Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of working capital, cash and receivables on the probability of consumer and industrial goods companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses the cross section method. The results of the t test research show that working capital (X1) against probability (Y) can be processed partially using a calculated t of 1.971≤ -6.5253. Therefore, there is a partially significant influence of working capital on probability. For cash (X2) the probability (Y) t count is -6.64449, while the t count is 1.9721, so it can be concluded that t > t table means that there is a partial significant difference in cash to the probability, at the t count probability of 4.123983 t table is 1.9721. In conclusion, working capital, cash and receivables simultaneously influence probability. Keywords: Cash, Working Capital, Receivables, Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on customer retention among Telkomsel data package users. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 16.066 + 0.249 X₁ + 0.279 X₂, where the constant value of 16.066 indicates that if the independent variables are ignored, the customer retention value remains at 16.066. The regression coefficient for product quality (X₁) is 0.249, meaning that an increase of one unit in product quality will increase customer retention by 0.249 units. Similarly, the regression coefficient for customer satisfaction (X₂) is 0.279, indicating that an increase of one unit in customer satisfaction will increase customer retention by 0.279 units. The t-test results show that product quality (t = 3.154; Sig = 0.002) and customer satisfaction (t = 2.979; Sig = 0.004) have a significant effect on customer retention, as the significance values are below 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test result shows an F value of 11.850 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that product quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on customer retention. Therefore, it is essential for the company to continuously improve product quality and pay close attention to customer satisfaction to sustain customer loyalty to Telkomsel's services

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.358 + 0.267 X₁ + 0.252 X₂, indicating that if the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction are assumed to be zero, customer loyalty remains at a constant value of 18.358. The regression coefficient for service quality (X₁) is 0.267, meaning that an increase of one unit in service quality will increase customer loyalty by 0.267 units. Likewise, the regression coefficient for customer satisfaction (X₂) is 0.252, indicating that an increase of one unit in customer satisfaction will increase customer loyalty by 0.252 units. The t-test results show that service quality (t = 2.359; Sig = 0.022) and customer satisfaction (t = 2.008; Sig = 0.049) have a significant influence on customer loyalty since their significance values are less than 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test result shows an F value of 7.448 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company continues to improve service quality and pay attention to customer satisfaction to maintain and enhance customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of equity capital and loan capital on business profit at Marsel Motorcycle Workshop in Bungamas Village, Kikim Timur District. The research used financial report data from 2022 to 2024, employing an associative quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that equity capital has no significant effect on business profit, and loan capital also has no significant effect on business profit. The simultaneous test (F-test) indicates that both independent variables do not jointly influence business profit. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 1% indicates that only a small portion of the variation in business profit can be explained by equity capital and loan capital, while the remaining 99% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that business owners improve financial management and consider non-capital factors such as service quality, marketing strategies, and employee competence to enhance business profit.
