Abstract

Learning in the current era is closely related to digitalization. The role of parents, learning styles and use of gadgets will have a positive impact on students and support learning. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the role of parents, learning styles and use of gadgets on the learning outcomes of physical education, sports and health of state junior high school students in Semarang City. The research approach used was a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Population and sample, namely a total of 280 respondents, 133 men and 147 women. The data analysis techniques in this research are correlation regression, data normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using SPSS version 23 software..The research results show that the relationship between the role of parents and learning outcomes has a sig value of 0.003 with a contribution of 20.2%. The relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes has a sig value of 0.007 with a contribution of 18.9%. The relationship between gadget use and learning outcomes has a sig value of 0.012 with a contribution of 31.4%. The relationship between the role of parents and learning styles on learning outcomes has a sig value of 0.001 with a contribution of 47.7%. The relationship between the role of parents and the use of gadgets on learning outcomes has a sig value of 0.002 with a contribution of 45.1%. The relationship between learning style and gadget use has a sig value of 0.033 on learning outcomes with a sig value of 0.001 with a contribution of 70.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of extracurricular horse riding on the formation of brave, confident and responsible characters in students at the ZIIS modern Islamic boarding school and examine the psychological relationship that exists between students (horse riders) and horses. The research method uses mixed methods research by collecting, analyzing, and combining quantitative and qualitative research methods in a series of research. The samples taken for research were 25 male students and 25 female students. Each student was given a questionnaire containing questions regarding character formation after participating in equestrian extracurriculars. The results of observation data, interviews and questionnaires confirmed that an index in the range of 80% - 100%. The conclusion is the strong agreement among  respondents in the questionnaire that equestrian extracurriculars can form brave, confident, responsible characters and can form a psychological relationship between horse riders and horses.

Abstract

The Implementation of development activities with learning water activities in schools using facilities and the infrastructure for water activities do not yet exist and have not been designed in the form of the development of assistive devices. Therefore, learning goals cannot be achieved optimally, students tend to feel bored and unmotivated in participating in learning water fitness activities. The purpose of this study is to produce effectiveness and acceptance of noodle foam modification aids for learning water activities in schools. This research is a research and development (R&D) The results of product validation in research were obtained on average 95.8% (very good), with several revisions such as the addition of foam and the replacement of a larger hook to make it stronger. The product was tested on a small scale with an average result of 94.3% (very good). The product is revised by experts and declared to be usable. The product was tested on a large scale with an average result of 96% (very good). Freestyle swimming aids can be used as a learning model for water activities in schools. Suggestions for PE teachers are expected to be able to use this tool for learning water activities in order to help students to be more active and understand and participate in learning physical education.

Abstract

Perbedaan letak latihan di dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah yaitu perbedaan ketinggian tempat, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan fisik daya tahan (VO2MAX) siswa SSB U-15 di kedua tempat tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan dilakukan untuk membandingkan tingkat kemampuan fisik daya tahan (VO2MAX) siswa SSB U-15 di dataran tinggi (SSB Soedirman) dengan siswa SSB U-15 di dataran rendah (Pusbit 1 Purbalingga) kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dari suatu tempat tertentu yang alamiah (bukan buatan), dengan 20 sampel dari jumlah populasi 25 anak yang berasal dari siswa SSB Soedirman U- 15 dan 20 sampel dari jumlah populasi 35 yang berasal dari siswa Pusbit 1 Purbalingga U-15. Pengolahan data menggunakan acuan dalam norma dari instrument tes fisik dengan 6 kategori, yaitu “istimewa”, “baik sekali”, “baik”, “sedang”, “kurang”, “kurang sekali” dilakukannya perlakuan dalam proses pengumpulan data melalui tes dan pengukuran Kemampuan Fisik Daya Tahan (VO2Max). SSB U-15 di dataran rendah (Pusbit 1) sebagian besar didominasi dengan kategori VO2Max sangat kurang sebanyak 6 (30%) responden, kurang sebanyak 9 (45%) responden dan sedang sebanyak 5(25%). SSB U-15 di dataran tinggi (SSB Soedirman)sebagian besar didominasi dengan kategori VO2Max sangat kurang sebanyak 7 (35%) responden, lalu kurang sebanyak 5 (25%) responden, sedang sebanyak 5 (25%) responden dan baik sebanyak 3 (15%) responden. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah kemampuan fisik daya tahan (VO2Max) siswa SSB U-15 di dataran rendah (Pusbit 1 Purbalingga) lebih baik dari pada kemampuan fisik daya tahan (VO2Max) dataran tinggi (SSB Soedirman) kabupaten Purbalingga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kajian bagi para pelatih, guru PJOK, dosen, para atlet serta aktivis olahraga untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan daya tahan (VO2Max).

