Abstract

Pesantren are one of the oldest institutions of education and are unique in Nusantara, Indonesia. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is the spirit and core of learning in Pesantren. In the industrial era 4.0, humans are required to be familiar with technology and people are required to think critically, constructively and innovatively. Islamic Religious Education is a medium for expressing thoughts, ideas, ideas and feelings that can shape the behavior of learning communities. Pesantren Jagat Arsy is one of the Educational Institutions that adapts to this progress. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the modernization of Pesantren applies Islamic education learning planning in the 4.0 era. then explained about the various kinds of innovations in PAI learning, and explained about the benefits and how to apply PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era. The research method used was library research and field observations. It was found that the modernization of PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era is an advantage, it is even very important to use it by utilizing various information technology-based learning applications. In this case, it can be concluded that the important factors in planning PAI learning in the Industry 4.0 era are mastery of information technology and learning innovation. So that Pesantren are able to respond and modernize PAI learning by utilizing various digital platforms related to education. Pesantren must be able to respond to the modernization of PAI learning in the industrial era 4.0 by changing the educational paradigm to be more modern and able to respond to the times, with various policy adjustments

Abstract

In general, when looking at the problems faced by humans, especially in facing the existence of life and efforts to achieve prosperity in this world and in the hereafter, the truth becomes an urgent thing to do. Even though in essence the truth that humans do is basically not absolute but relative in nature because indeed the human mind will not be able to obtain absolute truth, in this case the essential and absolute truth belongs only to Allah. The truth can be obtained in detail and depth based on research processes and scientific logical reasoning. The truth of science can be accepted as long as there are no facts that deny its truth. In uncovering the problem of Truth in the perspective of Islamic Philosophy and Education, qualitative research was carried out. The research was carried out using library research which is a theoretical study, references and other scientific literature related to the culture, values ​​and norms that develop in the social situation under study.

Abstract

The rapid development of the Islamic digital economy has raised significant ethical challenges, particularly in maintaining the integrity of Sharia-based business practices amid technological disruption and globalization. However, existing studies remain limited to discussions on Islamic finance ethics, social finance integration, and digital technology implementation, without offering a holistic ethical framework rooted in Sufi values. The study aims to develop an integrative model that embeds Sufi ethics—such as sincerity (ikhlas), asceticism (Zuhud), and excellence (Ihsan)—within the Islamic digital economy through the framework of Aqidah (faith), Sharia (law), and Akhlaq (ethics). Using a qualitative approach with literature review, the researchers identify the strategic role of Sufi ethics in fostering sustainability, justice, and blessings within digital business practices. The findings reveal that the integration of Sufi ethics strengthens the ethical foundations of Islamic digital enterprises, offering practical solutions to moral dilemmas in the era of digital transformation. This study contributes a novel framework for establishing a spiritually grounded, competitive, and socially impactful Islamic digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to design an innovative learning strategy based on digital technology that integrates adaptive and differential approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of students. With a qualitative-descriptive research design, this study was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Assa'adah Ulujami which has adopted digital technology. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of digital technology, such as an artificial intelligence-based Learning Management System (LMS), online collaboration tools, and gamification elements, can significantly improve the quality of learning. The adaptive approach allows personalization of materials based on student abilities, while the differential approach supports a variety of methods to meet diverse learning needs. The findings also revealed obstacles in the form of limited infrastructure and internet access, which are obstacles to the optimal implementation of this technology. This study concludes that digital technology-based learning strategies not only increase the effectiveness of learning but also strengthen the inclusiveness of education. Policy recommendations include the development of technological infrastructure, teacher training, and expansion of research to test the effectiveness of strategies on a wider scale.

Abstract

This study seeks to develop a model for integrative Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning design grounded in 21st-century competencies as a comprehensive strategy to support the realization of Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045. Employing a library research methodology, the study adopts a content analysis approach that draws upon credible and authoritative literature, including scholarly journals, academic books, and educational policy documents. The findings reveal that existing PAI learning planning models remain predominantly oriented toward cognitive achievement, with limited integration of key 21st-century competencies: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication (4C). The novelty of this research lies in its formulation of a conceptual framework that synthesizes 21st-century competency principles with the value-based nature of Islamic education, thereby producing a learning design that is both responsive to global dynamics and aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile. Furthermore, this study recommends future empirical investigations, such as experimental or field-based research, to evaluate the model’s practical effectiveness across various educational levels and institutions. Consequently, the proposed model is expected to make a substantive and meaningful contribution to the transformation of PAI learning in advancing Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045.
