Abstract

Nipa Village, located in Ambalawi District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, has strong local economic potential from fisheries and agriculture, including tuna, torani fish, corn, shallots, coconut, and rice. However, the potential of these commodities has not been fully optimized because most products are still sold in raw form, while micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face limitations in product innovation, packaging, business management, and digital marketing. This community service program was designed as an MSME incubation activity to assist local business actors in transforming local resources into value-added products. The incubation process included needs assessment, entrepreneurial motivation, product diversification training, packaging innovation, business management assistance, digital marketing training, and monitoring and evaluation. The products developed through the program included tuna floss, tuna dim sum, tuna chili sauce, chocolate corn pudding, dried torani fish, fried shallots, virgin coconut oil, and packaged rice. The results indicate that MSME incubation strengthened participants' knowledge, production skills, packaging awareness, and readiness to market products both offline and online. This program demonstrates that village-based MSME incubation can become a strategic approach to improving household income and supporting sustainable local economic development in Nipa Village, Ambalawi District.
