possibility of high data redundancy, difficulty checking inputted data for errors, difficulty in searching for data and low file security. This causes the process of making reports by employees to be slow and the leadership not making decisions quickly. Purpose: The aim of the research is expected to make it easier for employees to manage data on cash receipts and disbursements quickly and accurately, so that it can help leaders in making decisions. Research Method: This research uses data collection techniques using qualitative methods. Namely by interviews and observations as well as a waterfall design. Results: The results of the research were to create a "Web-Based Design and Development of an Information System for Data Processing Cash Receipts and Disbursements at the Muhammadiyah SU.I Palembang Branch Leadership Organization". Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the Muhammadiyah SU.I Palembang Branch Leadership Organization needs an information system to manage web-based cash receipts and disbursements data quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Abstract The use of information technology to become part of government governance, as the need for accurate and fast information availability increases. The organizational bureau has the task of providing administrative services in carrying out regional government tasks and preparing materials for coordinating the formulation of policies for implementing the tasks and functions of regional apparatus in the organizational field. So far, the Organization Bureau for recording guest books still uses manual guest books using paper media. With manual recording, the system for searching guest data is not fast and the guest book is often damaged. By using a guest book information system using a web-based QR code, it is hoped that it can help the Regional Secretariat Apparatus Development Section at the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of South Sumatra Province in carrying out guest data management which carries out consultations both from the Sumatra Provincial Government agencies themselves and from city district governments in South Sumatra Province quickly, consistently and efficiently.

Abstract

Hypertension, commonly known as a "silent killer," requires early detection and accurate diagnosis to prevent serious complications. This is especially crucial in primary healthcare facilities like Puskesmas Abab in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI), where access to specialists is limited. This research developed a web-based expert system for hypertension diagnosis using the backward chaining method. The goal was to expedite medical decision-making, enhance efficiency, and improve diagnostic accuracy. Using a qualitative prototyping methodology (involving observation, literature reviews, and interviews with healthcare professionals), the system was designed with a user interface, a knowledge base, and an explanation module. Testing results showed that the system accurately diagnoses hypertension based on symptoms, aligning very well with actual medical evaluations. This confirms the effectiveness of the backward chaining method in increasing diagnostic speed and accuracy. The system also has the potential for further development to include other diseases and integrate with national health information systems
