Abstract

Emotion regulation is a person’s ability to recognize, manage, and evaluate a person’s emotions. Self-injury is an activity that takes out negative feelings within a person to hurt oneself. This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between emotional regulation and the tendency to self-injury in adolescents in Sorong Regency. This research used a correlation quantitative approach with 15 students as subjects. The method for taking subjects used the snowball technique with the Pearson Product Moment data analysis technique. The data obtained was analyzed using statistics from the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) for Windows Release version 25.0 program. Based on the result of the analysis, there is a significant negative relationship between emotional regulation and self-injury tendencies in Senior High School in the 2nd grade has a correlation coefficient value of (-0,718) with a substantial value of (sig.) 0.003 (p0.05), thus it can be concluded that the higher the emotional regulation, the lower the tendency to self-injury, and vice versa.

Abstract

Siswa SD Negeri X Kabupaten Sorong memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah, sehingga menyebabkan prestasi belajar siswa tidak mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membuktikan pengaruh penggunaan boneka tangan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa di SD N X Kabupaten Sorong. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 siswa. Analisa dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest pada subjek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara statistic media pembelajaran menggunakan boneka tangan tidak mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 21 Kabupaten Sorong, namun ada pengaruh terhadap perubahan ketertarikan dan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa media pembelajaran kreatif tidak signifikan mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa, namun dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan siswa untuk terlibat dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-acceptance training on increasing the confidence of prisoners of Class II B Sorong Prison who have served 2/3 (two thirds) of the criminal period. The research method used an experimental approach, with a quasi-experimental research design Non-Randomized the one group pretest and posttest. Researchers determined 20 prisoners as research subjects with low self-confidence. Using validated psychological scale instruments with Aiken's V range (V = 0.828 < 0.8), validated training modules with Aiken's V range (V = 0.82 < 0.8), observation sheets and Informed Consent. This study used the Independent Sample t Test analysis technique. The results showed that self-acceptance training was proven to increase the confidence of the prisoners, with the difference in training scores between T1 [M = 62.20, SD = 6.408, t = -10.734, sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05] and T2 [M = 86.30, SD = 3.057, t = -10.734, sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05]. Then in the control group showed T1 [M = 67.80, SD = 1.619, t = -10.433, sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05] and T2 [M = 76.00, SD = 1.886, t = 10.433, sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05]. It can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted where, the level of self-confidence of the experimental group is higher than the level of self-confidence of the control group.

Abstract

Dimasa sekarang persaingan antar perusahaan terjadi begitu ketat dan perkembangan-perkembangan yang sangat pesat dari masing-masing perusahaan yang ada. Pada kondisi ini dapat dilihat bahwa adanya perusahaan yang memiliki keunggulan serta kualitas sumber daya manusia yang baik. Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan tujuan dari visi misi untuk mengembangkan perusahaan itu sendiri. Sumber daya manusia dapat memiliki arti karena manusia dapat berperan aktif dan dominan terhadap kegiatan organisasi itu sendiri. Dengan itu karyawan dapat menjalankan tugas yang telah diberikan kepadanya serta karyawan juga dapat bekerja di dalam lingkungan kerja yang berbeda- beda adapun karyawan tidak terlepas dari pikiran, perasaan, dan keinginan yang baik langsung atau tidak langsung akan dapat mempengaruhi persepsi lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan itu sendiri.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan persepsi lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. PKSS. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 102 responden, angket sebagai salah satu alat ukur untuk dapat mengumpulkan data baik pada variable persepsi lingkungan kerja maupun kepuasan kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui korelasi diantara kedua variable maka data yang diperoleh dan diolah menggunakan telknik korellasi produlct momelnt karl pelarson serta dibantu menggunaan SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis menemukan nilai Koefisien corelasi sebesar r = 0,254 p>0,000. Yang artinya hipotesis diterima bahwa ada hubungan antara persepsi lingkungn kerja dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Mental health remains a critical global concern, particularly in settings where structural and social disparities limit access to appropriate care. This narrative review aims to examine the effectiveness of social support interventions—both interpersonal and community-based—in promoting mental well-being and reducing psychological distress. Using an integrative approach, literature was collected from academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, utilizing key terms including "social support," "mental health interventions," and "community engagement." Studies meeting inclusion criteria featured diverse methodologies and participant populations across multiple geographic contexts. The results demonstrate that interpersonal support, particularly from partners and family members, significantly improves psychological outcomes by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering cognitive resilience. Community-level interventions, especially those grounded in participatory models, were shown to increase mental health literacy, combat stigma, and facilitate access to care. However, systemic barriers such as poverty, discrimination, and healthcare inequity continue to undermine these efforts, particularly in low-resource settings. The discussion suggests that addressing mental health requires a multi-level response integrating interpersonal, communal, and policy-based strategies. The review advocates for culturally adapted, inclusive, and sustainable mental health programs, supported by strong policy frameworks and local engagement. By emphasizing social connectedness and institutional support, these interventions offer a promising pathway toward resilient mental health systems worldwide.
