Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel financial literacy dan variabel compulsive buying terhadap variabel propensity to indebtedness pada masyarakat GenZ dengan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 134 dengan kriteria pengguna paylater dan memiliki kegemaran dalam berbelanja. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian adalah purposive sampling dengan metode analisis yang digunakan ialah Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy memiliki hubungan yang negatif terhadap propensity to indebtedness, compulsive buying memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap propensity to indebtedness, financial literacy memiliki hubungan yang negatif terhadap compulsive buying, dan compulsive buying memediasi secara parsial financial literacy terhadap propensity to indebtedness.

Abstract

The capital market part of economic activity that is susceptible to being influenced by events. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of the announcement of excise rates in 2020-2022 on the capital market reaction. The capital market reaction is measured the Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity. The research sample is 4 cigarette companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research method is event study. The event window of 5 days before and after the event. The test results show that there is a significant difference in abnormal returns in 2020 and 2022 before and after the announcement of the cigarette excise rate increase. However, there is no difference in abnormal returns in 2021 and trading volume activity in 2020, 2021 and 2022 before and after the announcement of the cigarette excise rate increase.

Abstract

Java Island, as the most populous island in Indonesia, cannot be separated from employment problems. The problems faced include an increase in the labor force that is higher than labor absorption. Efforts to increase labor absorption are of course inseparable from the factors that influence it, such as the provincial minimum wage, investment and exports. This research aims to determine the influence of provincial minimum wages, investment and exports on labor absorption on Java Island in 2013-2022, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data from 6 provinces on the island of Java (DKI Jakarta, West Java, Banten, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta and East Java) for 2013-2022. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis with the Common Effect regression model. The data was processed using Eviews 12. The research results show that: 1) The provincial minimum wage partially has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption; 2) Partial investment does not have a significant effect on labor absorption; 3) Exports partially have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption; 4) Provincial minimum wages, investment and exports simultaneously have a significant effect on labor absorption.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis demands more responsible and sustainable consumption patterns, especially among younger generations such as Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, and social media use on sustainable consumption behavior among Generation Z in DKI Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 130 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a 1–5 Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on sustainable consumption behavior. These findings reinforce the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and confirm that cognitive (knowledge), affective (awareness), and social-digital (social media) dimensions play a crucial role in shaping pro-environmental behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji valuasi ekonomi objek wisata Pulau Tidung di Kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu dengan Metode Biaya Perjalanan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor ekonomi dan geografis memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan keputusan kunjungan wisatawan ke Pulau Tidung. Biaya perjalanan yang tinggi dan jarak yang jauh dapat menjadi hambatan utama, sementara pendapatan wisatawan menjadi salah satu pendorong untuk kunjungan ulang. Oleh karena itu, strategi pengembangan pariwisata yang mempertimbangkan keterjangkauan biaya dan kemudahan akses menjadi sangat relevan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari objek wisata ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) and government expenditure on foreign direct investment (FDI) in the ASEAN region. Utilizing secondary data from 2010-2023 sourced from UNCTAD, Transparency International, and the World Bank, this research applies a panel data regression method using the Random Effect Model (REM). The primary findings reveal contrasting outcomes. On a partial basis, the CPI was found to have no significant effect on FDI inflows. Conversely, government expenditure demonstrated a significant positive influence. This result implies that for foreign investors in the ASEAN region during the study period, government spending allocation was a more dominant consideration than the perception of corruption levels.

Abstract

Internet users in Bogor Regency are increasing as infrastructure development progresses evenly. This began to affect the transaction habits between traders and buyers. Buyers who are starting to switch to online transactions, making MSME players try to keep up with new innovations in transactions through E-commerce platforms, so that the income they get is not problematic. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of E-commerce has on the increase in revenue obtained by MSME players in the culinary sector in Bogor Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the use of E-commerce will be able to increase MSME revenues, marketed products will be more easily recognized by consumers making it easier to get customers. In addition, the use of E-commerce can save promotional costs and increase transaction speed and revenue. This will ultimately be able to increase competitiveness for MSMEs in the Bo Regency area.

Abstract

Perdagangan internasional dalam perekonomian di Indonesia memiliki tingkat ketergantungan yang signifikan. Terdapat hubungan yang erat antara perdagangan internasional dengan kegiatan ekspor, dengan tujuan agar pendapatan negara meningkat. Dengan adanya komponen ekspor dalam peningkatan perekonomian suatu negara maka negara tersebut akan memiliki potensi yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan luas pasar baik ditingkat domestik maupun global. Salah satu komoditas ekspor unggulan Indonesia adalah kakao, terutama produk turunannya yaitu lemak kakao. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh PDB riil per kapita negara tujuan, harga relatif, dan jarak ekonomi terhadap volume ekspor lemak kakao. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi dengan alat bantu E-views 12 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian PDB riil per kapita negara tujuan ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor lemak kakao Indonesia, harga relatif ekspor lemak kakao berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor lemak kakao Indonesia, dan jarak ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume ekspor lemak kakao Indonesia ke Pasar Eropa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence og financial literacy and financial inclusion on the sustainability of Jakpreneur MSMEs in West Jakarta with fintech utilization as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survei method involving 397 Jakpreneur MSME actors in West Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The result indicate that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Fintech has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. These findings highlight that improving financial management capability, access to formal financial services, and the adoption of financial technology are key factors in strengthening the resilience and growth of MSMEs in the digital era.
