Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas fenomena perkembangan teknologi generatif AI dalam seni visual yang memunculkan dilema etis terkait inovasi, plagiarisme, dan hak cipta. Timbulnya dilema ini dipicu oleh munculnya model AI yang mampu meniru gaya visual khas tertentu yang memiliki hak cipta, seperti gaya visual Ghibli, tanpa adanya keterlibatan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi pengguna AI terhadap karya bergaya Studio Ghibli, serta mengidentifikasi etika penggunaannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui survei kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden, dan metode kualitatif studi pustaka dan analisis normatif terhadap regulasi hak cipta. Dalam data yang diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan dengan kuesioner, menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden menganggap penggunaan karya visual yang meniru gaya visual seperti Ghibli merupakan tindakan plagiarisme, sedangkan responden lainnya menganggap hal ini sebagai inovasi, nilai estetika, dan sekadar mengikuti tren di media sosial. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kompleksitas dalam memaknai karya yang dihasilkan oleh AI, terutama menyangkut tentang etika, moral, dan hak cipta kepemilikan karya. Diperlukan regulasi hukum yang jelas terkait penggunaan AI dalam penciptaan karya, seperti transparansi dalam penyajian data referensi, dan atribusi. Pengguna AI juga diharapkan dapat memahami dampak sosial dan hukum terhadap hasil karya yang dihasilkan tanpa mengorbankan hak – hak moral seniman aslinya.   Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Etika, Moral, Plagiarisme, Hak Cipta

Abstract

Public opinion can be formed or influenced through various media that contain it. Through documentary films, an event can be raised to be reviewed in a different form. One of them is a documentary film produced by Netflix with the title “Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee and Jessica Wongso”. The movie presents a collection of conversations and new facts that the public did not know before. The purpose of this research is to find out what forms of conversation in movies can shape and influence public opinion. This research uses the method of conversation analysis syntagmatic discourse analysis with the approach of perlocution speech act theory. The results of this study found 6 classifications of perlocutionary speech acts that are able to influence public opinion, namely anger, request, order, confusion, affirmation, annoyance

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health issue in Indonesia, with a national prevalence of 21.6%. The government aims to reduce this rate to 14% by 2024, as outlined in Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021. In Jombang Regency, 5,113 children were identified as stunted in 2023, including those in Gondek Village, Mojowarno District. Despite government efforts, many parents in Bangunrejo Hamlet lack awareness of stunting and resist guidance from health workers. This community service program aims to address this challenge by educating the public through KARTUPASTing (Anti-Stunting Smart Cards), a creative flashcard tool designed to increase awareness of stunting prevention. KARTUPASTing has received recognition, winning third place in the 2024 KRENOVA (Creativity and Innovation) competition in Jombang. The program involves community education, training, and ongoing support, ensuring active participation from mothers and families with children aged 0-23 months. Regular evaluations will be conducted to measure the program's impact, with the goal of ensuring its sustainability. This initiative also aligns with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, allowing students to actively contribute to community engagement efforts

Abstract

Public awareness of maintaining body fluid balance has largely focused on preventing dehydration, while the dangers of overhydration are often overlooked. This condition can lead to hyponatremia, which poses serious neurological risks and may result in death. The issue oflow health literacy regarding overhydration prompted the implementation of a mosque-based community service program as a center for health education. This activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of mosque communities about the dangers of excessive water consumption and to encourage more mindful drinking behavior. The solution was implemented through a participatory approach, consisting of interactive health counseling, group discussions, distribution of educational media (leaflets, posters, videos), and digital campaigns led by mosque youth. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test and qualitative observations of community responses. The results showed a 75% increase in average knowledge scores and a significant behavioral change, with 70% of participants adjusting their water consumption according to body needs. Additionally, a community group called “Healthy Mosque Friends” was established as a sustainability effort. This program contributed to strengthening the mosque’s role as a center for community-based health promotion that is communicative, religiously grounded, and sustainable. Thus, this health education campaign not only improved public health literacy about overhydration but also fostered a collective awareness of maintaining fluid balance as part of both spiritual and social responsibility.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has created new opportunities in education, particularly in accessing scholarships which are now predominantly online-based. Nevertheless, limited digital literacy remains a critical challenge among students in Islamic boarding schools (santri). This community service program aims to optimize the digital literacy of final-year students at MA Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng Jombang in accessing various scholarship opportunities. The study applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving students and teachers in every stage of the program. Activities included needs assessment, digital skills training, structured mentoring, evaluation, and collective reflection. Findings revealed significant improvements in students’ basic digital competencies, particularly in email usage, online scholarship registration, and digital document preparation. Based on pre-test and post-test results, average skills improved by 47%. Beyond technical capacity, students developed greater self-confidence in exploring higher education opportunities and building networks with scholarship providers. Teachers, meanwhile, transformed their roles into digital literacy facilitators, reinforcing collaborative learning culture within the pesantren. This program not only benefited individuals but also established a replicable model of best practices for other Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, optimizing digital literacy through participatory approaches proves to be an effective strategy to bridge the digital divide and promote equitable access to education. The sustainability of the program is expected to be ensured through the establishment of a digital scholarship information center, the development of digital literacy volunteers, and the expansion of institutional partnerships.