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi peserta didik potensi fisik, potensi kreatif, rasa, dan karsa. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, pendidikan jasmani adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas jasmani secara metodis untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan jasmani, mengembangkan kecerdasan. dan karakter salah satunya dalam materi bola voli. dalam pembelajaran bola voli kebanyak siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran bola voli. Oleh karena itu, Melalui Pendidikan jasmani diperlukan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan, salah satunya dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rencana dan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa  kelas V SDN Sarirejo 2 berjumlah 19 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 19 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa pre test dan post test. Analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji prasyarat (uji validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda, dan kesukaran), dan uji syarat (uji normalitas dan uji t) menggunakan bantuan Exel dan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian memperoleh data awal dengan rata-rata 24,26 dan data akhir memperoleh rata-rata 29,47. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 23 menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan dari uji t menghasilkan perhitungan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli siswa. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2 Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Melalui hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi dalam proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Petanque is a game using an iron ball where the aim is to get the ball closer to the target (boka) and with both feet in a circle (circle). The aim of this research is to analyzer the suitability and accuracy of pointing movements in a standing position at a distance of 9 meter. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods and data collection uses survey and documentation methods. The video recording resulys will be analyzed using kinovea software version 0.9.5. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. This research was conducted based on data obtained from 7 petanque athletes from Demak Regency. The result showed what the average throw time was 0,48 second, the back swing angle was 57,7°- 119,5°, the release angle was 88,2°- 124,3° and the maximum ball height was 204 cm- 306,8 cm. The distance between the ball and the target is 12,1 cm- 50,8 cm, and shows that the analysis of the suitability of the standing position pointing movement is in the "very suitable" category with an average score of 4,9.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya penurunan performa atau kondisi fisikketika bertanding pada atlet cabang olahraga taekwondo. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dariinterval training pada peningkatan kondisi fisik atlet taekwondo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test and post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Jaguar Taekwondo Club Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet yang berusia 13-15 tahun yang berjumlah 15 orang terdiri dari 8 putra dan 7 putri. Teknik pengambilansampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang terdiri dari 1). bleep test, 2). vertical jump, 3). illinois agility, 4). sit up and push up, 5). sprint 50m, 6). stork stand test, 7). v sit and reach. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah uji-t before after (sebelum dan sesudah) pada taraf Sig. > 0.05  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh latihan interval training terhadap kondisi fisik atlet taekwondo. Hasil uji-t menunjukan adanya pengaruh interval training pada kondisi fisik atlet pada taraf Sig. > 0.05. Simpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa latihan interval training memberikan pengaruh terhadap kondisifisik hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah perlu mengetahui lebih lanjut karakteristik dan kebutuhan atlet Jaguar Taekwondo ClubKota Semarang.

Abstract

PE learning is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the government is making every effort so that learning, especially PE subjects, continues to run and continues to achieve its goals, the government itself implements a policy by conducting distance learning (PJJ). The purpose of this study was to determine the learning strategy of PE during the Covid-19 pandemic in junior high schools in the North of Temanggung Regency which includes the process of planning implementation and evaluation. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained that the PJOK learning strategy in the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the Northern Temanggung Regency Junior High School which includes planning, implementation and learning assessment. The planning process is in the good category because the teacher has prepared all learning tools, but the implementation of learning is not good because the implementation still has many obstacles, for the assessment is in the good category where the assessment contains three aspects that distinguish is the way of assessment.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of enthusiasm of female students towards soccer learning. The lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure is a major factor in learning and the lack of teacher creativity in innovating learning media. The problem in this study is "How is the form of media development of Pass Shoot cards in learning soccer games for grade V elementary school students". This research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the stages of research and development consisting of 1) potential and problem formulation, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation (one game expert and two learning experts), 5) design revision, 6) small scale trial (12 students), 7) product revision, 8) large scale trial (57 students), 9) product revision, 10) production which produces OMBAK (pass shoot) card media for soccer games in elementary schools. The results of product validation in the study resulted in a value on the soccer game expert of 73.33%, learning expert 1 of 85%, and learning expert 2 of 96.66%. After the product was revised by experts and declared feasible to be tested and used. After that the product was tested on a large scale with the average result getting a score of 97.07% (Very Good). The results of the conclusion from the research carried out that the OMBAK (pass shoot) card media can be used as a means of supporting learning soccer games. Suggestions for PJOK teachers at school to be able to utilize this media can help students to be more enthusiastic about participating in learning at school
