Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Debt To Equity Rasio terhadap return saham, pengaruh Return On Asset terhadap Return saham, pengaruh Return On Equity terhadap Return saham, pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Retrun saham pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Penelitian ini berpendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mempersempit populasi yaitu Perusahaan Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2018. Berdasarkan tabel coefficients, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return Saham (Y); Return on Assets  (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham (Y). Debt to Equity Ratio (X1), Return on Assets  (X2), Return on Equity (X3) memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Return Saham  (Variabel Y).

Abstract

Sistem informasi pengadaan barang/jasa berbasis web berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam proses pengadaan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). Namun, implementasi sistem ini sering menghadapi tantangan terkait fungsionalitas, keandalan, efisiensi, dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja sistem informasi pengadaan barang/jasa berbasis web di PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor berdasarkan lima aspek utama: kegunaan (usability), fungsionalitas (functionality), efisiensi (efficiency), keandalan (reliability), dan pemeliharaan (maintainability). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei pengguna dan pengujian sistem menggunakan berbagai alat evaluasi, seperti System Usability Scale (SUS), Skala Gutman, GTMetrix, WAPT, dan PHPMetrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat fungsionalitas sangat baik (100%), efisiensi dengan skor C (79), keandalan tinggi (100%), dan indeks pemeliharaan yang mendekati tinggi (82,85). Aspek kegunaan mendapatkan skor SUS 79, yang dikategorikan baik. Meskipun sistem telah menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan, khususnya dalam efisiensi dan pemeliharaan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat mencakup integrasi dengan e-Budgeting dan e-Payment untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses pengadaan di PDAM.

Abstract

Building Stores are now in a fairly tight competitive environment, where consumers have the freedom to choose a store according to their needs and budget. Customer loyalty is very important for the sustainability of Building Stores. The main objective of this study is to study the Loyalty of building store customers which is assumed to be influenced by two main factors, namely stock control and distribution. Stock control aims to maintain the availability of goods according to needs, while distribution regulates the flow of goods from producers to consumers. Customer satisfaction is a mediator variable that can strengthen the relationship between stock and distribution on loyalty. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey of 84 customers selected by random sampling. The instrument was measured using a five-point Likert scale and the SmartPLS SEM statistical data analysis process. The results of the study indicate that Consumer Satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on customer loyalty, while stock and distribution control does not have a direct and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, stock and distribution control has an indirect effect on customer loyalty in building stores, namely through customer satisfaction. Thus, customer satisfaction has a very large role in building customer loyalty because it is a Full Mediator Variable for the relationship between stock and distribution control and Customer Loyalty. The results of the study indicate that the research model can be used to study issues about Customer Loyalty in building stores. Furthermore, this information can be used to design and implement practices in building loyalty in building stores.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were collected using questionnaire instruments. Respondents were 32 teachers at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 was used. The findings show that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. Work discipline also positively influences teacher performance. The study further reveals that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. The simultaneous effect amounts to 74.1% (R2 = 0.741), while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. It can be concluded that combining improved work motivation and work discipline significantly enhances teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi.
