<![CDATA[The development of information systems is so rapid today, the application of information systems engaged in the management of goods is one of the information systems that is widely used by organizations or companies. The implementation of the goods information system is essentially an effort to maintain orderly documents and orderly administration of goods management. Ordering goods documents is related to efforts to provide and collect data or documents that accompany the existence of goods, while orderly administration is more intended to develop procedures for managing goods from procurement, receipt, data change, to deletion of goods. For an agency the management of goods is very important. At Pondok Ar-Rahman Palembang, all activities (room inventory) are still carried out manually and in recording new items, old items and damaged items in each room are still not well controlled, it can be seen by the existence of data items that do not match the stock records. This study aims to design a web-based room inventory application at Pondok Ar-Rahman Palembang, which in each room can manage data on new items, old items and damaged items, so that a well-structured recapitulation of goods is carried out. The system development method is waterfall.]]>

Each IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang health laboratory has assets in the form of goods or equipment to support practicum activities and the learning process of the laboratory system. In every semester of lectures there will be practicum activities for several subjects and will always involve laboratory assistants to prepare and teach practicum. where the borrowing process is still manual. <![CDATA[Backgorund : IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang is a change in the form of the Muhammadiyah Palembang College of Health Sciences which operates in the field of health education services, then on August 5 2020 STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang became the Muhammadiyah Palembang Institute of Health Sciences and Technology by adding educational services in the field of technology. The ongoing Revolution Era 4.0 has made information technology the main point in institutional development. The use of Information Technology in the activities carried out by IKesT MP is a main priority in prioritizing and introducing information technology to the community, especially students. Information Technology development begins with the development of an Academic Information System which includes information, data and campus academic services. Research Method: This research uses quantitative analysis techniques with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach to assess the behavior of academic information system users. Results: The research results can provide an overview of the performance of academic information systems. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is to assist institutions in developing a more optimal academic information system. ]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Technology is something that cannot be separated in this modern era. With the emergence of technology, it can facilitate the operational activities of a higher education institution in processing data quickly and precisely. The research, community service and innovation institute (LP2MI) at IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang in making reports and managing data currently has not implemented an application, so that the data collection process is not effective and efficient. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to be able to help LP2MI IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang in processing and reporting of data quickly, precisely and accurately. Research Methods: This study uses data collection techniques using qualitative methods. Namely by interviews and observations as well as with the waterfall design. Results: The results of the research are making "Web-Based Information System Applications at the Institute for Research, Community Service and Innovation (LP2MI) IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang". Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the Institute for Research, Community Service and Innovation (LP2MI) IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang needs a system that can meet the needs of preventing or reducing difficulties in terms of administration, data loss, and data processing that takes a long time.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada era globalisasi saat ini, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi semakin cangih dan cepat. Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan harus dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan akurat, relevan dan tepat waktu (Saputra & Nugroho, 2017). Pepustakaan sebagai salah satu bagian dari tempat pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan pelajar. Bermacam-macam sumber informasi ilmiah, buku- buku, literatur dari segala jenis media perpustakaan, mampu disebarluaskan dengan sistem tertentu (Nugraha, 2018). Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dengan mengunakan metode waterfall (Studi Kasus: IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang) merupakan sarana untuk mengelola dan memperoleh data-data buku perpustakaan yang ada di IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah proses dalam pengelolaan data. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini mengunakan tehnik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode kualitatif. Yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi serta dengan rancangan waterfall. Hasil: Hasil penelitian yaitu membuat “Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dengan mengunakan metode waterfall (Studi Kasus: IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang)”. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah akan menghasilkan sistem informasi perpustakaan, yang akan membantu petugas dalam mengelola data perpustakaan dan memfasilitasi pencarian data buku, data anggota dan meminjam dan mengembalikan buku.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Early Warning Score (EWS) is an early warning system that uses scoring to assess worsening patient conditions and improve overall emergency management. The EWS was also developed as a guide for rapid assessment and early diagnosis of acute illness in hospitalized patients. It is intended to be a tracking and trigger tool for consistent assessment of disease severity and to provide a useful baseline for evaluating a patient's clinical progress. In this digital era, there is another form of EWS, namely the National Early Warning Score 2 which has been issued by The Royal College of Physicians of London and has become a standardized assessment of the severity of acute illness in England's Nation Health Service (NHS), United Kingdom. The use of a web-based application in implementing NEWS2 is expected to increase the effectiveness of assessing the initial deterioration of patients in the ER. Purpose: This study aims to develop a web-based NEWS2 application in the initial assessment of patients with acute illness. Methods: This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study in an effort to develop a web-based NEWS 2 application and was tested on 4 patients at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. Results: The web-based NEWS2 application has been successfully developed with the application address at https://appnews2.com and has been tested on 4 respondents at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital with a successful test status. Conclusion: The NEWS2 application has been successfully developed and it is hoped that the effectiveness of its use can be further investigated compared to conventional methods.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Background: learning the procedures for ablution and tayammum is fundamental in islam, and correct knowledge of these procedures is a must. therefore, the development of this application will enable users, especially for them to learn in an interactive and effective way. apart from that, the use of mobile technology in religious learning can also enable a wider dissemination of religious knowledge, allowing more individuals to understand and follow the procedures for ablution and tayamum correctly. Research Method: this research uses data collection techniques using qualitative methods. namely by interviews and observations as well as a waterfall design. Results: the results of the research were to create "guidelines for procedures for ablution and tayamum correctly and correctly according to the sunnah in android-based muhammadiyah learning.". Conclusion: the conclusion of this research is that with an android-based application for ablution and tayamum procedures, this application can help students and the public learn the correct procedures for performing ablution and tayammum according to the sunnah. this application is based on android so it can make it easier and help students to learn the correct procedures for performing ablution and performing tayamum at all times.]]>

Dengan munculnya teknologi dapat memudahkan kegiatan operasionalnya suatu perusahaan dalam pengolahan data secara cepat dan tepat. LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia di Kota Palembang dalam mempromosikan, memberikan informasi, LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia tersebut masih menggunakan cara yang kurang efisien diantaranya melalui brosur dan spanduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat membantu LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia dalam mempromosikan dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan luas. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode kualitatif. Yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi serta dengan rancangan waterfall. Hasil penelitian yaitu membuat “Rancang Bangun Website Sebagai Media Promosi dan Informasi Pada LSP Digital Informatika Indonesia”. <![CDATA[Penggunaan sistem arsip digital adalah peningkatan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan surat-menyurat. Pengguna dapat dengan cepat mencari dan mengakses informasi yang mereka butuhkan, mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk menemukan surat tertentu, dan meminimalkan kesalahan manusia dalam pengelolaan arsip. sistem ini dapat terus berkontribusi positif dalam mendukung operasional IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang dan organisasi serupa daam upaya pengelolaan surat-menyurat yang lebih efisien dan efektif [1]. Tujuan: mengkaji dan menganalisis pembuatan sistem informasi e-arsip dapat memudahkan pengelolaan surat-menyurat yang efektif dan efisien di Bagian Administrasi Umum Institut Kesehatan Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode Penelitian: Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan melakukan analisis penilaian menggunakan Framework PIECES. Kemudian rancangan metode menggunakan waterfall Hasil: Hasil penelitian yaitu “Implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Arsip dapat Memudahkan Kegiatan Pengarsipan Surat-Menyurat di Bagian Administrasi Umum IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang”. Kesimpulan: Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan implementasi sistem e-arsip dapat memudahkan pengarsipan dan meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas pengelolaan surat-menyurat, dengan potensi untuk mengurangi biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan dalam proses administratif di bagian umum IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang.]]>
